No one known about the timing of when to buy or sell and it is one of the biggest task to identify and act accordingly.
On other hand one can go with the flow of the coin is being dumped sell it and see if you think it will have future than buy again at lower price and hold it .

Could not understand how are this exchanges getting hacked.  Isn't the time has come as this exchanges ask for the KYC details any user who register also get the KYC of this exchanges so that even the trader is aware of all the details of such exchanges which exists and can make the rationale choice if should trade on such sites or not after he doing his KYC personally of such exchanges.

Seems to be more FUD about being hacked etc. Yes it is taking a bit longer than what was expected and the deadline given before may feel the people their is some issue. The real culprit I would say would be media for informing the wrong news which turned out to be FUD. In case of India the govt has not banned any crypto yet though they are still waiting for the report to come from the committee being setup but still media announced as the country has banned the crypto currency.

Yes even on the twitter their is constant update happening about the site that it is undergoing the maintenance and will be up and running soon. they are constantly ensuring that such rumors are not spread and their is no panic unnecessarily being created in the market.
