3901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English FA CUP Season: 2020/2021 on: May 15, 2021, 06:19:19 PM
Congratulations to Leicester city and all those supporters of the club who tipped them to win this FA Cup (including myself). Although it didn't go as exactly as predicted, I knew this game goes down to who wants the win more, and for me i didn't just see Chelsea as the more hungry side to win this.
3902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English FA CUP Season: 2020/2021 on: May 15, 2021, 03:59:35 PM
Senior man kelechi Ihenacho has been on top form, and i highly expect him to be on the score sheet against Chelsea in the this finals. I predict the game to go 2:1 in favour of Leicester. They are my favourites for today's final.
3903  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is Easy dont be afraid just on: May 15, 2021, 01:30:29 PM
If it's as easy as you write above, no one will get rekt from trading and anyone with a good enough common sense will be richer than ever. Might as well pick a coin randomly and buy it and sell it a week later.

And we all know this is not the case, Who is to say that if you hop on a trade when its in red , that the value won't just keep going down. We have seen situations where someone bought a coin when it was in a supposed red, immediately after purchase, the coin keeps going down in value almost that you can see your capital going off.
Buying just any coin at the dip or red is not the best trading method unless you have plenty capital to spread around and the patience to wait. In such a situation, you will need to be monitoring to the market at all times because the Market is highly volatile.
3904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: May 15, 2021, 03:41:38 AM
Many like me have added religion to our crypto journey, we are still holding our shitcoins because we have faith that one day it will no longer be shitty or will be less shitty.
3905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Will the collapse of the media mean the collapse of cryptocurrency? on: May 15, 2021, 03:34:42 AM
Think of this, these days cryptocurrency price movement (btc & other altcoins) is highly affected and dependent on the media. People now follow up closely with information around the world to know when to buy and dump a coin, as a result a simple occurrence because of the media might just cause a cryptocurrency value to go up or to come down.

Do you think the collapse of the media (Say a media blackout) can trigger the collapse of the value of cryptocurrencies?
3906  Other / Politics & Society / Re: need a real business recommendation. on: May 15, 2021, 03:21:15 AM
No matter the business recommendation we give to you, the real question will be if you possess the passion to pursue and see it through because starting a business is easy, but to keep it going requires constant dedication, consistency, commitment and motivation.

For the purpose, it is best you vet your passion and build a business around it.
3907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why crypto (bitcoin) is better than traditional money? on: May 14, 2021, 11:31:28 PM
This topic has often been discussed here and the conclusion that has been met is that they both have their importance and uses, that is matching different scenarios, bitcoin may be better to transact with, while in some other scenerio, traditional money still holds the advantage.

The can both coexist peacefully.
3908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What if Elon musk launches his own coin? on: May 14, 2021, 03:20:41 PM
The name and personality of Elon musk has been trending lately, for good and bad reasons. Some blame him for the recent down in price of btc with his recent tweet, some suspect that he has a plan to manipulate the market to the favour of doge coin which he has recently been a strong advocate for.

What if Elon musk takes this opportunity of popularity and influence to start and launch his own coin to the market?

Do you think an altcoin created by Elon musk will do well in the market?
3909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance is investigated by the IRS - BNB fell sharply today from $660 to $540 on: May 14, 2021, 02:31:24 AM
Maybe this is a good time to sell your BNB or convert to another, or maybe a time to hodl. If binance goes under the hammer, hodlers of BNB i think will be in losses, but if binance is cleared of all charges, BNB price value may rise considerably.
3910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk caused BTC crashed today. Buy the dip on: May 14, 2021, 02:04:48 AM
Where pessimist see a fall, optimist see a dip, an opportunity to even buy more. The elon musk saga is just temporary speed bump to the 70k milestone. As a matter of fact, thank you Mr Elon for this opportunity!

Buy the dip, buy the dip.

This is not a financial advice.
3911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Binance under Investigation for money laundering. on: May 14, 2021, 01:46:08 AM
With Binance being under investigation by the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Justice for money laundering,

 https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.theverge.com/platform/amp/2021/5/13/22434965/binance-investigation-irs-justice-cryptocurrency

Who do you think is the future for BNB?

Do you think think it is wise to consider moving all your coins from binance to another wallet for the time being?

What is the fate of people's investment that are in the binance exchange if they are found guilty and go under the hammer for money laundering?
3912  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Stop Worshipping Elon Musk on: May 14, 2021, 01:18:49 AM
Elon musk though not a god, happens to be one of the most successful individuals in the planet, and we have to give him credit for that. It is also very normal for successful people to be celebrated and people to be drawn to them. Although there are other very successful individuals as well, it just so happens that Elon musk is one of the most outspoken when crypto is concerned thus creating an influence.

He has discovered that he is very instrumental to the price of crypto currency and is using this new found influence to the full benefit.
3913  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Benefits of international trade. on: May 13, 2021, 02:49:41 AM
As much as international trade is beneficial, there is a major problem that faces international trade which cryptocurrency is trying to solve. This problem is the difference in currency of different countries.
3914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla no longer accepts Bitcoin payments on: May 13, 2021, 02:40:12 AM
It is very obvious that Elon musk has a plan. In some days to come , we will know the plan he has. But i highly suspect that this is another scheme to help pump doge coin. Maybe he has converted all or most of his btc to doge coin and is just waiting for some days before he tweets something about doge. If he suddenly tweets that tesla will accept doge coin, the effect is bound to be seen on the price of doge that might go up, that will be good for him especially because he will make billions from the pump.
3915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You Want Tesla To Accept Doge? on: May 12, 2021, 07:42:02 PM
Plenty people are already disappointed and angry at the too much unpredictability associated with doge coin. A lot of smart people became millionaires from doge coin, a lot people became millionaire for some hours and suddenly lost it all to doge, wile some others made losses the moment they invested in doge coin. People are loosing interest, since Elon musk has tesla and is a huge beneficiary to the doge jingle, it is only a matter of time before Tesla helps the price and starts accepting doge as well. Our opinions matter very little here, Elon musk already has a plan.
3916  Economy / Trading Discussion / Traders Don't easily lend out money. on: May 12, 2021, 07:32:57 PM
If you happen to be an active trader or know people that trade actively, you will notice that traders do not easily give out money ( i.e lend out money) not because they don't have to give but because their capital is actively and most times always involved a trade.

You have to understand as a friend to traders that even in times when big wins are celebrated, it is not still a time to ask them to help you with money for your needs with the thought that they are in profit, because if you do you will get yourself disappointed nine times in ten chances.

Work for your own money, nobody owes you anything.
3917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Crypto Transactions Traceable? on: May 12, 2021, 07:16:49 PM
In my opinion, technology has progressed far more than we know so much that most of the things we formerly thought where not possible are now possible. I always tell my friends that it is impossible to maintain 100% anonymity online even with crypto transactions. The only time someone will not find you, is if one doesn't really have the intention to.
3918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg named his goat Bitcoin on: May 12, 2021, 12:45:53 AM
Just a fresh post on his Facebook profile. Mark Zuckerberg posts that he named his goats Max & Bitcoin.

https://www.facebook.com/zuck/posts/10112954515429031

No need to login, that's the actual link from his post.

I have two questions after reading this:

Firstly, Since Mark has one goat named Bitcoin, is it okay to say that Mark has One Bitcoin? Lol.

Secondly, why is one named Bitcoin and the other Max? (I guess only Mark can really give an answer to this)
3919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the chances BTC is actually overtaken by another crypto? on: May 12, 2021, 12:39:34 AM
Formerly some will say that the chances of this happening is next to zero. But at the moment, we can see that the possibility of it happening in the future is there. The real question is which crypto currency do you think will topple btc? Will it be Ethereum or the fast rising BNB?
3920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Wouldn't Invest $1 In Dogecoin And Here Are 10 Reasons Why on: May 11, 2021, 02:15:33 AM
Thank you so much for this, I told my friend today who has an inkling for investing in altcoins alone about how he should try not to be so enticed by the hype about doge coin to the extent that he converts all his coins to it because the coin is highly unpredictable. I am not the type to argue because he almost started an argument about it and i simply just let the matter be. Because i love him too much, and he is my friend. I will share this with him, so he can see for himself that there is a whole community of people who have done their research on the subject.
