3901  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit clear up on: July 14, 2017, 12:22:01 AM
Coindance is a pretty good source for stuff like this, it'll give you the percentages on how much each consensus has right now and I think when you click on the individual ones it will go into detail on when it'll have to get to in order to go through with working, but if you really want to get each and every detail all of that shit is a google away from being found.

Lets just pray to god the AUG 1 fix is something that actually works out and helps all of us, getting us through the rough times that we all faces with this congested as fuck network + insane fees.
3902  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The source of clinton power? on: July 14, 2017, 12:11:33 AM
Their power came from seeking it, that's how people are the ones that gain and gain it. I also feel as if it was the Bill Clinton personality that helped them so much when he was the Gov? (I think) in Arkansas, that was the role that gave him so much power and set him up on a scale that was so high, plus he was able to wine and dine deals with people with this power that just furthed him.

At first, his wife leeched off of his power but then she was put into positions of power which furthed herself as well.

The only reason these people stay in power is because companies and governments know that they can be bought and paid for, and probably the only reason the DNC wanted them in cause they knew they'd be controlling the country. Then again, I guess the American people noticed this and didn't go through with electing her to keep doing this and furthing the most corrupt and shitty political dynasties in history.

3903  Other / Politics & Society / Re: David Wilcock claims Satoshi was NSA on: July 13, 2017, 11:55:56 PM
I  think David Wilcock is not to be taken seriously

This would be the way to start on this, I wouldn't take whatever he has to say about Bitcoin seriously in the least.

Moving on, I feel as if Bitcoin was made by the NSA they would've already given all the online drug marketplaces the killshot and taken them done when they could, at this point it's dumb to see that they haven't done this yet. That's if his story is the truthful one, which I CANT AGREE with in the least.

Well, the best way to help the American government is by creating a system that allows sovereignty of funds, the development of more anonymous cryptocurrencies like Monero (as well as more accessible illegal goods), and almost complete freedom from banks.   Roll Eyes

The only way they could have made a worse system is by directly telling the American public "start a run on the bank"!

Sarcasm here is amazing, if they NSA is the creator of Bitcoin it would mean they played a part in the rise of all of this-- and I just can't see that being the truth in the least. They probably would've killed us by now if that was the truth.
3904  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sodomite Propaganda Targeting Children on: July 13, 2017, 11:31:51 PM
I do not know who's worse, whether it's gay or religious fanatics.
one does not need to follow any particular religion to recognise the damage sodomy does to society. of the 7 billion human beings on this planet the great majority do not want homosexualist propaganda infecting their children and they aren't all american right wing christian evangelicals.

See the biggest thing here is that I wouldn't have a problem with people trying to say that being homosexual is fine as it is going to be the best for people that are like that to feel as if it's normalized, the only problem that I see here is that people are trying to target children due to the way that it's being displayed to people. It's pretty shitty to see this as more and more children are going to be on the internet and are going to be targeted with stuff like this

The only thing parents can do to block this is to try to block certain sites (YOUTUBE) which is obviously going to cause problems as Youtube is generally a fine platform to be on, or block certain searches on the internet all together. Kinda annoying but that's what we have to do to keep the internet free I suppose.

It's insanely tough to protect our children, but we must take the steps to try.
3905  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pro Martial Law or Anti Martial Law? on: July 10, 2017, 10:50:04 PM
Martial Law are initaied by dictators and tyrants who seek to control their citizens, it does bring about law and order but it takes away basic human rights from the people.

This isn't true as Martial law is sometimes used in order to stop violence from spreading in an area, it can be used tactically at moments where a country is facing interernal dangers (be it a coup) or something along those lines, and they must go into Martial law to coordinate the defense of their country.

If you go forward and even look online with something like this, you're able to see that developed countries use this all the time and it's not only used by dictators - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martial_law

Take a look and fix your argument.
3906  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If we were all inmortal would religion die? on: July 10, 2017, 10:21:53 PM
I think this sort of question is one of those that can be a yes and no depending on how you think about it. On the yes side of it, the thing is that people aren't going to care about the afterlife due to the fact that you're not going to be going to the afterlife. But when you go on  the otherside of this, people are still going to want answers to the most basic of questions that normal people, aren't able to answer.

One of the biggest questions is going to be 'how did we get her' this is the question that no human can fully answer without being debunked by someone else, this is the void that religion fills in life. But overall I'll have to say that this is one of the questions that's insanely tough to answer.
3907  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Self-Learning Artificial Intelligence Robot "saves" little girls on: July 10, 2017, 09:48:33 PM
As others have already expressed, the biggest concern with robots that have AI is going to be the fact that they're going to be able to gain some sort of intelligence for the betterment of their selves. This is the only thing that I think is going to hold the development back of Robots.

i'm not as afraid of robots doing bad things as I am the of the makers and programmers of those robots not caring about that. If all they are doing is making robots for a profit......and that's it.......that's scarier than the robot they are making.

Well all things are going to be made for a profit, that's bound to happen. Who knows the intentions of these companies though and what they're going  to be doing in order to make more and more money because at the end of the day they're all just trying to make profits for their shareholders.

3908  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Empire of Lies and its main liar on: July 10, 2017, 09:14:07 PM
The Americans continually play into the hand of Putin and his allies. They are giving up so much ground over a slow period of time I think many people forget that Russia has been taking land since they re-established in the early 2000's They are a big country with big ambitious

See this is the thing that some people think is going on right now, Americans don't just give into Russian demands at all. This just isn't something that happens in the least, they may make deals with them for strategic reasons but that's not something that is hurting them at all. If you were to compare the two different countries, you'd see that America is a much bigger country in the terms of pretty much all things.

Some people may even come out and say that Putin is stronger, but that's only because this man has pretty much taken over the government of Russia by force-- his country is still going straight into the shitter when it comes to global trade (due to santictions) military tech (due to not trading / innovating with other countries)
3909  Economy / Lending / Re: ****Squatz1 Lending**** on: July 10, 2017, 05:46:28 PM
Going to be starting this up again and bringing it back from the dead, follow the rules in the first part of this thread and you should be on your way to getting some loans from me.

Thank you for doing business!
3910  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate christians? on: July 09, 2017, 02:43:16 PM
Don't really see a reason on hating the Christians in the least, plus I don't think it'd be fair to hate someone simply based on their religion without fully getting to know that person fully. It's like hating me without really meeting me, you're just going to have this pre-existing hate for me which isn't fair in the least.

I'd have to say this on a personal note based on the fact that I don't believe in all of the things that my religion believes in which is Christian, I may have some things which we do agree on and don't but that's no reason to hate a person.

Would like some explanation on why you're asking this sort of question.
3911  Other / Politics & Society / What do you think President Trump should do about North Korea? on: July 08, 2017, 08:04:18 PM
We've got tons and tons of news coming out of the meeting with Trump and Japan, Trump and China but they still seem to not be able to get a plan going on what to do about Kim Jong Un in North Korea. Would anyone here like to share some knowledge on what they think should be done to stop him or at least cripple his country and force him to retire?

Here's the news article from CNN - http://www.cnn.com/2017/07/08/politics/north-korea-trump-xi/index.html
3912  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Come in Through the Gates not Through the Fences on: July 08, 2017, 07:42:14 PM
or don't come at all

This is something that we can't really say, as from my point of view I may not see a reason for people wanting to leave their own country but with the insane amounts of countries having high amounts of corruption, no jobs, no way to move up in life, we're going to have to expect for people to want to come to a new country to start a new life.

But I'm in no way advocating for people to come here illegally, abuse systems, commit crimes and so on, I want people to come to countries legally, go through all of required stuff and then simply come in -- illegal aliens are crippling nations like the United States.

People do understand it, some systems of legal immigration are too lengthy and people think avoiding them will be ebst - they're usually not the best choice.
3913  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: any site that sell bitcoin for skrill/amazon card? very small amounts. on: July 08, 2017, 06:30:41 PM
Best bet is probably going to be one of the exchange sites, the bigger ones are going to be LBC (Local Bitcoins) and then Paxful (pretty much like a little brother to LBC) They're going to allow small amounts but you're going to have to have to make sure to note the high fees on places like this, as you're going to be doing P2P exchanging.

Also, you're going to need to have some sort of way to prove that this wasn't one of those credit card fraud purchases - easily by just simply buying this item with cash and saving the receipt to show to the seller.
3914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Video of using Coinbase easily on Telegram with Julia on: July 08, 2017, 05:50:15 PM
I watched the video and sorry but I don't really see how it can be usefull. It may look funny because you think you're using a bot and it is simple to use. But as a company such as Coinbase it makes far more sense to make their own app from scratch. And you can surely make the same in a native app

Well when you really go to think about this, it's really not going to be that hard to simply go to the Coinbase website and do all of this. If you're already buying and want to do it, I'd rather have the satisfaction and sense of security of going on the real site to at least feel a little better about putting my money into an exchange which is ridden with support backlog and issues.

Seems more or less like a waste of time, the only real usage I can see for this is in a time of insane volatility where someone is going to want to get in and out of Bitcoin to make trades. Though this isn't going to make sense as using normal coin-base (not gdax) is going to be RIDDEN with fees. It's a good idea, though it's not really practical in the least for normal usage.
3915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The main and obvious reason Craig Wright is not satoshi on: July 08, 2017, 05:30:50 PM
I'm sure that it's Satoshi's great plan to stay incognito instead of other crypto-currencies heads likeVitalik Buterin who is nonstop on the mass media. I think Satoshi will appear in front of the audience one day, when it will be the most necessary for Bitcoin.

See this is something that sounds nice, though I don't think Satoshi is ever going to come out of his shell / even call it a sanctuary for many reasons. Think about it, this guy if some of the reports are true is WORTH AN INSANE amount of money. If he was to sell the Bitcoin which he's going to have, he's going to have to go through a tax / legal hell.

All of this also depends on where he lives, if he lives in the US / Western Country he's probably going to be ok and they're not going to seize any funds from him. All they're going to do is tax him to hell, but in other corruput ridden countries they may seize his assets.

So, Satoshi isn't going to come out of hiding unless he sees that Bitcoin is going to fail without him coming out and trying to unite the community - at least that's my view of all of this.
3916  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The "Satoshi Risk" on: July 05, 2017, 12:05:04 AM
The thing with this is that I feel if Satoshi was still around / still had access to his coins, he probably would've sold by now and done it slowly. As sad as it sounds to practically be saying stuff like that about our GOD, you have to think about it from his perspective. The guy has pretty much been out of Bitcoin for years at this point, and what would be better for him personally, to just leave all of his bitcoins sitting in his wallet or just going ahead and selling off his portion of the coins and living a nice life because of it.

There is a risk if someone was to ever find saotshis coins and sell them, but that risk is going to be present in any commodity. What if someone discovers a fuck ton of gold, silver, etc and so on and so forth.
3917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Seems Bitmain/Hashnest is banning ALL USA from using there services now on: July 04, 2017, 11:26:52 PM
It's shitty that everyone around all of the US is going to have to suffer because of New Yorks shitty politicans love with regulating something that the rest of the country hasen't come to yet, if Washington politicans don't see Bitcoin as a threat then NY politicans shouldn't really be worrying about it in the least. I can only think that some of the big banks went ahead and got this all done, but then again why not just do it a national level if you're going to do it-- I just don't get what was done in the least when it comes to NY's Bit License.

Sucks, fucking hate this state sometimes. I've complained many times and it's not going to lead anywhere, no one cares about us.
3918  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Investing in Bitcoin / Storage on: July 04, 2017, 10:46:01 PM
Well here's the thing bud, if you're going to want to do a short term thing you're best bet is probably going to be to just stick with the exchange and hope that the people on their aren't going to fuck you, which should most likely work in most scenarios. If you want to go the route of using a cold storage HW or Paper Wallet that could work as well, though my only personal issue with something like this is that you can't easily react to the market if you want to buy in and out when you have your coins in a cold storage environment.

If you're going to be investing and trying to do something semi long term, use cold storage. If going for day trading with this sort of thing, just go ahead and use the exchange or an off the exchange wallet like BitGo, Blockchain.info, etc.
3919  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: blockchain.info wallet + Trezor for offline storage? on: July 04, 2017, 10:09:48 PM
Well if you're going to be owning a Trezor, I think your best bet is going to be just avoding any sort of web wallet all together and going all in on the trezor when it comes to usage. Why expose yourself to risk if you're going to be buying a $89 device which is pretty much there to help you avoid all the risk that comes with using these online wallets which are so prone on being hacked (given inside job or just a downright fucking hack)

So I wouldn't use the two of them, you're going to be just wasting money and exposing yourself to risk which is dumb when you have the Trezor. Use that and be done with all of this.
3920  Economy / Exchanges / Re: buy btc's by credit card on: July 04, 2017, 09:28:42 PM
You're going to be able to buy on all major exchanges (given they're accepted in the US) the only thing that you should be watching our for is verification stuff, which if you're going to be using a credit card which is high risk for all of these people they're going to want you to go through some vigorous ID verification and even with some sites to satisfy KYC regulations, maybe even giving up your social security card # which may sound highly sketchy but these companies are only doing their job.

If you want something that's going to cost you more but without the verification hassle, you could use LBC, Paxful, Exchange section on here but you're going to be hit with high fees from the people on here and MAY STILL have to do some basic ID verification.
