3821  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is it possible to create multiple accounts at binance ? on: February 06, 2021, 01:52:23 PM
Is it possible to create multiple accounts at binance  or is there a feature where we can have sub accounts under the same account. This is required to manage different portfolios within a same account.

Yes, there is a certain feature of Binance which allows you to manage a number of sub-accounts under the same master or main account, in fact up to a thousand sub-accounts. That's indeed very convenient if you are trying to manage either a different portfolio which is not yours or your another portfolio using a different approach.

Please be guided accordingly by these official Binance information:

1. https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/360020371872
2. https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/360020632811-How-to-Use-the-Sub-Account-Feature-

As per the above articles, the sub account feature is only given to corporate account users or VIP 1 or higher. For VIP 1, we need have to 30 days minimum trading volume to  50 BTC which is too much for an average trader.
Since making more than once account is dangerous, i postponed my idea of having multiple accounts at binance.

Possible ATH in the weekend.

Back to the trend.

I so hope you're right. I have a small voice in the back of my head reminding me of the 2018 crash disappointment.

Truth is, yes, friends1980 is shittin' his pants atm and he won't be 100% assured before having seen that new ATH burnt on the charts....

Yes, in  Jan, 2018 the bitcoin price try to reach all time high but failed and then it was start of the bear market. I hope we are able to cross ATH ($42,000) now.

Told myself yesterday I'm going to buy more if 40K is passed. Time to open the wallet...

Wait for 42,000$ to be on the safe side.

Seriously people, man the fuck up. This shit is not Jan 2018 its like early 2017.

Yeah buy at 42k rather than 40k, are you insane. Why buy when its more expensive? maybe he should wait till 1 million just to be sure, because this is where the price is going this decade since the monetary system is fundamentally cactus and there is no will to fix it unless we have a revolution.

If you are a trader then you should know that traders mostly buy once the breakout is confirmed. If you are buying for a long term, then you can buy at any price. Bitcoin is very much undervalued even at 50,000$.

I wonder if 'F2Pool' will shit all over the market to make their short futures contracts profitable again?

As very well presented (with plenty of evidence) here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FpvbJ_Tokes

They won't be able to suppress the price for long. These tactics are only temporary as no one can stop the bitcoin revolution.

3824  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ban on cryptocurrency trading in Nigeria, a good or bad move? on: February 06, 2021, 12:16:34 PM
The highest bank in Nigeria, the bank of other banks  has issued a strong warning to  financial institutions to stop cryptocurrency transactions or risk severe sanctions. The Central Bank instructed that Deposit Money Banks (DMBs) and other financial institutions should identify and close the accounts of persons who transact cryptocurrency. This order is to take effect immediately.
In 2018, it can be recalled that the central bank in Nigeria  issued a statement stating that cryptocurrencies are not a legal tender in Nigeria.
This new and unnecessary development has raised a lot of concerns, could this be a conscious move by the government to discourage the use of cryptocurrency and to put under the table the ideology of a decentralised financial system in the country?
Why is the country taking such a backward decision in such an era where other countries of the world are incorporating it into their financial system.

For sure, its a bad move but the government won't be able to ban crypto and bitcoins. If it was so easy to ban bitcoins, by this time every government would have banned bitcoin. Fortunately no one can ban bitcoin although they can only track who is using bitcoin and impose them fine or close the bank accounts as Nigerian government decided to do.
3825  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bull Run; FOMO on: February 06, 2021, 09:19:20 AM
Bitcoin has surged past $21k. Newbies are rushing into the market to buy some.. FOMO...it's incredible that people are more willingly to buy a coin when the price is high than when it's low. Take for example when btc was less than $600 in 2016, people thought it was just plain stupid to buy a coin for that much. I had the experience with ethereum, I could have bought eth at $100 but I wasn't sure and was waiting for the "right time". I later bought ETH at $400. The psychology of regarding coins as shit coins until they blow up and become too expensive is common among newbies. Even myself I am guilty. Enjoy the bull run guys!! Remember to lock your btc or swap to a stable coin like usdt. Good luck

At time of writing of your post, bitcoin was at all time high at 21K and some people may have thought this is the end of bull run and cashed out. They would have missed the insane gains afterwards when bitcoin moved to 41,000$ within 2 months. Although it important not to fall for the fomo in bull run but at the same time it is important to realize to take profits near the end of bull market and not at the start of bull market.
3826  Economy / Economics / Re: Nigerian Banks To Close Accounts Involved with Crypto on: February 06, 2021, 09:07:34 AM
Perhaps this is not a very correct opinion - but does it really matter what happens in Nigeria? I am sure that there are much more important problems of a different kind than the availability and legality of cryptocurrencies. Don't you care? Why are you interested in what is happening on another continent where the development is at the level of the 20th century but only with access to the Internet?

There maybe many problems in the country but if you discourage the use of crypto in the country, this will lead to further decline of the economy of the country. Nigeria could make crypto legal which can help their country grow but usually the government officials does not recognize this opportunity.

-snip-
Sh1t 75$ for weekly was pretty big, this could be around more than 100,000 USD Wagering.

I think when every total from Daily, Weekly & Monthly you are claiming could be more than 200-300$ for the reward you are fully only for a slot or also playing on Live Casino too?

Sure it is a big amount of weekly rooward, I'm not really sure how the exact calculation of the roowards but I have to agree that he must be wagered a lot of money.
Coming up to what games he play, he seems to be a slot lover so I think most of his wagered amount is on slot games.
I would say that he is one of the biggest Indonesian gambler in this forum.
Higher wagered players never going to care about that small cashback rewards they are getting but its good appreciation from the sites to be honest because they don't want to keep all the profits they made into their pocket alone.

Cashback rewards are always welcome regardless of the fact that a player wagers a lot of money or is a seasonal gambler who gamble with less amount of money. Any free amount from the gambling site like Roobet is always welcome.
3828  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A world without borders? on: January 31, 2021, 11:25:26 AM
Let's think for a second.
Would such a world benefit mankind? Would it destabilize the current geo-economics? Is there even a remote possibility that we as humans let go of this ancient tradition of drawing lines on sand that have only served to create problems among masses and has done NOTHING good so far?

Well there is a different prospect to this theory. Consider there are no home boundaries and everyone can go anyone house and stay there. You can understand what mess it will create and how difficult it would be to manage. So therefore we have home boundaries, then we have cities division and then countries borders so that there is a division everywhere so it could be managed easily.
3829  Economy / Economics / Re: Will President Joe Biden be good for business? on: January 31, 2021, 10:50:22 AM
Our hopes are high up again with expectations from the new government, will campaign promises be fulfilled? Or are we about to get something again that we didn't bargain for?
With the inauguration of Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. as the 46th president of the United States, what is to be expected in the economic world?

No one knows how the Joe Biden government will fulfill their promises and how they will help to make a world a better place. However we should hope for the best but at the same time prepare for the worst too. Many people are hoping to get stimulus checks but it seems that the government is trying to delay it which may cause disappointment for many voters of Joe Biden.
3830  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is it possible to create multiple accounts at binance ? on: January 31, 2021, 10:11:17 AM
I have multiple accounts in Binance, I don't face any problem so far, however, only one account is complied with the KYC, the other is non KYC account.

Why is it necessary for you to create a multiple accounts?

What's the purpose if it's okay to share for you?

Are you using multiple binance accounts on the same device and same internet ? I hope the same IP login for two different accounts does not create any problem. Huh
The reason i have already mentioned is that i wanted to manage different portfolio under different account and keep them separate.
3831  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk adds #Bitcoin to his Twitter bio on: January 31, 2021, 09:14:34 AM
"In retrospect, it was inevitable." Elon literally had become vocal in his support iwth cryptocurrencies and bitcoin in the past few years, even went so far as to include a pruchase option in Paypal for bitcoin, although of course it was not as cool as we thought it was when it was just about to be released, still, we can see how enthusiastic the guy is in his support for bitcoin, hopefully this carries on because more good publicity will be helpful for bitcoin's goal of reaching $100k

I think Elon Musk isn't what we saw as it seems before because I think one lf his source of income is thru cryptocurrency. We only knew Elon Musk because of its company, the Tesla yet we I can also read about some articles where the cryptocurrency such as bitcoin is corresponded on his name. I think this idea of Elon putting #Bitcoin in his bio twitter will make a huge impact on the market knowing some people might be idolizing him and will also get into what he is up to. This simple act of putting bio will likely to have  big impact. Besides Elon Musk is the most rich person all over the world domination the last one before.

Let's suppose he tweets after few days that he has invested in bitcoins. This news will spread like fire among the institutions and we cannot image the hype which it will bring in the market. I am sure he has already invested in bitcoin but has not made it public yet.
3832  Economy / Exchanges / Is it possible to create multiple accounts at binance ? on: January 31, 2021, 06:09:54 AM
Is it possible to create multiple accounts at binance  or is there a feature where we can have sub accounts under the same account. This is required to manage different portfolios within a same account.
3833  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Localbitcoins account verification on: January 31, 2021, 05:57:09 AM
My blocked account doesn't even give the option to withdraw funds, maybe support does the withdrawals manually. Lucky I had very few sats in there at the time it was blocked.
If the reason of block is due to the restrictions of certain countries then surely we can delete our LBC account on our own and can take any BTC left in there.

https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/login/?next=/accounts/profile-edit/delete-account/ @OP can use this link to delete his account when he logged into the account and if the still problem exists then contacting support is the only option and I am sure that he can take BTC for sure.

Even if you live in a country which is not restricted by localbitcoins, i will still prefer not to use them because they require very strict form of KYC which includes to show your source of income and salary slips etc. People should switch to other better platforms other than local bitcoins.
3834  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why shouldn't you deposit fiat into binance to buy crypto? on: January 30, 2021, 06:37:30 PM
People are recommending to buy cryptos on coinbase and then transfer it to binance to trade there. Why?

Most of the US customers prefer to buy bitcoin from coinbase but for the rest of the world binance is a good platform to buy bitcoins. You can buy bitcoin from anywhere where you feel comfortable. Both platforms require you to have KYC.

King Roo event has been opened, are there users here hunting King Roo? I've tried and managed to become King 2 times the total bonus that I got was about $ 60 Grin
Come on try and place your username in the standings  Wink Hhampuz said ''I will catch you''  Grin Cheesy

I stopped already because i have no Luck lol , but i continue playing in Roobet sometimes if having time and funds .
Because nowadays i have priorities and gambling is just the least in my spending list .
But indeed that this event is cool because update comes to you in email each time so you'll never gone far in each event and also Roobet has so many event happening now since last year so all you have to do is choose which is good for you to go and then try luck.

I too feel i am unlucky  in gambling and in these contest but still i keep on trying with a hope that one day change in luck will change my fortune. I think if you have time and money you should keep on trying these events in Roobet and hope for the best.
3836  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 2 BTC Binance limit on: January 30, 2021, 03:54:45 PM
I always had doubts about Binance, but I am surprised that they did not change their strategy regarding the limits of using this platform without KYC.
At today's price, 2 Bitcoin is equivalent to approximately $ 70,000 and about $ 200,000 a month, which is more than enough for anyone who wants money laundering or drug trafficking from one account.
Are they going to adjust those limits? Bearing in mind that the borders have been below 20,000 for a long time, and I do not think that any regulatory authorities will allow these borders.

Well, even if binance decrease the limit of withdrawal without KYC, there are many other platforms which people can use to do money laundering and other illegal activity. You can deposits and withdraw unlimited through https://www.bybit.com/ and there is no KYC .
Most of the exchanges who makes KYC compulsory is only because of their laws to be complaint in eyes of legal department and government.
3837  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could this correction lead to a bear market for Bitcoin? on: January 30, 2021, 03:32:22 PM
I don't want to get overly dramatic about what's happened today, especially considering that the $32k level that we're at now was a new ATH just a week ago but when Bitcoin has dipped this much in previous years it has led to a prolonged bear market.

Do we think that this could happen now or should we just ride it out and expect a quick return to business as usual?

As long as we are above 30,000$, we remain in bull market. If we broke the support of 30K, we probably will head towards 20 K and it might be a sign of  bear market being starting. However i am hopeful that bitcoin will not break the support and  will continue to move upwards towards ATH in February.
3838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People die from heart attack when they hit the jackpot. on: January 30, 2021, 03:14:24 PM

very unfortunate for the man who died after winning a lottery, didn't even have the time to enjoy his money for a day before dying.

heart is the most deceiving part of your body. sometimes you know what you are doing but the heart may say you don't like it.
heart problem could restrict you from being very happy and very sad. i don't think you can really just feel moderately happen when you know you just won a huge amount of money to a lottery and this is just uncontrollable anymore.

He may be an heart patient who could not bear the shocking news of his winning Jackpot.
How unlucky is he that he will not be able to use any of this winning amount but i hope his family would get benefit from that money.

That's being said , 2FA is most important security we must have specially in Gambling and exchange site in which the main target of hackers because they Knew how Flowing money inside and just a single Victim can feed their family for month if lucky catching big fish.
This may serve a lesson that always have a 2fa or else expect this kind of scenario over and over again/
2FA add just an extra layer to the security but still user have to be very careful with their device when logging into accounts even when 2FA enabled because a hacker can simply hijack the clipboard and may swap his desired crypto address instead of yours. So never forget to manually check the copied address twice or thrice.

I think that 2fa is very much important else you can lose your account anytime. Suppose a person knows the username of your bitvest account. He can keep on trying commonly used password and may crack your password if it is not so strong. With 2fa enabled, even if he crack the password he will not be able to login your account. That's why no one should deny the importance of 2fa.
3840  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump for prison. on: January 30, 2021, 01:35:20 PM
He committed a lot of crimes, including state crimes.

How long do you believe until he'll go to prison?

Trump will not go the jail for the actions which he have taken when he was the president. He had the rights to take those decisions as per the law because he was in the power. Secondly, there is no option in your pool to vote that he will not go to jail so most of the people will not vote.
