The scam from exchanging gate.io is to blame for me dying soon

This month, I will report the exchange gate.io to the police, interpol, europol. I will also address the police in the Cayman Islands, where their offshore company is headquartered (they do not have a phone number, address, email). I sent a deposit 8 months ago. One third of the deposits are credited to me, the rest are not. For months I wrote tickets, live support, 28 days ago I submitted a ticket according to the gate.io rulebook to state whether I was credited with the deposit or not (since in page 12 of the gate.io rulebook it says: Gate.io and the user can agree in within 30 days, the court in the Cayman Islands has jurisdiction. I got sick because of this problem, from $ 9,000 now my coins are worth $ 3,000, I also got cancer, I will die because of gate.io. Does anyone have a lawyer to initiate proceedings against this fraud from the company, I also have a picture of Novak Djokovic holding a GATE SCAM banner. I explained to Novak and he will support me, since I am from Serbia, I am asking for the help of people of good will, to get my money back, pay for the operation and prolong my life.

this might be rude but there is no way to tell whether you are telling the truth or not. would you mind sharing evidence regarding this issue to support your claim? I am not saying you are lying but the evidence is a must when it comes to scam accusations.

First, sorry to hear that you got (allegedly) screwed by Gate.io. Couple of my friends are using Gate regularly and had no issues whatsoever so I had impression that they afre decent exchange, but selective scamming is also a popular thing among many "reputable" exchanges. They say for a reason "not your keys, not your money".

2nd, didn't you say in your old post from August 2021 that you got you coins back? Or that was only one third of the coins owed, that you mentioned you got back?

They added coins to me manually. The deposit is still closed, but I managed to get my deposit via the gate.io twitter account.

Your case is very interesting it could happen to any of us here, we are trading our coin and wants to trade it while the coins are up or down in the hope of getting profit or avoiding the price going down and it's not right to deny or delay your deposit but before we can proceed with the discussion, you need to upload screenshots and transaction as proof so we have a solid case to discuss and it's favorable for you.

Newbies can share image links, but first you have to upload it to the image hosting site. Bitcointalk doesn't have option to directly upload the image, like some other forums have so you have to do it that way.

The admin disable that privilege for newbies but that does not mean that you canot send the link here, the higher rank members who can upload will quote it or re-upload so you can show us the proof of your allegation, you also have the option of upgrading to copper account for future use of your account when there is a limit imposed by the forum, don't just give up on your case check other newbies here who find a way to share their pieces of evidence.

Sorry about the experience. I have seen so me complaints about gate.io but mostly to do with KYC and for that reason I have never used them before. So many complaints about a certain exchange should be more than enough to alert you that much as you are using them to trade, any time they could decide to scam you too.

Strangely I've had more problems with kucoin that gate.io... Then again, it depends what the issue is I guess.

Yes, newbie cant post a pictures but still you can post the link of the image/images and if anyone quote your post who is eligible to post image.

Have you received 1/3 base on usd value or base on the crypto you have deposited? If base on crypto then it is not right.

OP, I absolutely sympathize with your situation and getting scammed to the point where you're in mental agony shouldn't happen to anyone, but why do you think anyone on bitcointalk would have any influence on gate.io?  You've already reported the problem here for the community to see, so if they were at all concerned about their reputation (and if what you say is true), they'd rectify the situation immediately.

Not sure how much lawyers go for where you live in Serbia, but I'd think generally for $9000 it wouldn't be worth the cost of hiring a lawyer, because you'd probably only recovery 1/3 or less of that.  Maybe you could get one to take your case on a near pro bono rate, but somehow I doubt that.

Anyway, I wish you luck in getting your money back.
