3861  Other / Off-topic / Re: how bitcoin is popular in your country ? on: September 05, 2016, 02:57:01 PM
In my country people are so dum tht they see bitcoin as a ghost. Well inm ountryilltracy rate is low but thans to our government that the kids who don't evn know how to write their names get passed in exams huh
I never seen someone no negative about his own country. If people are not into bitcoins whats the reason behind it ? Illiteracy ? I don't think bitcoiners need to be well educated because bitcoins are easy to use even though sometimes it takes good IQ to understand how bitcoins works and things like confirmations and all.

The main issue is that they have not heard about bitcoins so we cannot expect them to start using bitcoins unless they are guided in a proper way showing the benefits of bitcoins.
It's slightly different in my area. They have heard of bitcoin or read it somewhere on the internet but aren't really interested in engaging in any bitcoin-related transactions, nor even simply knowing about it.

I talked to a few people about why they don't want to and the most common reason is that "why should I? I'm already contented with what I'm using" which actually makes sense. But if they could just open themselves to bitcoin, they may change their mind.

Exactly, if they are made aware about the benefits associated with bitcoins then I am sure they will start using bitcoins but its really difficult to convince them to get into bitcoins.
3862  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: September 05, 2016, 02:54:55 PM
That is simple question, and there is a simple answer: I save my money in bitcoins, I also learn from btc and I like to pay with them, so i can say that these are my reasons to have them.
But that is not also good to save you all money in bitcoin wallet we do not have insurance of our money in putting money in bitcoin you should only put the amount of money that you can afford to lose, but for me i have bitcoin for paying my bills because i like the services that there is a rebates in every transaction i made in our local bitcoin wallet.
Where do you reside to be able to pay your bills?
I have not heard of a place yet that accepts bitcoin as a form of payment to pay for water or electrical bills. Maybe a phone bill or internet but not the bigger things everybody has to pay for such as rent.
the same for me though i actually heard a lot of people saying that they do that, for me it would be really cool though unfortunately i cannot do that

Yeah it would be great if we are able to pay our monthly bills using bitcoins, as it will save time and also the transportation cost that occurs while going to pay bills physically.
3863  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: September 05, 2016, 02:52:52 PM
Currently not buying bitcoins because price is so high. It just went up around $30 over the weekend. Lets hope it subsides a lil bit till price can be handled and i might buy more for trading.

Yes even I think that current price is higher to buy bitcoins, its better to wait for next few days and see if price goes down or not, and if price goes higher then will be satisfied with existing coins.
3864  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: September 04, 2016, 02:10:24 PM
Advice, tips, speculation please.

options that you have:
* hold it until after the halving
* start trading bitcoin/usd or bitcoin/altcoin
* invest in casino bankroll
* give loans here or on btcjam
* search the forum for where to invest Cheesy
*** research before you invest

It's a good thing that you have that amounts of bitcoin and the price keep increasing every year which is good to hold it  for several years as investment. But if you want monthly income from that BTC12, I strongly agree with herbert options like invest in casino bankroll that you can check here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1585408.0 or else if you good at gambling just give it a shot but remember the consequence of get lose.

Gambling or casinos is not the best place to invest that high amount, its better to lend them to people at high interest rates or else invest it in altcoin trading.
3865  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 04, 2016, 02:07:34 PM
If i get per week 0.1 earnings then i will quit my job, as my expenses to be meet , so i am doing my day job apart from that i am also online and doing bitcoin signature campaign and altcoin trading and skill work for bitcoins.

So is 0.4 per month is enough for you to take of your living, as 0.4 is not that high amount that we can afford to quit the job but it will also depend on where you are living and what is salary you are getting in fiat.
In third class countries 0.4 is a much good salary for fulfilling their expenditures, in those countries I have saw that most of the educated people work for only $100  per month (that is something 0.16, according to current price) and they try to live with that for the whole month.
Its kind of wizzard to be able to live with 100 dollars montly, for me it would require atleast 1-3 btc monthly as income, but i wouldnt left my real job as i can get my salarie and a good extra with bitcoin, soo i can retire sooner.
yeah i think earning $ 100 per month would be less? especially if you live in a country that has a high cost of living? I think the least you must have a monthly income of 1-3 before you try to work full time in bitcoin. for now I have not reached it

Yeah minimum 1 btc is required to live a good life and if you cannot manage to earn that amount regularly then its better not to quit your job or else you will find yourself in trouble.

That is right. My goal since I left my day job is to earn at least 3 btc minimum eery month - that is 0.1 bitcoin a day. Although I have not into that point as of this writing, I am confident that with hard work and dedication, I will reach that 0.1 btc a day or 3 btc a month minimum income.

Yeah you may find it difficult to earn that amount initially but over a period of time when you have different methods of earning you can get to that amount.
3866  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 04, 2016, 02:05:31 PM
I have to admit that most probably is better to invest part of the portfolio, in order to make some extra money for yourself.

Yeah investment will give you higher profits in future if you choose right place to invest but its better in compare to saving as in saving you won't be able to grow your money in long run.

There are people who are good with investments but that is going to be a very hard thing for those people who doesn't able to grow their bitcoins by
investments. That is why that is going to be a good choice for the people that doesn't have talent with investments and that is going to be a good way to earn by just doing nothing.

If they don't have talent then they need to develop it or else they will never become rich in future and will  have to be satisfied with whatever they have.
3867  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: September 04, 2016, 02:03:32 PM
I agree that monitoring the price properly can help, and self control is a must when performing the market operations, but It's not guaranteed that you will double the investment.
monitoring the price when trading is a must, how dare you can sell in the right time if you don't know the current price at the current time, that's ultra silly if i imagine, trading is about lurking the market and buy or sell at the right time,so monitoring is not only could helping but it's a factor that make you gaining profit

If you want to earn good profits from trading then you need to be very active in it and you cannot afford to miss any fluctuation or else it will take a chance away from you to make profits.
3868  Other / Off-topic / Re: How did you get into Bitcoin? on: September 04, 2016, 01:59:26 PM
I started collecting coins in mid-2014, when my friend introduced me to the world of digital currency. I was attracted by the idea of replacing the fiat and discarding the banks. And moreover, it is fun to participate in the discussions here.

Yeah even my friend suggested me to join this forum and start earning from signature campaign but above all I have learned many things about crypto which will help me in future.
3869  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: September 04, 2016, 01:56:34 PM
I bought some coins when I saw that bitcoin price already was at the lowest point. I guess that if you use the knowledge and keep yourself updated, you may achieve good results.
but it will be very difficult to get the timing right. we must continue to standby see bitcoin price movements over time. by looking at the graph we can determine that this was a very appropriate time to buy bitcoin. because when we are wrong choosing the right time then we would greatly regret.

Correct timing is really not an easy one in bitcoin industry. Standby would always be beneficial only if you just have patience because when the good opportunity comes you can easily trade your bitcoin and gain your profit.

We need to buy at a right time. I bought a few a month ago at bitfinex hack and now i am happy as he price is above 600$. I can sale it and get progit right now, but i will keep it further save in hope of further rise in the price.

We can never judge what is the right time to buy bitcoins, as if I buy today at $600 price hoping that price will rise but suddenly we may come across through bad news which may take price back to $500 level.
3870  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why we must trust with bitcoin? on: September 04, 2016, 01:48:35 PM
Bitcoin is the original crypto-currency, and therefore I believe in BTC. Other alts such as Ethereum and Litecoin are just copycats. Some of them may be technologically superior to altcoin, but Satoshi Nakamoto was the first person to have invented the idea of a digital currency, and therefore we must continue supporting BTC over the alts.

We will surely support btc now and even in future but we should not forget the fact that there are many potential alts available that can give us good profits in quick time, and we should grab benefits  from both of  them.
3871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is big problem in using of bitcoin on: September 04, 2016, 01:46:38 PM
For me the biggest problem in using bitcoin is when invest and yet you scam by someone. Another problem is when you deposit real money to you wallet and convert into bitcoin then suddenly the bitcoin decrease the value so for you it is injustice. He he.
thats why i actually never invest into any websites because most of the websites are scams that just steal your money and thats it

Yeah many of us have lost our hard earned coins in hands of the scmmers in the past but now we know where to invest and where to not but beginners gets afraid when they come to know about it.
3872  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcointalk is a good way to get information about Bitcoins? on: September 04, 2016, 01:44:29 PM
yes bitcointalk is very good way to get information about bitcoin and i also get a huge information about bitcoin and this forum is very helpful to know about bitcoin .

BitcoinTalk is one platform in which you get all the information about Bitcoins and Altcoins. This is a great place to get all the knowledge about the crpto currency and the latest news associated with them.

Yeah and this forum is helping us to keep ourselves updated with the crypto world as we can get all latest information related to altcoins which gives us an idea to where to invest our money.
3873  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: September 03, 2016, 02:44:46 PM

for the few places that do accept bitcoin, do you currently spend the coins you hold at any of them?

I know places like www.takeaway.com accept bitcoin and i even heard CEX.co.uk accept bitcoin in stores now too, but does anyone spend the bitcoins they have or do most just onto hold them? (Or gamble them lol)

I wonder if there will ever be any retailers that only accept bitcoin.
For now i am holding my bitcoin because i want to earn more before i spend it all i want to earn more and hold my bitcoin i wan to buy a new laptop for my daily activities soon and for my school activities too because next sem we are required to have laptop on our school i don't know why i hate programming but i am going to buy a laptop

Yeah give your best efforts in earning and save them for future and once price goes higher then you can sell your coins and you can buy your laptop which will help you in earning more bitcoins.
3874  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: September 03, 2016, 02:43:01 PM
It is said that bitcoin will destroy the fiat system but i believe that if this happens the world will change completly because banks and a lot of things will go out of market.
Bitcoin will never be destroy nor will be chance by another coin currency for me bitcoin now even the past year bitcoin will be more famous and it will be more investors are going to use bitcoin as a currency because bitcoin is easy to use and bitcoin can be link on banks soon and on market as well

Bitcoin is easy to use only for those who are using it since long time, but it can be confusing and complicated for those who are not aware about it and they need proper guidance how to use it.
3875  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 03, 2016, 02:41:12 PM
While there are many investments and methods that yield both dollars and BTC, the most common way that any person is going to make any type of currency is to work, sell a service or product, or perform an action and get paid for it in whatever currency.

We are discussing whether we can afford to get full time in bitcoin or not putting our day job and fiat currency behind, and if you are comfortable in earning with fiat then no need to get full time in bitcoins.
3876  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: September 03, 2016, 02:38:51 PM
Bitcoin wallet is surely a better option, and despite the fact that it needs some improvement, it is still better than banks, because the fees are too high. And there is the problem of centralization, which may endanger the funds of the users in a few situations.

At this stage we cannot rely only on one, we need both of them as banks will take care of our day to day transactions and bitcoin will take care of online transactions, both are important.
3877  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: September 03, 2016, 02:35:14 PM
When I have capital available to invest and when I see, of course, a good pricing, then I buy and hold. I'm rarely doing trade, I think that I will need more knowledge of the market to do that more often.

Yes its better to enter the trade after getting enough knowledge of it or else it will be an risky affair for you and you may even loose your coins in trading.
3878  Other / Off-topic / Re: How did you get into Bitcoin? on: September 03, 2016, 02:32:48 PM
Thanks to my friend who brought my on this forum and bought an full member account for me so that I can join signature campaign and start earning bitcoins.
3879  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you ever lost Bitcoin? on: September 03, 2016, 02:26:12 PM
I have lost many times in gambling in the past, but at that time the price of bitcoin was not too high, but now I cannot afford to loose even a small amount so I have quit gambling for good.
3880  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do with my signature campaign earnings ? on: September 03, 2016, 02:24:07 PM
If you do not have the needed experience in the market, then I suggest you to hold your coins, or use part of it to invest in something else when you see a great opportunity.

Yes if you don't have knowledge of trading then its better to save them for future as if you invest in any unknown thing there is a full possibility of loosing your money.
