A sincere apologize... I was scammed. In short the pivx team launched recently another chain (at least that I know), while pretending to care about pivx and taking the devs funds of course. For some it's another proof on how centralized and scammy those alts are. 0 independant devs, and who knows what shenigans they are running in reality. a picture worth a thousand words.  Sorry. I don't think anybody here gives a damn about some losers and their worthless shitcoin(s). But many of us do give a damn about people who are taken in by these scams and appreciate hearing them called out. C'mon these guys don't even need to be called out. It's like a low-level Nigerian 419 scam you have to be retarded to buy it. If your IQ is greater than 60 you simply can't get victimized. |

Ok we are going through the 200WMA (green line). We cant just keep dragging our asses along the line on low volume. It’s not sustainable. So the question is what happens next. Do we capitulate spike down and rocket back up? Or do we drop under and stay under until later this year?  So it's going down or... down? I can't understand why we NEED to go further down from here in order to rocket up? Why can't we take off from here? I personally think we have seen the bottom last year (3200?) and we'll now skyrocket after some sideways action. This is already the longest bear period in Bitcoin history isn't it? |

Yeah I hear similar stories almost every day. One guy from the UK I met last week had invested in Litecoin mining biz. He had some 10-15 Antminers. Had t shut them down and sell as the couldn't afford to pay the electricity bills and with today's LTC prices it wasn't paying off. His wife left him he's in the process of getting a divorce right now because of his financial situation. If this isn't freaking 'blood in the streets" then what is? HODL brethren, HODL till the end! See now that's just not being very smart and forward thinking at all. Why would you hold on to them when they're unprofitable? I sold my miners a few weeks before they became unprofitable to me. Made some good money on their sale too. I think they probably sold for more then they would have earned over the remaining profitable time. Well there are success stories like yours and then there are those horror stories (like this guy's). I can't say this guy isn't smart - some have bad biz ideas, some have a good idea but wrong timing and only a few have a brilliant biz concept and perfect timing to buy/sell/get out of biz etc. Smart people also do stupid things you know... anyway I wouldn't start an LTC mining biz myself. HODLing is more profitable you know, just takes some patience |

I actually want him to answer. I've been around. I suffered a lot during the last 3 to 6 months, as all my holdings were in assorted alts, and everything crashed together with BTC.
To the point, I'm now entering the "normie" world, working a "normie" job, as I refuse to sell any coins I still have. I lost some too, to two exchanges that recently died. Perfect timing. One is in New Zealand, the other is in Canada, you can guess which two exchanges, they were all over the news 1 week after I sent them some coins to try to cash out.
My formerly unrealized potential 50 BTC ... (that's all I really had) is down to ... well 90% "disappeared" ...
But the time traveler, and a bunch of "bitcoin global road map" posts I read before, I'm pretty optimistic about the future. And I still have two bars of silver, LOL. (Didn't get gold yet.)
I was one of those few living on crypto. 12 months ago, I set myself up to do the trading of these alts to btc to fiat and back and forth, and it was a good run for about 9 months.
Now it's no longer sustainable. I think I read in the news at least two or three foundations of other alts that are either downsizing or simply disappearing, or asking another team to take over. I felt it on a personal level.
And as much as I don't want to beg, any help is appreciated. I was almost afraid of going homeless next month. True story.

Also r0ach needs to get laid before that happens, even if the chances are to be raped by a group of people he dreadfully underestimated. Just remember Bitcoin is unpredictable. It can explode to 1m in a week and then implode back to 3k. Everything is possible and unfortunately at this phase of development it's not us (users, hodlers) or the demand who control it but some entity(-ies) which manipulates it.
