One more suggestion, if I may: I think that it wouldn't be a bad idea to share a complete monthly overview in your thread, and not just share it as a link, so it's more visible to everyone how active you are, month after month. At least that's what we did when we were asking for an additional boards in Croatian board, which we got eventually. I don't know if that helped, but it didn't hurt for sure, so maybe it can help you too with your request. |

Did you mean after having a local board? If it is a monthly report, it will always be visible because it will always be updated approximately every month. Or did you mean local thread? It can not be pinned in local thread, only what can happen is to request for a space to be created for it after local thread OP, but this is not possible, it is not possible as this is a thread on its own.
What I think he meant is to simply edit the first post of your local thread and include link to this thread. Another suggestion: maybe you should share this monthly overview in that thread in which you are asking for your own local board. It might help with forum staff realizing that you are indeed an active community and that giving you a local board won't be a waste of time. |

The deposit has been closed since April 8 (they write the technical reason, and for the sake of withdrawal, it can be seen on the blockchain that they transferred from my gate.io address to the main gate.io fedora tips address of the coin.
Unfortunately nothing much we can do here since (as far as I know) Gate.io doesn't have official account here so we can't even tag them and try to force them that way to look into your case This can at least serve as a warning for others that are using this exchange to thread carefully and if they have to use it, to send only smaller amounts. By the way, have you tried contacting them via Twitter again as from I understand that helped back in August when you got 1/3 of the money. Do you have a discord, a telegram? to send you pictures. Then you can post them.
I have pictures of how other users have credited the deposit, I got it from other people.

I suspected this could be a lesson learned. It was an initial test, Ł40 in, and got Ł22.xx back out, which felt a little harsh.
As someone who used BTC ATMs frequently for a couple of years, I would advise you to only use it a last resort unless you want to waste shit load of money on fees, which are generally high (the ones I used had 5-7% fee which doesn't seem too high at first, but it adds up, especially if you are buying & selling bigger amounts) but not as high as in your case. Maybe that ATM has some fixed fee on top of the standard percentage fee. The only good thing when it comes to BTC ATM is that you can buy and sell BTC anonymously. At least that's was the case with the ATMs I used so far, don't know whats the situation in UK when it comes to that as I know in come countries you have to give your mobile number. |

Iako malo kasnim, ipak sam odlucio napraviti godisnji pregled domaceg podforuma cisto da nastavimo sa tradicijom i da mozemo vidjeti kako smo napredovali (ili nazadovali) u odnosu na godinu prije. Kao i za proslogodinsji pregled, i za ovaj su podaci preuzeti sa @DdmrDdmr Merit Dashboarda te @TryNinja ninjastic.space.
Za pocetak, sastav naseg boarda po rankovima. U ovaj chart su ukljuceni samo oni clanovi koji su napisali minimalno 10 postova; taj uvjet sam postavio za proslogodisnji pregled tako da mi je nekako imalo smisla da i ove godine napravim isto da se moze bolje usporediti situacija. Kao i tijekom 2021, dominiraju Legendary, Hero te ovi nizi rankovi te nam nazalost fali tih srednjih rankova sto upucuje na manjak novih aktivnih clanova, ali to je nesto sto svi vec dobro znamo ovdje. U neku ruku to i ne cudi, jer taj prijelaz sa Member pa sve do Sr Member i je nekako najtezi (bar se i meni tako cinilo kad sam napredovao kroz rankove).  Tijekom 2021 napisano je 7092 posta, sto je pad od ~35% u odnosu na 2020 kad je napisano 11194 posta. Moram priznati da sam pocetkom 2021 kad sam radio onaj prosli pegled ocekivao da ce 2021 biti jos bolja od prosle s ozbirom na stanje na trzistu. ali eto jebiga. Doduse, i ja sam bio slabije aktivan tako da se nemam sta cuditi ovim rezultatima. Nadam se da ce 2022 biti bolja po tom pitanju, ili makar slicna prosloj. Sto se tice merita, tijekom prosle godine podijeljeno je ukupno 1808, sto je neznatno manje u odnosu na 2020 kad je podijeljeno 1818 merita. Nekako sam ocekivao veci rezultat jer smo dobili par merit sourceva ali izgleda da je onaj slabiji prvi dio godine bio kljucan te smo zbog toga nesto slabiji u odnosu na 2020. ne sumnjam da ce 2022 biti dosta bolja od toga, pod uvjetom da odrzimo makar ovu kvantitetu (i kvalitetu) postova. Na screenshotu se vidi lista onih koji su podijelili i primili merit. I really don't want to be the one suggesting, advertising, or recommending anyone's NFT tokens when I have a rather negative view on the entire NFT space. I think that only a few NFT use cases could have a future, the rest will be forgotten in a few years. You are very fortunate to have entered this crypto space so early. Many, unfortunately, discovered cryptocurrencies much later (, and some will yet discover them). Perhaps this is also a generational issue. As an example, I first learned about crypto during the 2017/2018 bull run. However, I passed up the idea of investing at the time because I deemed it too late. Well, we all know how that ended. That's the thing, I don't think that it's too late even if you started buying Bitcoin now. I mean, who would have said at the beginning of 2017 that BTC will make x20 by the end of the year? I don't remember any sort of predictions like that, and as I said, many told me that's probably too late to buy BTC now, and even I was kinda suspicious but then remembered how I thought the same first time i heard about it, back in late 2013. There is an old Chinese saying "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now." I think the same philosophy applies to the current crypto market.
Exactly! What I advice all people that are just getting into crypto is DCA into BTC, buying as much as they can, when they can, instead getting upset that they can't buy one whole Bitcoin and then focusing on shitcoins. |

Ja znam lika (ne fizički, iz jednog Discorda) koji je doslovno postao milijunaš jer zna lika koji odmah može staviti projekt na CG i CMC. Lik uđe u TG grupu neke BSC shitare, oni mu daju 1000-2000$ tokena po nikakvim cijenama prije samog presalea, on to stavi na CG i CMC i izvadi 10-20x prvi ili drugi dan. To je istina, moguce je pushati listanje, pogotovo CMC za koji treba vise vremena dok se za Coingecko ceka par sati, bez placanja. Velika greska koju radi dosta altcoin projekata kad je u pitanju CMC je da cekaju da budu listani pa se tek onda posalju svoj zahtjev na CMC. Naime, moguce je biti listan na CMC kao "untracked listing" (traje tjedan-dva da se zahtjev obradi) mjesecima prije samo listanja na mjenjacnice i iskorisiti neke marketinske pogodnosti kao objava IDOa ili airdropa tako da kad jednom i krene trejdanje, samo se posalje zahtjev za dodavanje tog trading para za sto se puno manje ceka i najcesce bude gotovo isti dan. E sad, dosta njih nema pojma o tome pa im onda dolaze svakojake agencije nudeci stvari koje i oni mogu samo odraditi samo ako ukljuce mozak.
@jojo_surf S obzirom da CMC i Coingecko ne naplacuju listanje ( na stranu te agencije koje nude brze listanje), a na vasoj platformi ce se naplacivati samo submitanje koje ne garantira listanje jer mora proci glasanje, sta nece to biti problem? O kojim ciframa se tu uopce radi jer vidim nece biti maximalnog iznosa nego ce projekti moci dati koliko hoce te time dati incentive ljudima da glasaju. |

First, sorry to hear that you got (allegedly) screwed by Gate.io. Couple of my friends are using Gate regularly and had no issues whatsoever so I had impression that they afre decent exchange, but selective scamming is also a popular thing among many "reputable" exchanges. They say for a reason "not your keys, not your money". 2nd, didn't you say in your old post from August 2021 that you got you coins back? Or that was only one third of the coins owed, that you mentioned you got back? They added coins to me manually. The deposit is still closed, but I managed to get my deposit via the gate.io twitter account.

One thing I would advise is not to focus on altcoins as that's what many of those that think are too late do. They see memecoins and similar crap making crazy ROI in very short period of time, and then they see BTC being $40k-50$k, they get disheartened so instead slowly accumulating BTC, they opt for altcoins and end up being rekted. I did similar mistake back in 2013. I thought that I was too late to the party as I couldn't afford one whole Bitcoin so instead buying fraction of it, I went for altcoins, bought GPU and spent money and time mining shitcoins and ended up with nothing in the end. I took a break and came back to crypto in the early 2017 but this time I was smarter and went for BTC instead, even though some told me that it's too late now, back when BTC was around $1k which is now dirt cheap price. |

Definitely a strange case for them to start bumping with such a long period of inactivity, but if they're bumping it now, no doubt they did it back in 2015. I'll go through the entire thread.
Maybe I didn't express myself properly; they weren't inactive since 2015, they started this project back in 2015. They almost certainly used some bumping service as you don't 800 pages thread for a completely unknown project (at least to me) without some push. On CMC they are listed as "untracked listing" while I couldn't even find them on Coingecko. Looks like they gave up yet they are trying with this marketing technique. Anyway, definitely reporting material, at least last page or two as that's when this new group appeared. |

Trust me, most of those marriages are Businesses, the man knows this woman will be happy to take off with half his wealth WHEN divorce happens and not IF it will, cos it will in 80% case so there is less trust so the best asset you can hide now would be your Bitcoin
