Do you think it would be possible for a person/entity to collect all bitcoins?
Like they only buy bitcoins and mine them and accept it as a form of payment.
Is this theoretically possible? it should be right? what's stopping them?
Do you think it would be possible for a person/entity to collect all bitcoins? NoIs this theoretically possible? No some have been destroyed, someone *could* buy all the ones not destoryed/lost.. but..(see what is stopping them)it should be right? ?? I assume you mean is it moral to allow this.. yes it is the idea of capatilsm has been so twisted..what's stopping them? My last 100 mBits is $7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.00 So do you know anyone with that kind of $?

How much do you get paid for constantly prophesying an imminent apocalypse?
I think OP sold his BTC at $360 and now cries himself to sleep everynight. One night he decided if he spreads enough FUD the price will drop. Not even China FUD can drive the price down but the OP thinks he can..

Did you think in July last year that we will grow x12 from there in just three months? No, nobody did. So please, put on your happy face and prepare to be surprised.
As for dates, the latest we will break $1000 is this October 2014. Earliest theoretically possible? Tomorrow. So I think it's somewhere inbetween, mid-August maybe.
I like you, you're crazy but I like you.

I have an bad feeling we will be re-testing the $360.. HODL.. remember 2011-2012.

Any other good sites to calculate mining profit? Coinwarz won't let me update the mining speeds.. just always goes back to default.. dumb.

Yes, but I came out with zero debt as well.. I took Electrical engineering technology in Canada and it cost me probably 15k total for 3.5 years with 3 6 month paid co-op terms. I currently work in my field making a lot more than minimum.
I would NEVER recommend spending a lot of money on school.

This thread makes me nervious... I created a.... offlineish wallet... It is currently offline but.. this is what I did..
New hard drive, install windows, install BTC-QT, encrypt, send BTC to wallet, back up wallet to many USB's remove hard drive.
Odds of me getting screwed are..?!
Your wallet.dat file is still sitting on your computer in the roaming app data folder of Bitcoin Core. That is what everyone is referring to as the wallet still being online... The hard drive isn't on a computer.. it's in my safety deposit box in the bank.. I forgot to tell that step.. oops..

1) Buy pantyhose & lint roller from dollar store for $2 2) Cut off toes of pantyhose 3) Put toe piece over intake fan
You now have dust protection and tool to clean.

I agree.. A large company getting a discount with BTC could inspire them to buy/hold BTC.

I wonder how long Amazon can now stay away from Bitcoin. They will be losing money and market share by the day.
The only problem I see is all these companies starting from OverStock, TigerDirect to DELL are accepting Bitcoin only for their US operation. What is point of accepting a global currency for a specific country ? Tigerdirect.ca now accepts Bitcoin.
|
|
|
This is great news, but I don't think Dell is that great. I recently browsed their website to try build a new PC but their selection wasnt very good and was quite expensive.
I MIGHT.. just MIGHT be able to convicne my company to hold BTC as we buy from dell... .ca will have to accept it and I have my doubts but.. just maybe.

WoW !!! Awesome. This is gonna be huge. Is it US only or across the globe ? Just talke to their support group.. Like all the other guys US only for now. They will update when that changes. Or sorry I should .com for now.. I asked about .ca and they said they would update.

We haven't had any bullish days in a week or so. Yesterday was just another sideways movement. We were lucky that we didn't fall in a pit, ha I have't even looked at the price in a couple hours, so I don't know if we're even above 600 anymore It hasn't been below 600 in a month.. what makes you think it did in 2 random hours?
