Most likely Barcelona will get points and struggle to sit in the top 4, so Barcelona's victory this time against Atletico is the favourite! but I also hesitate to think about the final result with a draw like you said ,because Atletico will also definitely maintain their position in standings temporary ah still hesitate to bet this time

Barcelona will be tested by Atletico Madrid and Xavi looks like he is ready to face those who are stronger than ever. With there current signatures it shows they can do better in a short time... I have no issues with them they have the perfect manager at the right time but it won't be bad if they get a new defender.
Gerrard Pique needs to sit on the bench for me, field Arawujo and someone else and see a good transformation in the defense.
I'm having a good feeling they'll be Champions of the Europa league competition, same was won by Pep Guardiola in his early days at Barcelona.

You are right, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona have chances to win in that match but I think it will be a draw. Both teams are not in great form of late but Barcelona are much more stable in their last 5 matches without defeat.

There is no favourite, both teams will have chances to get points but in terms of quality of players and also the performance of the team Atletico Madrid will excel but if I had to choose then I would be on a different side to you Barcelona.

There is around one week for the Barcelona - Atletico Madrid match in Camp Nou. This is the most popular match among people now of course. Because these teams are having a similar season now. And for the match against Athletico Madrid,it's a draw match.

Xavi should definitely do so. Because this is the best game plan and strategy for Barcelona to tell the truth. They have been very good at tiki-taka football so far and this new team should also be accustomed to playing like this in time. When they start playing like the old Barcelona, then the team would start playing big in the La Liga and the Champions League also. It is not impossible for them in the end. I think the main reason why they are putting Barcelona as the favorite is because Barcelona is doing rather well in recent times and has also been consistent for the last few matches.
But that doesn't mean that Barcelona is going to win against Atletico Madrid.

Realistically I think Barcelona might draw this game but I think Xavi might use his team to go for the win which might actually prove to be a bad decision. But obviously, on point table, Atletico Madrid looks stronger than Barcelona.

barcelona currently have problems in defense and from what I see this has become their achilles heel, even when they are winning by 2 goals against 0 of the opponent at the end of the game they concede draw. before their problem was in scoring goals, but at present their problem is in defence, so I think they will draw in that game

Why draw if Atlético should win (I wrote why on the previous pages)? Of course, there are no guarantees regarding the result of this match, but I think if you take the distance, then the bet on Atlético will be profitable, since it is underestimated in this match. I don't think that Barcelona's transfer activity will give a quick result, besides these odds where Barcelona are the favorites have been published in advance.

Both are possible to win but I don't think the chance is equal. If we look at their current squad, Atletico Madrid should have a higher chance to win since they have a more established squad and have more experienced players. Moreover, if most of their key players can play, I believe Atletico Madrid will dominate the game.

This can be very subjective. In my opinion, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona still play as big teams but they lose balance in player quality, especially in Barcelona. Barcelona has a lack of experienced players, most of them are young players that have no experience in playing at the highest level of football competition. While for Atletico Madrid, some of their players are decreasing their performance lately.

There is no doubt that Xavi is doing well. Not just Xavi. Newcomer Torres has proved his mettle in the last two matches. But a win against Atletico Madrid requires a good and stable gameplay. If Torres and Depay can play well together and if Barcelona's defense is strong then we can expect such a good result from Barcelona. Opponents Strieker Suarez, Griezmann and Correa are very experienced. If there is any weakness in the defense, Barcelona will have to concede the goal.

Barcelona defence is filled with old players to be fair, Busquets is not a defender but he is defensive midfield and 33 years old and still one of the most important players, pique is 34 and he still plays at defence, alba is 32 and still plays at the back, I mean when you have 30+ year old averages on your defence then you are not going to be really that good. Sure Araujo is a great player but that's it, I do not see any future defensive star potential players anywhere, they are not even trying to get one and bench him and give him some minutes time to time for future, no, there is really nobody they are priming right now.

In the end, Barcelona will be bad by the end of the season and not be happy with their result and only reason would be defence, their offense is not THAT bad, their defence however could be considered one of their worst in their history.

very true and if we look at his unseeded athletico in this match it will actually provide a pretty good opportunity.
even so looking at the performance of the two teams actually I feel it will be a draw but if we look at the history of the last few matches they are of course athletes are superior especially in their last 2 matches.

I will be following Betis closely next week too. Because their performance in this season until this point has been marvelous and I would like to see more of it in the remaining time of this season. Their next game is a home one against Villarreal. This is a really tough one above all else. Because Villarreal are not even close to being an easy team to be destroyed. Maybe his performance this season isn't very impressive, especially he spent much time on the bench. But Barcelona must have a reason why they signed him. The first reason, the transfer fee of Adama Traore isn't too expensive or affordable with Barcelona financial. We know that Barcelona has very limited money to use in this transfer window. The second reason is probably Adama Traore fits with Barcelona play of style. So, Xavi expects this player to adapt quickly in Barcelona. And the last reason is this player still quite young, signing this player means investing for Barcelona future.

a player who is not in his best form I think Adama Traore will take a little longer to adapt and return to his best form even though he joins a team like barcelona and also even though he has studied at the La Masia academy, it will be very different when he is at a club let alone a club as big as barcelona there will be a lot of burden for players to be able to give their best.
barcelona slump after being left behind by several stars and the absence of new stars being a problem, I think what Barcelona needs to do now is to be able to recruit mega stars again to be able to compete again to win the league and is in a place that deserves to be respected on the European continent, not like it is today.
