I'm curious about what Arsenal will do after sending Aubameyang. I guess that they are not planning to fill his place with another centre-forward for now. But if I were in their place, I would have signed a striker before the end of the transfer window. Because they have only Lacazette and Nketiah as strikers right now. And Lacazette is having a terrible season. He scored only three goals in sixteen games. This is a big problem for the team and their not taking an action about this can cause them to be in a problematic condition on the remaining weeks of the league.

I think that the biggest game tonight is Phoenix Suns vs Brooklyn Nets. Recently, Nets have been having a really bad time. They lost four games in a row lately and this caused them to drop down to the sixth position in the standings now. Kevin Durant is still absent due to a long-term injury. And Harden is also having an injury now but we might see him play in this game. As Irving is able to play only in away games too, Nets have been in a stressful condition. This is a must-win game for them to start to pull themselves together. However the opponent is very tough. Suns are the leader of their conference and they are on a winning streak of ten games. When we take this into account, I think that Nets won't be able to win and they will get another loss here.

Two days to go for the Athletic Bilbao vs Real Madrid game in the Copa del Rey. I'm hoping this game to be really competitive. Athletic Bilbao are a team which are capable of defeating Real Madrid in this kind of tournament games actually. But they lost to Real Madrid once in this season and this cost them the Super Cup title. I wonder whether we will see this repeating here too. Athletic Bilbao have a home stadium advantage for this game. If they make use of it properly, then maybe they can barely manage to eliminate Real Madrid. But it still seems to be a far possibility for me.

I actually agree with the people who think that Liverpool can still do well without Mane and Salah in the Leicester game ahead of them in the PL. Because we watched Liverpool play like this against Arsenal in the EFL Cup rematch. And we saw how great they dominated the game and won it. So, I think that Liverpool's current attacking line is still quite solid and they can defeat Leicester in Anfield. Maybe it might be a more difficult win but they can. Because I really don't like Leicester's defense as I see it as quite weak.

Heat have six more wins than them right now. Heat are having an amazing time this season but Celtics seem to be a tough target for them. They played against each other once this season and Celtics defeated them by 95-78 away. Even this must be enough for Heat to be cautious. I expect to see a more competitive game this time but Heat should be able to win this.

When it comes to the Champions League, Inter would of course try their best to eliminate Liverpool. They are having another very productive season and this is a big opportunity for them in the Champions League too. But the opponent is very difficult for them. I think that Inter would have a really hard time against them and I don't see their chance of qualifying for the quarter finals too high. Liverpool are the absolute favourite in that draw and they would finish Inter. But Inter would still focus on the Serie A title and join the Champions League once again next season. |

I will be following Betis closely next week too. Because their performance in this season until this point has been marvelous and I would like to see more of it in the remaining time of this season. Their next game is a home one against Villarreal. This is a really tough one above all else. Because Villarreal are not even close to being an easy team to be destroyed. The existing gap between them is eight points now. But Villarreal's performance lately has been attention getting. Betis should focus fully on the game if they really want another victory.

I see many people on the internet who underestimate Real Madrid a lot against PSG in this round. But they are wrong about thinking like that I believe. It looks like the most popular game now is Lille vs PSG. I don't consider it as a "big game" to be honest. Because Lille are not even near their last season performance right now. How are they going to make us watch a very delightful game in the end? Maybe they could take advantage of playing in their home stadium here but I don't expect Lille to be too effective against PSG. I believe that PSG will have the game under control most of the time and win it by one goal at least.

Tottenham have finally found the right manager for themselves and this is very good. They have had big problems due to really wrong game plans so far. They have changed a few managers on this road but it looks like Antonio Conte is the right manager for them. He was really great with Inter last season and I had big hopes about him. Since he came, Tottenham have done a great job in the Premier League. I hope that they can join a tournament like the Champions League or the Europa League. But it would be better to see them in the Champions League honestly.
There is no doubt that Tottenham are playing well. Conte is truly an experienced coach. However, Tottenham's main problem is that they still rely on Son and Harry Kane. Tottenham's performance will deteriorate again if Kane is out of the field with an injury and a few matches off the field. So if Conte wants to stabilize his team, he must find a replacement for Son and Kane, and reduce his dependence on them. Otherwise, it is impossible to qualify for the Champions League. Tottenham definitely shouldn't be like a team that depend on a specific player or so. Son and Kane have contributed to the team in the best way they could so far. Son is still great but Kane had a hard time for some time before Conte arrived here. Because he was expecting to go to Manchester City but the president of the team didn't let him go. But now, he seems to be adapting to playing near the old times again. But maybe we could still see Kane going to Manchester City this summer and then Tottenham would need to bring a top striker to be able to fill his place. |

Honestly, I wasn't expecting the Vlahovic transfer to happen so soon. I knew that there were some rumours like some big clubs were after him but I didn't know that Juventus were so close to signing him. They finished the transfer quickly and it cost them 70 million euros as far as I know. I think that this is definitely not a big amount of money for him. Vlahovic has been one of the most talented and young strikers recently. People are talking about him really much. I'm already excited about what he will do at Juventus.

Sevilla are continuing their determined behaviour in the La Liga for the title. They lost two points the last time but thankfully Real Madrid did the same too. I believe that Sevilla are much better than the last season now. They are completely focused on the La Liga title as it seems but they have a big rival ahead of them which is Real Madrid. The current gap is still four points and Sevilla will have to maintain a winning streak to have a chance for the title. But I still feel like Real Madrid will make it this year.
