3881  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Warning}: New Panda Stealer Targets Cryptocurrency Wallets on: May 07, 2021, 12:46:37 AM
This is why I don't bother opening any mail that I'm not expecting, the only way for this to become active on your PC is clicking which is a bait, OP how about mobile? Can this ticking timebomb mails affect smartphones as well?

I've read the attach article, and I can't find anything mentioning about mobile or smartphones.

However, I wouldn't just be relax here, sooner or later this thread actors will evolved and might create a iteration of the said malware that will target mobile phones too. We all know that they are looking for every opportunity in crypto space because of the potential to hit one victim with crypto's worth millions of dollars.
3882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Metromile plans to adopt Bitcoin on: May 07, 2021, 12:09:38 AM
Another step to adoption as well, I haven't heard insurance platform that allows it's policy holder to pay and received in Bitcoin, so most probably this is the first and could set a precedence in their industry.

And then they have plans to purchase $10 million worth of Bitcoin, not that huge, and might not move the market significantly, but still it's good to for hear for adoption, so again this is a win-win for us.
3883  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Billy Joe Saunders - May 8 on: May 06, 2021, 10:54:38 PM
Here are the other betting options that we are talking about:

So it's time to look at the odds and bet on what round should Canelo or Saunders are going to win here.

Canelo by decision current sits @2.36 and knockout @1.86.

I'm haven't lock by bet yet, still trying to figure how this fight is going to happen.
3884  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 06, 2021, 09:56:14 PM
Rublev,Tsitsipas and Medvedev lost today

Yeah, my boy Tsitsipas lost, Casper hitting big and returning good against him.

Some big names lost already in the early part of the tournament witch makes Nadals chances a lot bigger now to win Madrid easily

I agree, I doubt that anyone who survived will have a chance to win against Nadal, it will be a big test for Zverev.

I took some risk, most concern on Berrittini vs Delbonis match, I thought that Berrittini will blast Delbonis early and I was wrong. So when I saw the score is going to a tie break, I said to myself that I have a good chance to win my bet. Over 21.5

3885  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does the price always trend towards all 5's on: May 06, 2021, 01:31:05 AM
It seems like we are moving up and down but often trying to get back to $55,555.55

We are trading sideways as of the moment, and maybe what you are seeing is the support line.

Although the price seems to jump to $57,000++ more today, so obviously, we have broken that support. But we will have to see if we can sustain this price or not to settle back to $55,000. There are a lot of factors that either push or pull the price, so if we have a break out run then $60,000 should be the next target for us.
3886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Josh Taylor vs Jose Ramirez - May 22 on: May 05, 2021, 11:42:21 PM
If people only knew how hard/tough that Ramirez’s chin is. I guess people would consider this one as an iron chin.
Like seriously? Even when his opponent directly hits his chin, he can still survive as nothing happened. However, Josh Taylor actually has the same strength. It’s like a battle between two tanks.

But I would say that Josh Taylor chin is more tested here, against Regis Prograis and Ivan Baranchyk and he survived those two hard hitting boxers.

I would say, this one will I guess be a very long type of match. I'm not expecting a know down here, but I am expecting a very exhausting match in history.

Yeah, and I'm sure they will throw a lot of punch here, maybe we can see a record for most punch in this weight division because these two likes to brawl.
3887  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Billy Joe Saunders - May 8 on: May 05, 2021, 11:08:48 PM
^^ Yup, and with that huge amount, it will definitely be a good risk/bet on Canelo to win by knock out. You just sit and watch the fight and hope that you can win your bet.

And Canelo has a good % of knockout if I'm not mistaken, so it is really possible.

I'm not taking on Saunders, I think Canelo's talent is just above anyone else in this division.
3888  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 05, 2021, 10:12:34 PM
I have some juicy odd wins last night:

Thanks to Karatsev and Medvedev who didn't allow any upsets on them.

Nice and interesting match, let's see if I can manage to win again with more attractive parlay odds.
3889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin is now being pumped with BTC on: May 05, 2021, 12:28:00 AM
BTC price is going down, Dogecoin up, but don't fall into this newbie trap, it's all relative, the whales will sell Dogecoin back to BTC!

I agree, this is the typical definition of a pump and dump scheme, of course who wouldn't want to see your portfolio growing with Doge pump? But for sure, the price could go down anytime soon when smart investors decided to shift back to Bitcoin again.

Don't want to sound naive here, but when the price of Doge goes down hard, there are going to be a lot of bitching around from this community specially coming from newbies.
3890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Billy Joe Saunders - May 8 on: May 04, 2021, 11:49:17 PM
@Yamifoud - fans are allowed to watch the fight live as tickets are on sale, but probably in limited capacity.

https://www.stubhub.com/canelo-alvarez-arlington-tickets-5-8-2021/event/104812241/?priceWithFees=true

I read all of Saunders complain, LOL, it's too late, and I'm sure he will be fine by not attending as Canelo Alvarez Goes Solo on Media Day at AT&T Stadium. I don't know if he is playing mind games against Canelo, but I think it won't work.
3891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yahoo Hates BTC: "Forget Bitcoin: Here are The Crypto Assets To Follow" on: May 04, 2021, 10:59:18 PM
Ugly move from Yahoo: "Bitcoin is to the crypto market what Netscape was to search engines in the early days of the Internet. There’s a need for a better solution, and the market is responding."

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/forget-bitcoin-crypto-assets-154341517.html

I think we're gonna see a huge BTC rise in the coming months, it's the calm before the storm. HODL!

Just another click bait article from Yahoo and perhaps they have missed the boat on bitcoin, or this does not reflect the company itself but by the author only.

Bitcoin is down and so is the whole market, although there are some altcoins that continues to pump, but more investors are taking the profits already and there's a big possibility that there will be a complete shift to bitcoin in the coming months so yeah, this could be a calm before the storm, so everyone should be ready to buy at this current price again.
3892  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casimero vs Rigondeaux this August 14, 2021 on: May 04, 2021, 10:20:34 PM
I still have that memory of Rigondeaux losing to Lomachecnko he can be out of control and lose focus when he is dominated and cannot hit, this could happen again, against a fighter like Casimero who can frustrate you with his movement and Powershot, and the long inactivity will have a big impact on his performance.

Right, when he was given the dose of his own medicine and be dominated, he mentally breaks down and just say he doesn't want to fight anymore.

I see Casimero dominating this fight, Rogondeaux is a former champion and can send a big signal to Inoue if he wins by a knockout.

If Casimero hits Rigondeaux in early rounds, I would say this fight will not go to distance. Rigondeaux doesn't want to get hit, just like in the Loma fight, that's already a blue print on how to beat a defensive boxer like him. break him down early specially with body shots.
3893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Billy Joe Saunders - May 8 on: May 03, 2021, 12:46:40 AM

The reason why the odds for Saunders winning by way of knock out is very high is that it is very unlikely to happen. It may happen as unexpected results do happen in boxing sometimes but you cannot be counting on that with your money. Even that decision win for Saunders is unlikely to happen.

But there are always people who will bet on certain fighters even if they are underdogs. It happens always. May be they are huge fans of the fighter, they are simply counting on the possibility of an upset, or they are trying to make big money by risking.

Upsets are still happening in any contact sports we have just seen some upsets in MMA and  Saunders have a good knock out ratio we cannot rule out any possibility of a knockout and if you are betting for Saunders to win by knock out now that's a real gamble, both fighters knows the importance of this match, they will come to prepare and give the spectators a big surprise, I love to see Canelo fight again because every fight for Canelo is a showcase of a new skill.
It's not surprising and like what the post above you was saying there are gamblers who also hope for big payout, they are willing to take the risk as we don't know what will happen on this fight, both are good and both are willing to exceed from their capabilities just to win over another.

Canelo always have it and if his opponents lowered his guard, surely this figther will attack and take you down with a KO.

if both fighters are prepared for this fight, i will bet on canelo here to win this fight. now if the odds are not attractive who will win on this fight, just bet on the winning method odds. canelo by KO is still at 1.89 or by decision at 2.24 rather than the 1.12 that you will get if you will place on canelo as the winner.
betting is a indeed a risk because we dont know how they will perform inside the ring. but that's the beauty of betting, right?

I'm looking at the odds, the under 10.5 is attractive so I might go with this bet.

Maybe Saunders really trained for this fight but we all know that Canelo is in his prime right now and it's hard to see who are going to touch him at this point.

Even Canelo by KO is good @1.91 or even Canelo by decision @2.28. So better pick the best odds.
3894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Uzbekistan legalizes cryptocurrency transactions on: May 03, 2021, 12:11:35 AM
Is Uznex state owned?

As far as I can remember, it was own by a Korean based company.

That's a good news despite the country itself isn't really that much catering crypto transactions, we might be surprise how big its share in the market in the nearest future.

What's good with this news, the history that they've made after banning trading crypto, they've come to open it. I hope other countries who made the same ban will revert its decision.

Yeah, definitely this is a good and welcoming news. It seems though that countries in the second and third tier are more friendly to crypto because they know that it's going to be a game changer for them and for their constituents. Win-win situation, so why not adapt and accept it.
3895  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 02, 2021, 11:28:39 PM
In the womens Madrid Open, Naomi Osaka was upset by Karolina Muchova.

Osaka lost the first already when I saw this match, so I immediately jump and bet on Osaka, maybe she can still make a comeback. And se actually did manage to win the second win. However, in the third she was broken already and then Muchova took a commanding 3-0 lead. Tough luck though, I thought that Osaka can pull a comeback win down 1 set. The score: 6-4, 3-6, 6-1 for Muchova.
3896  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think that a new ATH is coming or a crash? on: May 02, 2021, 01:28:54 AM
The way price action has been slowly accumulating overall is more like a new high then a crash, it never pulls back harshly enough to rises too far without adjustment to call for a crash.   I'm not convinced about the idea we cant just trade downwards but thats a different question to crashing, its always possibly beacuse the whole dollar situation is volatile but I suspect the bias is towards weakness not sudden default and demand for dollar suddenly appearing.

Yeah, now we are back in the accumulation phase again, before we blow up to the top of $65,000 or higher. So I don't think that we will see some crash again, of course there is that possibility, but it's more likely to happen at the 3rd week again, after we surpasses another all time high.

So now that we are in May, I expect the price to move a bit to $60,000-$65,000 ++.
3897  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin not yet at $100k, why? on: May 02, 2021, 12:42:17 AM
At this start of this year, there was a lot of hype about how high the price of bitcoin will get, some speculated that btc will set a new ATH of $100k before the first half of the year is over, others before the first quarter of the year.

I haven't heard that prediction though, if there is one, the $100,000 target could be achieved at the end of the year, not in the first half.

This However has not been the case. We just passed the first quarter of the year and btc has not even gotten to $70k yet. Do you still think $100k is still possible before the first half of the year?

Again, this is not happening because everyone is just making a wild educated guess and probably that's what you heard. If you wanted a good prediction on the 6 digits price, I advise you to read @fillippone Stock-to-Flow Model: Modeling Bitcoin's Value with Scarcity.
3898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 02, 2021, 12:01:16 AM
@Daniel91 - I agree with your prediction, unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough to put a beat on Norrie.

@vella85 - Yes mate, we should keep an eye on him, I think he still has the momentum going in this tournament, lots of heavy hitters, but I'm sure he can progress maybe in QF minimum and see how it goes for him. It's going to be tough, but I will put some money on him again.
3899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - June 6 on: May 01, 2021, 11:29:56 PM
I mean Mayweather stopped Mcgregor, and I'll admit that's probably due to the fact that Mcgregor wasted a lot of energy like he usually does, but was probably already on the decline, and losing his fire for actually fighting. However, are we really expecting a Youtuber who's only trained maximum 3 years, and probably with a lot of breaks in between to beat someone who's mastered his craft for decades? Its just unrealistic.
Conor McGregor was in his prime when he faced Floyd Mayweather and he was fight on back of his double championship belt and how can you say that he was already in the decline when he faced Mayweather, people are making excuses whenever he is defeated which is ridiculous including all the commentators and the so called pundits Roll Eyes. Conor McGregor lost to his gas tank and it was not a big secret that his cardio is his down coming and there is no chance that anyone else let alone a novice like Logan could defeat Mayweather even at 44 years.

That's the problem with Conor, even in UFC if the fight goes to distance, chances are he is going to loss because he usually gasses out in championship rounds. Regardless if he is on his prime when he fought Floyd, doesn't matter to Mayweather because he is a boxing genius in this generation.

And yeah, still no one can take his 0, not Logan Paul, what we are seeing in paper saying that Logan Paul has a chance is obviously hyping this fight. Mayweather can knock out Logan Paul even if he is the heavier of the two.
3900  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price end of year? on: May 01, 2021, 02:45:42 AM
Looking at the way Bitcoin reacts to some bad news and possible bearish scenario, with Tesla selling, some FUD about bans here and there, I feel like we'll end this bull market with 80 thousand or close to it.

I really feel like we have another move ahead of us. Some traders think that we'll even have 2 more with the last one being the strongest. Worst case scenario we'll go sideways for a few months and move up in Autumn.
80,000$ is not that bad in my opinion , because this is enough to be ready for the enxt halving to finally hit the 6 digits value That i really died to wait.

________________________________________________________________________

But of course i will be happy hitting 100,000 or more before this year Ends.

We can assume that $80,000 USD could be a possibility at the end of this year but many are believing that the $100,000 USD at the end of this year, there are many speculations leading to the price taking a hit at $100,000 USD but a dip can also be possible and momentum of increasing back its price is always bitcoin's movement I am not a financial advisor but Bitcoin right now can not be stopped, it will surely and continually increase in a fast pace and Bitcoin will surely Have another all-time high.

With the current bounce back from that lowest low of $47,500 last month, I think we are still on the way to $100,000 this year. It's simple, bitcoin is the best assets and many companies have slowly realizing that.

We still have many months, we can still go and push for $80,000 in June-July and it's going to be a wild run up to December to reach that 6 digits price.
