Transfer market- The latest news and rumour Sergino Dest's move from Ajax to Barcelona could be confirmed in the coming hours, RAC1 report. How much can an American help Barcelona? Lyon have held talks with Barcelona over possibly signing Samuel Umtiti on a loan deal with an option to buy, say L'Equipe. It seems to be quite crowded in Barcelona, as in the market ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) An agreement has been reached between Manchester City, Benfica and Ruben Dias for the Portuguese centre-back to join the Premier League club, according to Fabrizio Romano. The bid that Benfica have accepted for Dias is 55 million euros plus Nicolas Otamendi. Good job for everyone. Source: https://www.marca.com/en/football/international-football/2020/09/27/5f7060ea22601dea4e8b45c2.htmlThere are a lot of rumours that players links to Barcelona. I thought I read somewhere they Barcelona got some kind of penalty that they can't buy that much this transfer window. Or was it because they don't have that much money anymore. If that is the case, I am wondering why and how they buy so much players. It is a public secret that Barcelona has serious financial problems and that this is why for every player purchased, a player must be sold. Another reason why some players are leaving is their big salaries that Barcelona can no longer pay, and the best example of that is for Suarez who went almost free. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Since I'm from Croatia, it is always interesting for me to look at the results of clubs from the region, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia ... Out of almost 30 clubs at the beginning of the competition, only 4 clubs remained, Dinamo, Zvezda, Rijeka and Sarajevo. No club remained in the Champions League. It seems to me that this is a big drop and very disappointing results because until recently Dinamo, Partizan and Zvezda had very good results in European competitions, they regularly played in the group stage of the Champions League etc. It is obvious that these clubs are slowly losing pace with richer and better organized clubs from other countries.
Yeah, this season isn't very good for this region teams. Zvezda lost to obviously weaker team on paper, while Dinamo Zagreb haven't managed to beat similar level opponent. Money probably isn't main problem this time because they haven't lost against big teams with huge budgets. I think one of the main reasons of such results is weak local leagues. Team like Crvena Zvezda or Dinamo Zagreb have just 1-2 powerful opponents in their leagues, while rest of time they have to play against parked bus in general. After this they aren't ready to play different style footbal in Champions league. Okay, I don't really follow the Serbian league, so I can't say, but as far as Dinamo is concerned, nothing has changed in the last few years. Dinamo dominate the Croatian league almost every year and have no real competition but that still didn't stop them from entering the group stage of the Champions League last year and be very close to the pass of the group and the year before they passed the group in the European football league. Even the players are pretty much the same this year so it seems to me that the main reason for Dinamo's failure in this year's Champions League competition is the change of coach and the poor atmosphere around the club. I'm almost convinced that with Bjelica as coach Dinamo would have entered the group stage of the Champions League this season. However, given the luck in the draw, even such Dinamo has a good chance of winning the group stage of the Europa League this season as a consolation prize

Kucnim? Bilance?

Real seems to have decided not to buy or bring in new players this season. Unlike Barcelona or Atletico, which are very active in the market, Real has no plans to bring in new players. It seems that big player transfers are not planned until next season, like Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland or Eduardo Camavinga. Time will tell if this has been a good strategy from Real's management for this season. Source: https://www.marca.com/en/football/real-madrid/2020/09/27/5f7068d122601dad2e8b45a8.html

Transfer market- The latest news and rumours: Barcelona and Juventus could look to do another player swap, this time involving Ousmane Dembele and Douglas Costa, say Tuttosport. How many agreements did Juve and Barcelona have this season? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Manchester United have offered Borussia Dortmund 90 million euros for Jadon Sancho, according to The Daily Mirror. Another expensive transfer season for a club that buys a lot but has no results ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Cagliari have completed the signing of Diego Godin from Inter on a free, with the Uruguayan centre-back penning a three-year deal worth 2.5 million euros per season. Very good deal for them. Edinson Cavani is closing in on a move to Atletico Madrid, according to TuttoMercato. Atletico is preparing an atomic attack for the new season. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Source: https://www.marca.com/en/football/international-football/2020/09/25/5f6dc62b22601d27108b458c.html

The chaos in Barcelona doesn’t seem to stop. Conflicts occur at all levels, between players and coaches, but also between the president of Barcelona and the players and between the board members themselves. There is a ruthless struggle for power and positions and I am afraid that in this universal war Barcelona awaits another unsuccessful season. What do you think? I would like to hear about the situation with bitcoin and taxes in your countries. I think it would be interesting to hear different experiences and compare results across countries. Of course, I understand that in some countries you can't declare bitcoin tax. I'm not interested in these countries but the ones where it is possible to declare and pay bitcoin tax. I will start first. In Croatia, several years ago we received clear instructions from the tax office on how to file a bitcoin tax. In short, we must lead FIFO and if we can prove that we held btc funds more than 2 years, than we don't need to pay tax (long term investment). If we have kept btc funds for less than 2 years, we pay 12 % tax plus surtax. Can you share situation in your country?
So far in my country were btc is not legally proven and acceptable as other countries does. No tax and you can invest in any platform without paying tax to government. But any other investment out of digital money required tax as the income is being generated. Same here in my Country. We dont need to worry about this crypto taxation as for this moment because the Government didn't legalized it, yet. So I can say that we are greatfully enjoying our Crypto income and investment, unless we invested outside the digital world and we converted the crypto currency into fiat, just then we need to pay tax. I think that’s actually logical and normal ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I think a similar rule applies to almost all countries because they can't tax what is not officially recognized as money. Of course, when the money arrives in your bank account, it's a completely different story. I think I read somewhere that the EU government has given similar instructions to member states.

Not really helpful for a user to make a ban appeal. Ban had been reviewed by the MODS and if they decide to ban you that probably means almost irreversible decision to do. It will just be a lot of work for them Ban a user and then later on lift the ban.
Anyway, as OP expresses it a user could make a ban appeal. Just follow what OP did in his posts but then again as I mention earlier that there lifting ban is almost impossible except if you are as a user contributed a lot i the forum for admin to change their mind in the decision.
I agree with this. We even have a situation where the whole local community thinks that one local member deserves a new chance due to his great contribution to the forum, but that is not enough because the admins have a different opinion. Example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5097792.0

Opet sam off topic ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Nema veze i ako jesi malo ''offtopic''.

Barcelona coach Koeman is slowly beginning to realize how difficult his job in Barcelona will be. He has problems with the players and the Barcelona management has not stood behind him and doesn't support him. Do you also have the feeling that he has already been sacrificed and that he is only a transitional solution to Barcelona? Without the support of the player and the club management what he can actually do? We will most likely watch another failed Barcelona season while the relentless struggle of board members for power at the club continues.
