3841  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Practical Advice For A Beginner Trader? on: August 10, 2021, 11:24:09 PM
I tried trading Bitcoin a couple of years ago but quit after I lost $300. What advice do you have for me if I decide to start trading again? Thank you!
My advice is that you try to understand your past failures. because with failure you can learn from those mistakes. besides that, maybe you can try to choose other coins that have more potential. so I think you understand the learning just then you return to trading. good luck
Indeed. In trading there is always risk and you need to know what strategies and techniques to manage your risk. My advice is that you need to have the knowledge first before trading. Trade only with your prepared money for you to not regret something. It is very important that you understand also your past failures because you  learn from those mistakes and can give you inspiration. Buy low, sell high and don't be greedy, don't panic and be patient.
Risk management is a must  because if you arent careful on handling your finances then you would surely lost it up on a fast way.Greed will most likely comes out directly when you do make successful trades

even when you are just starting  or simply being a noob which would poke out that greediness of yours which would result on being too confident on things until you do realize that trading in reality isnt something

simple that someone could able to handle it well or easily.Just gain experience and knowledge while you do trade because this will mold you up as a better trader.
3842  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you making money online? on: August 10, 2021, 09:23:58 PM
This forum is a great place to make money many here earn money from signature promotions or gambling sites I make some money through literacy promotion and crypto trading you are right that there is no guarantee of how long the signature campaign will last so I have chosen to trade with the signature campaign. Every day comes a little bit of profit from trading which never disappoints me and is a good place to earn online.

Agree. This forum and the signature campaigns here have been a huge help to us; many of us have earned money, and I'd say it's a lot because the total amount I've earned in a month from this signature campaign is much more than the minimum wage earner in my country. In terms of trading, I do it as well, but I don't think it's for me because I'm losing money, which I understand is a part of the game, but I'm still learning from it. If I have more money to play with, I'll continue sooner. Trading is extremely risky, but if you understand the risks, you will be able to earn more.
There are lots and most of those tasks or job  doesnt really require much technical knowledge which you can really make out  money if you do participate and some is just needing some common  sense  and of course

you would  be needing some basic research too about crypto and of course these are just temporary jobs and shouldnt really make it as a main source of income but rather a side job  which would be adding

up into your main job salary. In that case you would be having a better source of income that you could depend on and if you are just really that eager on finding then you could really find one.
3843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: August 10, 2021, 07:58:02 PM

Dont know on why Axie infinity isnt included on the list? You should add up Cryptozoon too since these are the  current hyped NFT  games as of this moment.

I only posted the games I invested in, I don't have any experience with the Axie infinity so I skipped it.

Anyway, base on your answers, it is definitely a gamble to invest in these games but the risk is low compared to actual online gambling that we have right now but the nature of losing your money when the price of their token fell is still there and there is no guarantee for it to bounce back since it is also inside the crypto market where the volatility is always our partner.

One more thing about Cryptoblade is their chances of battle where the low percentage of winning gives only a little amount of rewards. The moment I saw the percentage of winning the battle, that's when I concluded my thought that this is really gambling. because there is no other definition of when you need to get in the odds in order to take your money back.
I have invested on cryptoblade and buy out my characters and sword when it was still $5 and it did really pay off when it hyped and make out almost $200 a day earning but that one didnt last long since the price

had fluctuated down which it isnt really that surprising as these games arent really that good for long term for now but lets see on what would happen.Thing here is that you do know on how to secure

up your capital and then re-roll the profits  then its not really bad to consider on playing these games but of course that you should be mindful about the risk.
3844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Number of altcoins keep increasing! on: August 10, 2021, 06:53:40 PM
I see alot of altcoins and tokens been introduced into the market every day and I keep wondering if that is how this industry will keep growing.  The number of altcoins does not translate to increase in the over all market capitalization of the cryptocurrencies market and it that means that some of the coins we currently have in the market is not needed!

Even though the number of altcoins is currently increasing, there are also many altcoins that are useless and do not have good growth in the market exchange. The current growth in the number of altcoins I think is due to the intense competition in the exchange market and altcoins have the potential to earn huge profits for altcoin creators. so many people want to create altcoins without any good development and growth.
90% of them are just useless or doesnt really have actual relevance or utility or simply copy cat from those top altcoins in the market and this is why as an investor you should really get rid nor consider out on buying

some shitcoins in the market specially to those who do consider on buying some low cap or low volume and trying to make some fortune with it when it do pumps.Yes, probability is there but risk is way more higher

but there are people who do really love to gamble with this and hoping that they could make theirselves rich when it do pumps. As this market would grow then expect that number of those shitcoins
would grow too.
3845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Identifying Satoshi Would Be a BAD Thing on: August 10, 2021, 05:59:19 PM
I think it's very easy for everyone to spread lies, it's true as you say if anyone wants to identify sathoshi is a bad thing, actually very difficult to happen, because no one knows about the existence of satoshi, maybe only bitcoin developers know about satoshi, but they must have kept it a secret.. because they think it's not important, the most important thing is that we have to thank satoshi who has given us the path to success in the internet era..
We have seen lots of faketoshi in the past trying to pretending that they were satoshi but its not.I do understand on why people do search up for the founder of this revolutionary thing.

Finding his identity would be a bad thing? Lets just respect him as it should be because if he do intent on showing himself into the public then he had already done this in the past.

Lets just respect if he wont really be showing himself anytime soon. He knows on what would happen if he does that.

3846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: August 09, 2021, 11:18:44 PM
Ranking based on preference.

1.Mydefipet
2.Splinterlands
3.Cryptoblades

Dont know on why Axie infinity isnt included on the list? You should add up Cryptozoon too since these are the  current hyped NFT  games as of this moment.

In talks or mention of gamble then its definitely risky i can say but on those games i had able to reached out ROI in a short span of time which i can say
to be worth it but of course you should be always be aware on  investing on the money that you can afford to lose.
3847  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Always take profit on: August 09, 2021, 10:18:19 PM
Well in my opinion I think it is good if you will get a small amount repeatedly because at the end of the day it will end up like a big amount of profit. So I think there is no issue about it small profit and big profit is the same profit so we need to grab it, many of us loss because we wait for a big profit but at the end we loss.
consistent is the key for our trading resul, never underestimate with small amount. When we accumulate this profits for years i am believe if could be huge number. huge or small profit should be our problem , we only need to concern about how to generate profits consistently.
Small amount of profit but when its accumulated then it would really be that significant in longer run but there are lots who dont like to go into this process but instead they would really be rushing up on going or getting

high profits directly without minding the risk of losing and that do results on rushing up decisions this is why consistency and sustainability should really be your main priority.

You should take profit but of course it would be better if you do make it on bulks to save up on the fees.
3848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best wallet for Crypto Sportbooks deposits/withdrawals? on: August 09, 2021, 09:59:23 PM
Currently I am using Binance wallet, but I heard that they can lock account and ask about these transactions.

Not a suggestion but just want to share with you that I already did lots of lots of transactions between Binance and a gambling site. Don't worry. If the transacton is not questionable, you shouldn't have a problem. Gambling sites are also a professional business.

Without valid proof that Binance locked up accounts about gambling transactions, don't believe in it.

Those who locked their accounts maybe violate other terms, not related to gambling.
You can risk out but for sure it is written into their TOS but since you do already have the experience and prove it out then its safe to presume that it is still possible to do so but always mind off the risk

because we dont know on whats up into their minds but if they do really mind off on getting users and retaining it then most likely they wouldnt really care at all on where those funds came from on the first place.

Use the wallet that would really suit out your needs or preference but i not really really recommend non custodial specially if funds been holding is for long term too.
3849  Economy / Speculation / Re: People are panic buying right now! on: August 09, 2021, 09:22:43 PM
Haha now people are panic buying now as you can see bitcoin price already bounce back from $43,000 and back to $45,000 now just within a day. Those who saying bitcoin already end when it was fallen to $30,000 will regret it to didn't buy on that time.

LONG LIVE BITCOIN! TO THE MOON!
Panic Buying or FOMO is just really the same but i dont see that much to be on that case since $2000+ movement isnt something rare or non usual thing to happen here on crypto specially with bitcoin.

This  had been a typical movement and we had  just recognized for it to be that something unusual because we had seen bitcoin been moving sideways for a while now.

and when it moves on this scale then  it turns out that we do get surprised which it isnt really that something to be have  that kind of  reaction.
3850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: signs of gambling addiction on: August 08, 2021, 11:53:11 PM
Gamblers don't realize they are addicted to gambling until it's worse which they've done unthinkable already like breaking the piggybank of his kid just so he could gamble again. But you as a gambler can also notice it to yourself before you get to the worse situation like selling valuables like jewelry so you could play again.

Is seeking a new strategy or thinking of betting while you are sleeping signs of addiction? If not, what are little signs that unfold you are becoming a gambling addict?

First few symptoms is you always dream of it, always think that you are in game even if you are not playing, from time to time you visit the casino also in online.

Next to that is the worst so if they can't be controlled for sure they will came to the point that they steal money from somewhere else or borrow to anyone he know just to have funds for his vices and this is the start where he will be on trouble on the next following days since debt will hunt  after this things mess up..
When you are already on the situation on where you are already dreaming of it then i do consider that it is already on medium-severe kind of addiction because you are already thinking of it.

On the time that you had able to experience it then you should be at least aware that you should start on stopping or taking a break on doing gambling.

You are already making yourself get addicted too much on it which might really be causing even more problems in the future.
3851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Burning plans on: August 08, 2021, 10:58:15 PM

When u hear/read a coin have a burning plan in their roadmap - is it a always buy in before and sell when it happen? ( Excluded shitcoins).

Depends on you but always mind of about the risk because not every burning events would typically means guaranteed pump of a certain coin even its a top ranking one
but still wont give out some assurance.

Therefore, it would really be varying on your own risk management if you could really able to afford it out on investing into that particular project.

Its your money then its your decision to  make not on other people.
3852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much of your total capital is in crypto? on: August 08, 2021, 08:59:11 PM
I believe in the long term success of Bitcoin that I want to hold 90% in crypto then sell when I reach 50 to 60 years old.
That's a very good strategy with very strong optimism on Bitcoin, but I have only one question from me to you,
can you make sure you are 50 to 60 years old ? Grin
Thats the main question.. hehe.. We wouldnt know on how long we could able to last in our current age as if this moment this is why i do live my life to the fullest without hesitation on doing things that i do want rather

than on focusing on accumulating riches since those things can be bring afterlife. So its no point that you wouldnt really be enjoying on what you do currently have now, its not bad to save but at least you do cherish

on what you do have currently now and doesnt really go long on future years since you wouldnt know on what would happen 90% in crypto is indeed showing being too optimistic but well its their money
then they do have the full control or make things according to their likings.
3853  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sexy casinos on: August 08, 2021, 07:59:55 PM
I don't think the person that you are responding to means that in a literal sense, I do not have data but based on my personal observations most gamblers are men, and we know that drinking alcohol excessively while you are in a casino is a bad idea, and now if you add beautiful woman into the mix then the chances that you lose control of your betting patterns during a few hours becomes higher, that is what he means by a dangerous combination, however if you can exercise your self-control then you're not going to have any kind of trouble with it.
They wouldn't be putting those girls and alcohol for no reason and of course it would really be putting the player into its disadvantage specially that people who are excessively drunk will really be having

problems when it comes to their decisioning towards their gambling activity. In result? it would a loss and that would be an added revenue to the house and same goes to those sexy girls

in the casino which they would be adding some attraction to the players neither giving out some good ambiance or view or would be totally be a distraction on some.
And we must not forget as well that men tend to be very competitive and some will have the tendency to show off their wealth and make bigger bets than usual just because they are interacting with a  beautiful lady, personally I am not mad about this as for what I have seen those that go to the casino love the atmosphere, however we need to be aware that this is happening so we do not fall victims of this and we lose more money than what we wanted to risk during that day at the casino.
We do love to impress specially in women and this is why i do really agree with this kind of behavior on where man would usually shows off. Cool

When those women get impressed then it is somewhat giving some boost up into someone and that kind of feeling is something that cant really be bought by money which i do truly understand.

This is why casinos do really make use of this kind of strategy and somewhat give out some convenience and boost up into most players.

3854  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is Happier: Stock investors or Bitcoin investors on: August 05, 2021, 08:24:49 PM
One of the sure-fire ways to build wealth is by investing your money, especially in stocks from a company with strong fundamentals.  Interestingly in recent times cryptocurrencies most especially Bitcoin has been the talk of the town due to its massive ROI.

Warren Buffett is one of the most successful  stock investors, in the world. Yet, Buffett has said he won’t ever buy the cryptocurrency for several reasons . Other hand  Michael Saylor, an early Bitcoin investor and proponent has  been credited with  institutional Bitcoin boom in December 2020. He has made billions of dollars from Bitcoin.
There are others like Mr Buffett and Mr Michael all over the world.

Truth be told  both investors are doing very well.  My question now is , Who is Happier?  Is it the Stock investor or the Bitcoin investor?

Doesnt matter if you are a stock investor or bitcoin investor because what we do matter most is to make profits although they do really differ on that part  since we know that stocks are less volatile than crypto

which means less profit that in crypto but it is way more risky but it doesnt matter because investors could have their own preference on what things they could able to take.

Some would be risk takers in terms of volatility and some would just want to deal with less volatility with less risk than on going to crypto but well that majority is really eyeing for more profits which
there are some stock traders whom do love to play with crypto too.
3855  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: has anyone here in profit after gambling ??? on: August 05, 2021, 06:54:26 PM
We all heard that every one looses at the end in gambling....yes we may win here and there...we may win some big amounts but overall in long term we always end up in loss....this is the story with me as well overall i am in big loss....
I just want to know is any one here in this forum who is in overall profit in gambling...
So far im on the break even side because i dont really mind on tallying up my expenses or the amount that i have been used on gambling since i do really play just for the sake of entertainment.

Although there are really times which i do really mind on taking profits or be mindful on how to make bigger gains. We do know that house do always win in the end but there are still

people who do force out to win which in result into huge losses because of keeping on depositing just to force that the thing that they do have in mind should happen which
is really a very wrong mindset to have.
3856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If not invested then do it now... on: August 04, 2021, 11:31:35 PM
impossible to time the market ...   jump in when you can stomach the volatility.  (dollar cost average is best)

Agreed!!! One must be in the market to have a chance of catching the new wave everybody is excited about. In the large scheme of things and the potential these top coins have in the future is nothing by comparison to the little volatility we see today. WE can't time markets and we can't wait forever either, so jump in when confident...

I always say, it's better to be in the game than not be in it at all Cool
Until when a certain individual would jump in? What are the criteria for him to get in? There's no solid indication about on having  the right time because nobody could able to predict on what would happen on next minute,
hour or day when it comes to price volatility. Therefore, anytime would be the best time to get in.

Make out some adjustments if you are already inside depending on how you do plan on making profits or do make out some trades, neither you do hold or would make out active trades.

I agree that theres no particular time on when to get in into the market.
3857  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Losing in trading needs questioning on: August 04, 2021, 10:27:28 PM
If they are beginners and get failure this is normal. Learning from failure will make them better when its time to take profit and when they should stop for a moment. Human bad habit is greedyy, if they can earn 2-5% in a day then they will speculate to get more. Managing it is very difficult, managing anything must be difficult. Need a lot of experience here.
You would really be having that question in mind on how you did lost a certain trade or investment and its normal because we do have expectations and it isnt really easy to make trades

and if you are really that serious on learning trading then you would really look after on your mistakes and  realize on where did you get wrong and at least making yourself aware

and would be ready on next possible similar situation that you might faced on.As you do go forward then you would really be gaining more experience.
3858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should online gambling companies be responsible for harm related activities? on: August 04, 2021, 09:24:36 PM
Reading the rules is a must for every terms and conditions that has been set. Because not reading so will lead you to assume that the casino is at full accountability even if you lose from them.
They're for the business and that's really the business model that they've got. They earn from the gamblers who are losing and that's what everyone has to understand and it's not that their problem if you can no longer control yourself from losing and gambling.

Rules are No. 1, although we don't really like rules. Because as guests we certainly have to appreciate what is our obligation to stay there for a long time and get comfortable gambling. The host and all related in it is their right to continue to apply the rules as they should. Maybe the casino owner will say, if you don't like it then please leave our house.
No one is really forcing you to play, therefore you dont really actually have the right to make complaints or sue them out on why you had become addicted because this is a self decision

for you to play that long on a gambling site or place. They are not really responsible on why you become addicted and they wont care on treating off those addicted ones since these are people

who would be making out more revenue to theirs. They would just simply ignore you when you dont have money to play and the rest is something you should need to care.
3859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: bicointalk signatures on: August 04, 2021, 08:19:18 PM
From bitcointalk profile signatures, what does the crypto new project expect?
Is it just a matter of promoting & investing the project through signatures?
Signature space can contains website links so literally you can promote anything you want by placing the website links or create attractive signature via bb codes to gain more traffic and there are service available for signature creation as well.
Yes, and this would really make some attraction into some users basing off into their curiosity and interest and this is how signature campaign is really in purpose of on which it do really make out some exposure on

such project and since this is mainly having crypto traffic then its relevant that crypto projects will really be prioritizing on making some ads on this forum and wont really be skipping out

but if they do have more budget then they would opt or extent out on other forms of advertisement outside of this forum.
3860  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do most cryptocurrencies rise and fall together? on: August 04, 2021, 07:56:19 PM
Observing the cryptocurrency market, we found that although most cryptocurrencies have price differences, most of them will fluctuate with the price trend of Bitcoin. When the price of Bitcoin increases, most other cryptocurrencies will also increase, and vice versa.
Is this trend due to large accounts operating on multiple exchanges or countless retail investors carrying price differences? Or is it caused by other operations?

All matters with the demand and volatility would always be that in common and also talking with trends then it is likely that majority of coins will really correlate with Bitcoins trend which does simply means that

whenever bitcoin is on bullish or bearish then they do tend to get pulled off with that one and would follow.Although not all the time but as we do observed on this market then it is mostly been happening.

Thing here as a crypto investor then you should know on how to ride off with these waves for you to make money.
