This could have easily been prevented. In fact these guys were known to the police and under surveillance. The office of CH was under attack before, so firearms and the appropriate training could have been given to the employees.

But why prevent it when it is such a brilliant opportunity for the governments in Europe to combat FOR freedom even more?

In Israel, where every citizen can have a firearm and knows how to use it, the attack would have been stopped or diminished. IT IS PURELY THE FRENCH GOVERNMENTS FAULT THAT THESE PEOPLE WERE UNARMED AND HELPLESS!!

Regardless, what one observes amid the conduct of bacteria is the conduct of biological animal nature (i.e., that nature whereto you were making reference). One does not observe "the rules of common law" (BADecker) among them but, merely, those functions required for their continued survival as both individuals and species (namely, cellular respiration and mitosis).

What does the conduct of bacteria have to do with the common laws of people interacting with other people? I get it. Some bacteria cause a person's back to itch, right where he can't reach to scratch it. It makes him so irritable that he goes out and breaks the common law by shooting his neighbor, right?

I don't like Karl Marx but he was right about something he said: "Religion is Opium of the people".

Karl Marx was probably right. And since people by their nature are religious creatures, his religion was one of the poorest religions of his day.

Let's give an example; You're an USA citizen and voter for Obama. And Obama give a job to his nephew who is not capable of the job but makes 1 mil $ a year. But you're working too hard to make 100k$ in a year. What's that? Basically corruption. But you don't care about it, or you just become upset but do nothing, maybe only a tweet to critisize Obama.  You don't kill a person about it, right?

But IF I say something bad about Jesus, you become mad at me, maybe you want to kill me. You can easily control people via Religion.

I don't want to kill anyone. Jesus, Himself, is upset with you that He has given you so many opportunities to turn and be saved, but, are you still denying Him? He will keep on trying throughout your life.

Quote
Also there's a saying (I don't know who said it) "There are much more people who got killed in the name of God rather than in the name of Satan". Does that make God bad or it praises Satan? But it's true.

Actually, death is the fault of people following Satan. Since the time of the Garden of Eden, it has been built into us, whether or not we use Satan's name. Properly used, the Name of God brings eternal life.

Quote
I don't care which Semitic Religion killed how many people. I do care about brain-washed 'good people'.

edit: typo

All people die in this life. Or do you have evidence of someone who hasn't... outside of Enoch, Elijah, and maybe Melchizedek? The difference about the Christian religion is that it is the only one that offers everlasting life in the only way that it can work.

Life is so extremely complicated that nobody can create it. Only God can do it. When the medical brings a person back to life, all they really do is stimulate something that was right on the edge of death so that it doesn't go over the edge. The only way that God offers to restore life is through Jesus. Turn to Jesus while you have time.

from what i hear, you only pay an "exit tax" if you have acquired a certain amount of wealth while a resident in the country. once you renounce your citizenship they are done with you in every way and you are no longer able to enter the country.

You may be right. I am not the expert on taxation. Still, if you move to a non-common law country, you are tossing away more freedom than you know.

I don't entirely disagree with you. I enjoy the idea of some of the Latin American countries.

Psychiatrists have the disease of non-conformity to the rules of common law which have stood since the beginning of time, and which allow people to NOT be part of the government, but rather allow the people to do anything that they want as long as it harms no-one, damages no-one's property, and doesn't break a contract.

Smiley
(Red colorization mine.)

It would follow, since “the rules of common law” (BADecker) had to be composed, that there was a when they had not yet been.

Before there was government, there were only the laws of nature. As government came about, the laws of nature were adopted into the government, for the sake of fairness among the people. At their base, the common laws are the laws of nature regarding interaction of people... harm no-one, and don't damage property that belongs to someone else.

Guyz you're mocking the muslim people about "peace religion",
But you're forgetting about "Crusades". Why did Christians do those wars?

Nobody is forgetting. It was a dark time in history. It was a time of ignorance of even reading and writing among most of the common people. Those who want the people to be ignorant have simply gone underground. They are still fighting to keep the people as ignorant as possible. That's why they have spawned the lies of evolution and old-age universe.

All three Semitic Religions became popular via wars. It's quite normal to see those people's acts against each others and non-believers.

Most of those murders are generally "political", For instance France is trying to colonize some of Iraq to gain cheap oil etc.

People are people, and will always be. The Christians recognize this. They aren't a more righteous kind of people for it. They are simply more blessed. They have the only way to eternal life. They will rise from the dead at the last day, just like their Lord and Master, Jesus Christ, did roughly 2,000 years ago. As He is still alive, forever. And when they rise, they will live forever, as well, just like He.

History? Dark Times?
What did USA & Britain in Iraq, Afghanistan a few years ago? Did they really found nuclear weapon? Did you buy it?
Or did they just acquired those country's oils cheap?
What was the main cause of those wars against those countries?

Religions are used to relief public while killing tons of civillians to gain more money, more power.

Let's look at events from my point of view. I'm from Turkey and I'm buying oil products more expensive than rest of the world. Normally, My country can import oil from 4 different countries (Russia, Iran and Arabic countries (Syria and Iraq), and I'm neighbour of those 3 countries, Shouldn't I get the cheapest offer? (Actually 5 countries, Turkey is importing Oil from brother Azerbaijan but it's transferred via Georgia).

Anyway, Why do you think Our Ex-Prime Minister (new President) Erdogan tried to convince NATO & USA to take action against Syria and take down Esad from presidency? Because he wanted to gain more power & money. He wanted us to use cheaper oil etc.

America take down Saddam ~10 years ago right? What was Turkey's benefit from this? Who do you think re-constructing Iraq?

Anyway, remember religions are just excuses to gain more power.

Okay. So, Christians are still mislead in some ways. But we are waking up. Remember, anything that religion does that is bad, is done worse when there is no religion.

we can renounce our citizenship. the united states would have no further control of us.

Wrong!

If you look into it, the U.S. has recently instituted laws that say that you are still liable even if you renounce you citizenship. In other words, they aren't letting you renounce your citizenship freely. You still have to pay throughout your lifetime. Perhaps your kids born in other lands might be free.

If you renounce your citizenship, you are saying you are or were a citizen. Rather, don't acknowledge citizenship or residency. Instead, simply be domiciled on the land. The legal ramifications go back to the original meanings of the words, because the words don't change meaning in law like they do in common usage.

I used to think like you. But I have found out that the best freedom is right here, in the United States of America.

i nor you can "take" our freedom back. the only way that will work is if all of us fight for it and the people as a whole are too conditioned to do anything about it. and if the day comes that we have to fight for more freedom, i would leave cause i don't give a fuck about this country and i won't lose my life for it.

Exactly what I am talking about in my links at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=917252.msg10080165#msg10080165. I have started by learning the techniques that are working for others.

Certainly I wouldn't want to take your freedom away if you want to leave. But you better not earn any money abroad, because the U.S. government wants to take your freedom away so that you have to pay taxes, even from abroad. That means that you will still have to fight, even if you move abroad.

Scotland is part of the U.K.  They have common law there. Anyone who is oppressed by the Scottish government has the right to appear before Queen's Bench so that it can be shown who he has harmed or what property he has damaged. He has the right to face his accuser in court.

If the Scottish government can get on the stand to be questioned by the accused, I would like to see it. I would also like to see the harm or damage done to the Scottish government who is on the stand, by the accused... cuts, bruises, broken bones, etc.  http://www.unkommonlaw.co.uk/

I snip when you don't reply in kind.

You say that cops are rarely "off the job" (as in fired, never again rehirable to a position where he/she can violate rights under color of law or authority). They aren't. They almost never "pay" for their rights violations; THE TAXPAYERS, their victims, DO. Neither do prosecutors, who send us to rape cages for merely being able to defend ourselves, drive some people like Aaron Swartz to choose liberty or death. Neither does anyone else in government truly "pay" for their crimes against humanity, with infinitesimally few exceptions of the government prosecuting itself.

I cannot afford to move to Arizona and support myself.

You don't need to move to Arizona. The people in the links are from all over the U.S. Some are from Canada or the U.K.

Arizona is simply moving ahead in certain ways that might be ahead of most of the other States.

If it is the U.S. you hate, why? Because of freedom?
do you honestly believe freedom still exists in the US?

i don't.

it's more like the illusion of freedom.

Complete freedom doesn't exist anywhere. A simple little test that anybody and everybody can do to show himself/herself that complete freedom doesn't exist is this. Go outside some bright, moonlit night - some night when the moon is full or nearly so - and jump to the moon. No! I mean it. Go do it. Jump as hard as you can, and see how many tries that it takes before you can to jump to the moon.

There isn't any such thing as complete and total freedom. The closest that we have to it is the freedom to follow the laws of nature in the best ways possible. This freedom includes allowing others to have freedom just the same as you do, without harming them or damaging their property.

The framers of the U.S. Constitution understood this. They also understood that there would be bad people who would not follow the freedom of allowing other people their freedom. They understood that some of these bad people would get into government, and try to use the very government that they were setting up for freedom, to take the freedom away from other people. So, these founding fathers placed into the heart of the Constitution the things that I am showing you in the links that I mention, above - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=916456.msg10079836#msg10079836.

It isn't easy, and it won't be, at least not until people wake up to the freedom that they have, and government people wake up to the fact that they are only going to hurt themselves if they try to take freedom away from the rest of the people. It won't simply jump into your lap, freedom I mean. You need to go to the links and learn. Then you need to expand your knowledge beyond the links.

Start!  Do it!  Or are you scared of freedom - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc11mJGre10 ?

As much as I want to move there, because I prefer heat to cold and liberty to the criminals utopia of CA, you can't "Constitutional Carry" guns in all of Arizona (let's say 'all'=in public, not counting unsecure government facilities and pro-criminal safety businesses). The Federal Gun-Free School Zone Act enabled the Giffords massacre, because it was held right across the street from a school where you needed a bribery permit to legally carry and not commit a federal felony. The gun carrier who ran to the scene, if he didn't have a permit (IDR if he did), could have been convicted (and maybe still can) , because there is no exigency exception to the Act.

If your gun doesn’t trump a nuclear warhead, it’s irrelevant.

Nukes are fired by people, and unlawful orders (democide) can be mutinied against.

<snip>

Let's put it another way then: You can't carry guns (without a legit fear of being killed or thrown in a rape cage) in all of Arizona because the right to self-defense codified by the Constitution is still infringed there by government unconstrained by its own law.

Good points. And I want to thank you for bringing them up. So, listen carefully, all of you who read this, to what I say here. These words have far bigger impact than they seem when you simply look at them.

The legalization of carry and concealed carry without a permit required, is a step in the direction of change back to the way it should be. That is, the right to carry freely... along with freedom in general.

All over America and the world, police agencies are using police brutality to kill people. Do you see that little "<snip>" thing that you did above^^? The words in that "<snip>" have links to the things everybody can do about it if they will only take the time to do them. Of course, you can't do them if police simply gun you down in the street, dead. But if they don't, and/or especially if you have friends that understand what's in the links, and especially if you set things up correctly, the bondsmen will pay, if the bad cop doesn't. And when a bondsman pays, except in rare cases, the cop is off the job.

We have let things get so extremely bad, we have become so extremely ignorant about the basic law, that there are going to be some rough and tough times before we can take the country back to the freedom that it was at its start. Obviously, as shown by your words, we don't want you getting in our way. Just sit back and watch men and women do it. Then, after we finish re-setting freedom, you can come out of your shell and live free.

Subjection of anyone in America to codification of any law, is subject first to personal acceptance of the codification, by every person who falls under the codification. In other words, laws in America, and especially codification thereof, do not apply anyone, until each person individually accepts the application of the law or code to himself. It's in foundational Constitutional law.

Some government people codify some law. How does that law or codification apply to you or me except that we accept that it applies to us? It doesn't. And again, the links in the "<snip>" above, take us to places that show how the highest law of the land can be used to make codification people fall in line when they try to apply the code to you without cause, and without your acceptance. It shows how you can make them pay if they trample on your rights without cause or without your acceptance of what they are doing.

It is starting. Freedom is coming back. Are you scared of freedom? Sounds like you are. Not on the outside, perhaps. But down underneath. Take a look at this little clip from the movie Easy Rider, with Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper, to see the place where you are probably at - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc11mJGre10.

Open carrying is allowed in NH and I did quite a bit of it when I lived there, never did the police hassle me nor did a member of the public call them on me nor anyone I knew. Concealed carry is $10 w/ a sheet of minor personal info and is mailed to you w/i 10 business days. Alaska and Vermont have liberal guns laws too. The former is one of the reasons NH was picked as the home of the Free State Project- https://freestateproject.org/.

The people behind Freedom's Phoenix are friends with many of the folks in the Free State Project. In addition, the Freedom's Phoenix website - https://www.freedomsphoenix.com/ - has, at different times, all kinds of news info about freedom all over the place.
