No, you didn't lose anything as long as you have another copy of the wallet.dat file.
Just import the file into bitcoin core and you will be able to generate the same address to which you sent your coins.

You can save up to 3kb of data on a QR Code depending on the level of error correction you choose. Since you are going to save a highly sensitive data then you should opt for the highest error correction level to ensure keeping your encrypted private key/seed safe.
I have to agree with the replies above. The security of your funds here, relies only on the encryption type you will use and I don't see the benifit of storing the encrypted data on a QR Code.

The three exchanges you mentioned are, indeed, one of the most reputable and secure platforms. Security is a relative concept, though.
Centralized exchanges, usually, charge flat withdrawal fees and it's a bit higher than what most fee estimators would suggest.
My advice is to use a reputable exchange and pay higher fees than risking all your money with a new one just to save few bucks.

I googled their name and found nothing except a post on Reddit asking about the legitimacy of this exchange which was removed.
On their "About Us" page, they claim they've been operating since 2013 but the domain name was registred a week ago. On the 5th of December, precisely!

هم حتى لا يتعبون انفسهم بانشاء عملات كالتي نعرفها. فقط مجرد اسم و بعض الارقام موجودة فقط على منصتهم.
يعني لا مجال لسحبها و مبادلتها على منصات اخرى.
هي مجرد عملية تحيل واضحة و للاسف لا يزال العديدون يقعون ضحية هذه الخدعة.
هذا غيض من فيض، فمنصة يوبيت تعتمد عدة اساليب اخرى لسرقة العملاء مثل اقفال الحسابات و تجميد الارصدة بدون سبب بدون حتى الرد على الشكاوي اضافة الى التلاعب بالاسعار لجلب مزيد من المتداولين. ناهيك عن السماح بتداول بعض العملات مع اقفال خاصية السحب في نفس الوقت. اي يمكنك ايداع العملة في المنصة او شراؤها لكن لا يمكنك سحبها.

بما ان الخدمة التي يقدمها الموقع مجانية فاعتقد ان السبب الاساسي لعدم قبول عناوين بها عديد التحويلات هو الضغط الذي ستسببه على سيرفرهم.
يمكنك ادخال 20 عنوان في وقت واحد، لو ان كل عنوان فيه اكثر من 50 عملية تحويل فسيستهلك ذلك الكثير من موارد الموقع.
تقنيا، يمكن تحسين الطريقة التي يعمل بها الموقع لتجاوز هذا الاشكال مثل البحث فقط في التواريخ التي تمت فيها عمليات الفورك (اعتقد ان هذا ممكن!!)

قرات قليلا عن الموضوع و لم يتم لحد الان الكشف عن الطرف او الاطراف التي تقف وراء هذا الاختراق.
الشبهات متجهة لروسيا خاصة ان العملية معقدة بشكل كبير و لا يمكن الا لجهة حكومية القيام بها. لكن لا يوجد اي دليل ملموس لحد الان.
و بالنسبة لما يمكن ان تقوم به مثل هذه الاجهزة الحكومية فهو يمكن ان يكون اخطر من هذا خاصة ان الحرب الان بين الدول الكبرى هي حرب المعلومات و لم تعد حرب الاسلحة التقليدية و ربما ما كشفه سنودن اكبر دليل على ما يمكن ان تقوم به هذه الاجهزة.

هذا يثبت مجددا انه لا يوجد اي جهاز او منصة محمية مائة بالمائة و علينا كمستخدمي العملات الرقمية ان لا نثق في منصات التبادل و محفظات الواب التي تدعي انها امنة و لا يمكن اختراقها.

المعاملة حصلت على اكثر ن 3 تاكيدات لذلك من المستحيل الغاؤها حاليا.
