$3.6 Billion in Bitcoin Options Expire Friday April 30 2021

Does anyone have any information on how this is playing out in real time right now?

Not sure if we can see the data real time though.

But as far as the effect, it seems it has been price in already when we hit $47,500. And then in the 24 hours prior to the expirations, the price did dive to $52,000-$53,000 but that's about it. And then we have bounce back to $57,000 today. So we look forward in May, another all time high, it's just a question on what will it be this time, I wouldn't be surprised to see numbers around $70,000.
3902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lopez vs Kambosos ordered by IBF on: May 01, 2021, 12:07:19 AM
^^ Nah, I don't think that is good enough odds for us average joe gamblers. But just maybe, some whales are willing to gamble huge amount for that odds.

So again for us, wait for other betting choice, might be good to bet on per round as the odds might be good. And if you got lucky and nail the exact rounds that Lopez will win, it's going to be a windfall.
3903  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Manny Pacquiao vs Mikey Garcia in Dubai on July 2021? on: April 30, 2021, 11:35:06 PM
~snip~
ctto

Though no official statement from the camp of Pacman but this news is close to reality as it comes from an individual who is close to Manny and that is no other than his business manager Arnold Vegafria.

Many fight fans might be disappointed with this breaking news but this might be the one healthy fight for the Pacman himself as he is not force to bring the best Manny Pacquaio in this fight if push though.

Quote
Pacquiao vs Garcia in Dubai, says Vegafria

https://www.rappler.com/sports/boxing/vegafria-says-pacquiao-mikey-garcia-fight-dubai

I don't think it would be healthy for him now, since Manny isn't that focus compared from his last previous successful fights. The situation of Pacman these days has been divided, because of his political career due to his rumoured future Presidential candidacy which is now become controversial for several netizens who've been following his entire life.
Hopefully this would got good results and doesn't affect his incoming fights despite the fact of pressures behind him.

Well if we go on your argument, then Manny wouldn't have focus on his boxing career since he enter politics. And yet we still saw him winning against the young Thurman. So I don't think that Manny is divided up to this point.

If he goes boxing, then he is 100% focus, we can still see the old Manny trying like he even doesn't age. So after his fight, goes back to his desk job as the fighting Senator of the Philippines. And we really admire how Manny develops, from his obscure beginning to now a Senator or possibly the next President of the Philippines.
3904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which altcoin mixer that you are using? on: April 30, 2021, 01:37:49 AM
I haven't used any altcoin mixer at all.

But if I may just add something, there are a lot of fake altcoin mixing in the wild. So if by chance you are going to use them, you need to be very very careful as you might fall for this scam. These criminals are every where, so be vigilant and cautious.
3905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Haney vs Linares - May 29 on: April 30, 2021, 01:09:09 AM
Latest odds for those who are curious:

Again, odd makers are putting Haney as outstanding favorite here, not good for ML.

Better wait for other betting options, not worth for Haney, unless you have a big money to gamble as that odds. But for ordinary gamblers like many of us here, not very attractive.

A Linares odds though, if he can only upset Haney here.
3906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would having a Debate like: Bitcoin vs Gold win more crypto investors on: April 30, 2021, 12:32:49 AM
I will echo the sentiments of most posters here, no need for debate.

As bitcoiners we know that facts already, bitcoin has been the best assets in the last 4 years already, we don't need to rub it out to those gold bugs. And I doubt that we can change the mindset of old and traditional gold investors, they will remain as gold bugs. On the contrary, we bitcoiners are open minded, we might or might not see gold as a good investments. But in doesn't matter and this kind of debate will not help bitcoin's cause. Let people find out about bitcoin and let them decide for themselves.
3907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 30, 2021, 12:10:03 AM
I'm thinking the same as you, he will do well in these ATP Masters tournaments but to win a grand slam, I can't see it. To break into the top 10 is very hard as you say with Nadal, Federer and Djokovic still playing and with the young talent already in the top 10 it will be very difficult to see him break in unless one or two of the young talent go down with injuries.
It reminds me a little bit of the Stan Wawrinka situation. Can I remind you how old Stan Wawrinka was when he won his first Grand Slam title? Australian Open in 2014 at the age of 29. Then there was Roland Garros in 2015 and the US Open in 2016. Therefore, I would not be so categorical about the TOP 10 of the ATP tour, nor about winning a Grand Slam title. If Karatsev will not be haunted by injuries and he can confirm his level this year and next year, then age will not interfere with achieving the highest goals.

Hmm, probably there are players that is late bloomers isn't it? they won their first Grand Slam at a very ripe age and then have a good 2-3 years inside of them to win more and then after that, they will go on their peak and then curve down. It can be due to injuries or just because they age, so the mind and body took a toll. So let's test this theory on Karatsev and see how he can go in the next 2-3 years.
3908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hodl litecoin or exchange for ethereum? on: April 29, 2021, 01:34:19 AM
As a note I have both litecoin and ethereum, it seems eth will surge once July approaches. Should I continue to hodl litecoin seeing as it hasn’t even hit its ATH yet? I was hoping Litecoin would have shot up sooner so I could get more eth before it decided to shoot up, but oh well.

It's hard to give financial advise in this community as we might give you wrong information false hope.

But If I'm in your shoes, I wouldn't touch any, on the contrary, I would continue to buy and accumulate more, specially during a dip because we are still in the bullish cycle and people are very greedy.

So no need to panic, just play smart and you will be already, no need to regret that Litecoin is not shooting up. You don't know maybe at the end of this bull run, Litecoin might have gain significantly.
3909  Economy / Speculation / Re: The next Bitcoin manipulation prediction on: April 29, 2021, 01:04:20 AM
Bitcoin had undergone a massive price manipulation last week.

Is it really manipulation? or some kind of bad news that really affected the market like the tax proposal of Biden that really put the market down in the last couple of weeks?

When will be the next Bitcoin price manipulation? Do you have any ideas?

No idea whatsoever, heck we don't know if there is manipulation as this current bull run. So it's better to wait and see how it goes, there could be positive manipulation as well, price going to the moon in this bull run.
3910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - June 6 on: April 29, 2021, 12:29:11 AM
This is it. Official dates are now confirmed.
Another money-making scheme to Mayweather again and for sure, there will be more people that will take the bait.
I don't see an upset here and Logan knows that. There is a big money involved after all so just grab the opportunity.
Since Floyd Mayweather is looking to make money what are the odds that we might see a scripted bout against Logan Paul. I am asking this solely because i do remember the exhibition fight between him and Tenshin Nasukawa who was flying around in the ring with every punch Floyd Mayweather landed while he never knocked out anyone who is a boxer in a very long time Grin.

Possible, but I doubt the script will tell us that Floyd are going to lose in this fight. The Tyson vs Jones is scripted, was a draw when everyone saw that Tyson won that fight. I'm not really sure about the Tenshin though, that kid is a bantamweight, so probably he really felt Floyd's power that time.

But as far as Logan Paul goes, he is the heavier, and we haven't sen Floyd weight 160 lbs in any of this fight. So let's see how this fight will pan out, and yes this is easy money for Floyd and his heath is still intact at the end of the day, smart Floydie.
3911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 29, 2021, 12:09:08 AM
How about Aslan Karatsev?

I think he already made a breakout run this year, reaching as high as SF in Australian Open, beating Schwartzman, Félix Auger-Aliassime and Dimitrov.

Winning doubles with Rublev in Qatar Open. And then the singles in Dubai last month, beating Sonego, Rublev himself and then Sinner.

Won against Djokovic in his hometown in Serbia this month, but lost to Berettini in the finals. So I would say that he has also a bright future, although not that young at 27 years old, but he is peaking at the right now and can content in future grand slams.
27 years old is kinda late for him, i wonder why he didn't show up till now, i have never heard of him before untill this year, maybe it's not too late for him but the competition is really hard right now with Medvedev, Tsitsipas, Thiem and of course Nadal and Djokovic and maybe Federer, it won't be easy for him to win a big title, and to be honest i don't think he can.

I agree, his kinda late on the fun, although he can still compete at high levels and give everyone a run for their money. He already beat the number one seed, so he still has what we can call a giant killer. And he can put a big test on the young players, specially Tsitsipas and Thiem as he seems to be a clay court specialist to me. And he could pull some upsets from time to time.
3912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JPMorgan to Let Clients Invest in Bitcoin Fund for First Time on: April 28, 2021, 04:56:10 AM
So now the tide has turn, last week its more of negative news, now, we've seen positive news around that can push the market again to $60,000.

In any case regarding this, JPMorgan, just like other big banks, can't ignore the fact that bitcoin is one of the best assets around, so sooner or later they will have to offer it to their selective clientele to have a feel on what bitcoin investment is, so let's see how it goes.
3913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lomachenko vs Nakatani June 26 on: April 28, 2021, 01:46:02 AM
This is indeed a dangerous fight for Loma, I watch one of his training clips and he's also training hard either preparing himself for the fight but it hard to choose who'll be the winning of the upcoming fight since they have both fights with Teofimo Lopez and lost to him.
Having said that, I think this fight is Loma's own preparation for the Teofimo rematch.

Yes, and this is what I'm thinking why Loma take this dangerous fight,

[1] given the fact that Nakatami give Lopez one hell of a fight and Lopez wasn't able to finished Nakatami, I'd say that Loma will try to finished Nakatami much earlier that Lopez did and say that he beat Nakatami more than Lopez can do.
That will be his leverage, if he wanted to fight Lopez next.

You remember the rivalry of Morales and Barrera and Pacquiao? Manny beats Barrera and then Morales beats Pacquiao. Then he has the bragging rights telling Marco Antonio that he beat the one who beat him. I think this is very similar hear, if Loma beats Nakatani by lopsided score or knock out, then he has that leverage to tell the world that he beat Nakatami more than Lopez and that could be a good story line for their next fight if Lopez wanted to give Loma a rematch. Because he is telling that he doesn't want to.
3914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 28, 2021, 12:27:28 AM
and a tight match it was, Tsitsipas took the second set in a tie break and
that last set was a very close affair, both players producing both
brilliant shots as well as some horrific misses but in the end Rafa found a way.

I think its clear that the reign of the top 3 is waning, and Tsitsipas is to the forefront
in leading the challenge.

I had Rafa to win the title but boy was I sweating in those last few games.

Hahaha, I have Tsitsipas so we are in the opposite side cheering.

Nevertheless, that third set was one of the best, they hold serve until Rafa got Stepanos and I said to myself it's now the end.

2nd set I was clapping here at 11 pm local time, I knew Tsitsipas can at least steal one set and he did.

Lost my bet, but was very proud of Stepanos, he nearly got Rafa!!. Next time it might be a different outcome.

I'm finally back after my internet went down for several days but it didn't stop me from watching tennis and see how far Tsitsipas has come. I think the big tournament win has helped give him the confidence he needs to be a more consistent player. Even though he lost he still played a great match. I'm just happy to see him start putting in a more consistent game and lets hope he can continue on with this.

Oh ok, just wondering what happen to you mate, and I'm glad that you are ok.

Yes, Tsitsipas coming along this year, I'll keep on betting on this kid for the remainder of the tennis calendar for 2021 and see how he goes.

His been consistent in the last 3 tournaments winning 1 and runner up twice if I'm not mistaken. So he has gain ton of experienced already and the coming French Open will be a big test for him.

3917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - June 5 on: April 25, 2021, 01:10:53 AM
And the next match would be easy to determine where people should bet their money and that's going to be with Floyd.
It's expected but if the odds is very low for Floyd, then I guess people would not take it, they'll only bet on the handicap on whether what rigth the figth will end or will it go to the judges scorecard? That's probably the offers we will see, beacuse if we bet on Floyd to win, we might just win 5% or even lower of our money which is not attractive a a bit risky.

The winner of this exhibition match is not a question anymore. That's right, better bet on the handicap because for sure the odds here will be very low in favor of Floyd. Can Logan Paul sustain the first round? How long can he fight Mayweather? But in any case, both will get good amount of money here. Win or lose, they have their paycheck at the end of this match.
Would really go with that handicap options rather than going with ML which its no question and pretty obvious on whose gonna win and better to bet with those handi's which you can still
possibly earn a bit decent with your bets. About making money then its no brainer that these dudes are really raking up some bucks because exhibitions wont be pushed on
if there were no demand or if they cant really get some revenue.

There will be demands for sure, and Floyd's knows that, as much as we hated him, he uses this emotions against us as well. People buy tickets and PPV's because they wanted to see him loss in the ring and it will be a pleasure if someone, a non-boxer can defeat him even in exhibition like Logan Paul.

The internet will explode, there will be meme's and probably there will be a request for a rematch that will make more easy money for Floyd. I'm not saying that he won't win against Logan Paul, but just imagine that scenario.
3918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has the world become greedier since BTC? on: April 25, 2021, 12:48:09 AM
It's part of human history, everyone is greedy, from the rise of Roman empire to WWII. So I don't think that Bitcoin help to accelerate it, Wall Street have been doing this for half a century, making money out of thin air, running Ponzi schemes etc.

And so there's no need to put a blame of Bitcoin, well at least people understand how someone increases his wealth overtime.
3919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Javier Fortuna WBC interim lightweight Title on: April 25, 2021, 12:05:59 AM
Oh my, I didn't expect that Ryan Garcia has some inner demons that he is fighting for.

So now it's finally revealing why Garcia has this kind of attitude, I mean he is so boastful and arrogant and maybe this is one way of letting out his emotions. And if he has no other outlet to get out what he feels, anxiety sets-in. But I'm sure with all the people behind him right now looking for his physical and mental health, he will pull through.
3920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 24, 2021, 10:53:42 PM
Why not, I took a multi with Tsitsipas and Nadal,

Seems to be very easy match for the two as there are no oppositions from Sinner or Carreno-Busta.

Now it's the final that we all have been waiting for, the young Tsitsipas vs the maestro Nadal.

Current ML odds:
Rafa @1.56
Stepanos @2.29

I still go and support my boy Tsitsipas here,  Smiley
