Bitnovo / Skrill

Both of these companies are dishonest and will keep your money.

Bitnovo asked me for a bunch of verification documents/pictures after making two deposits from a verified skrill business account.

After sending in pictures of my ID next to the order number, my ID in a selfie, and whatever else they requested, they kept asking for more and more verification documents, so I told them to cancel the order and go fuck themselves.  Don't need to hear your comments about my language, I was extremely frustrated at this point and am sick and tired of "bitcoin" shady services becoming unreasonable with the amount of verification they need.  So they told me they would refund the transactions, that's all I'm asking for.  I have absolutely no interest in using their company and use many other bitcoin services instead.

That email was sent to me on the 10th of November.  It's now the 24th of November and I haven't had the money re-deposited into my Skrill account (1000$).

I have reported this to Skrill and they have not responded either.  Bitnovo and Skrill are both untrustworthy, shady services that will keep your money when you simply want to cancel the transaction.
3904  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: betballer scam on: February 24, 2017, 04:09:27 PM
Betballer scam

BetBaller is the most crazy scam I have ever seen within the past 10 years. They publicly state terms and conditions on their website, which are not enforceable by Irish law! You can not start a court case or file a criminal complaint at the police in Dublin.

This is because the BetBaller gaming account balances and winnings are not enforceable in Ireland! Hence, they give to their existing and potential new customers the impression that there would be enforceable terms and conditions, while in reality, this is not the case.

They clearly commit a willful deception, because they perfectly know that their alleged ToS are not enforceable at all. Please also note that it is a human right to enforce a legally binding agreement, while this is not possible here. Hence, Betballer intentionally breach a basic human right that is covered by the UN charta.

I trust everyone is able to understand that if you can not enforce gaming account balances and winnings in Ireland, the first sentence in the ToS section of a website must be “Please note that the below stated terms and conditions are not enforceable by Irish law”.

At the register formular must be also a hint that BetBaller account balances are not enforceable thru legal channels. If thereafter someone want to deposit and play there, it is up to him/her. But it is very shady to state juridical not valid ToS and suggest they would be.

BetBaller has “special rights”

Unbelievable but true, they really think they would stand above publicly stated and valid laws:

Quote
9.7 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. We will have the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or winning amount(s) or amend any policy in the event that we suspect you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) palp errors; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game. It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino/Sportsbook, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other Online Casino/Sportsbooks in addition to our Online Casino/Sportsbook, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules.

No, BetBaller, you have not the right to decline or reverse anything based on “we suspect”! Based on civil laws, you have always to deliver proof of your claim…it is as simple as that.

Maybe others have also something to add?

Yes, everyone can clearly see your NONSENSE and CONTENTLESS posting here, but what is your problem exactly? As long as you get paid for your nonsense, everything should be fine for you! Cheesy

Why not take 5 BTC in a row, instead of making 5000 nonsense and contentless posts?

Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much?

If you can not deliver, then you are doubtless one of the biggest clowns I have seen here on BitcoinTalk! Cheesy

3906  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit/1xbet scam on: February 24, 2017, 03:40:45 PM
This is a serious scam: 1XBit scam + 1XBet scam

The good news is that you could sue 1xbit/1xbet, but I doubt that you are willing to spend any money.

Unfortunately, as long as players persist to drive a car without an insurance, there will be more upcoming damages in the height of US$ millions!

I can not reach 1xbet.com, someone else?

3907  Economy / Gambling / Re: ODD - EVEN win 198% | Provably | House edge 1% on: February 24, 2017, 03:27:41 PM
There was at least a warning at scam accusations months ago: The RollinCoin scammer is back (again) as crazybtrade

Did anyone from BitcoinTalk lose money there?

Hide the operator does not necessarily mean they are no traces.
3908  Economy / Gambling / Re: BETTING SITES TO AVOID on: February 24, 2017, 01:57:45 PM
There are pretty much numerios sites to avoid and many of them are coming online everyday so its hard to catch all of them.

For example, this guy
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1666167.0

Most likely the scammer admin for that Rollin website, has shut down his 2nd website since he was caught using the same wallet as the previous website. Most likely he will launch another website pretty soon with a different name and scam people again.
Thank you for the info!

Can you please write a short summary of this case and how he was caught using the same wallet as the previous website? I will add crazybtrade then to the Warnings section on Game Protect website.

3909  Economy / Gambling / Re: ►►DiceBack.com: Play as usual, get % back! 5 sites, 6 games, 9 coins on: February 24, 2017, 07:50:56 AM
If the house edge is so important for someone, why would he not play at SafeDice (consumer protection included)?
Only 0,5% house edge is less than any of your offers!

It's not only EdbeBack. It's site functionality. Site's features. Wager contests. Support. And many more. Please troll somewhere else.
And you do make a different between a lower house edge and coins back in your wallet? Mathematically in a long run it's the same. But not everything is mathematics.
By your logic everybody should play in SafeDice and not any other site...

As I said. I do believe it is better to get paid 15-21% back from paid house edge with our service, instead of of getting 0% back with regular account. For the same play, same site, same action.
Based on which criterias did you select the sites you offer?

Based on the best total value/lowest house edge for the players or based on where you can get a higher affiliate commission to have some % for you pocket?

Not every operator give higher affiliate commissions to certain affiliates. So those sites could be excluded from your offer, even though they might offer the best value for the players.

OgNasty extorted me to remove my negative feedback that he promote the publicly proven betcoin.ag scam for his own financial benefit = criminal offense!
(Original pms still stored in my account)

This is doubtless a good place to send your coins...

Hmmm i dont know whats their plan since they are still operating and still running their signature campaign which means all goes fine. Why cant you just contact him regarding with the issues you have with them?

In free fall recently and CUT, CUT, CUT motto means all goes fine?

I have no issue with them and just warn and inform the community about this scam.

It totally depends on the community if they would listen or not to you and as far as i know theres already posted in scam accusation to warn the public already. If player decides to play again on there then they are responsible if they lose something as long we do warn them about this.
Of course, it depend on the community if they want to play there or not. I only inform them, so that they had at least the chance to know what is going on.

But it does not only depend on the community! I have seen a lot of signature campaign members actively promote betcoin.ag with false and misleading statements in their posts. And it is important to avoid such a shady behaviour.

Also important to note that the publicly proven Betcoin.ag scam! is in free fall on Alexa Global Rank recently, -63%!

Let us talk about a Bitcoin poker room in free fall, betcoin.ag
Thanks for reminding on this one regarding on the issues of Betcoin.ag but i think you are spreading too much the information all over and over again. Regarding with the issues on that site i dont know if its been settled or not and with this thread im surprised about satoshimines become scam. Shocked
My few posts about betcoin.ag is too much in your opinion? How about the 1000s of posts from the 70 signature campaign members?
3916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are There Any Regulations for Bitcoin Casinos? on: February 24, 2017, 03:15:04 AM
In most jurisdictions are regulations about Bitcoin casinos, because of wager valuable things. But there are probably a few countries without any regulations in regards to this.

I doubt that there is an overview available, because this overview would be very time consuming and expensive, as it would require to check the laws in all countries with different languages.

LOL - I looked at the address you post for your "protection service" and it hasn't received any transactions (what a fucking joke, by the way --- all you do is reach out to books on player's behalf, but you don't have anywhere near the clout of an SBR).
Almost everyone qualified cost free thru register his account with Game Protect or joined our pending cases.

We offer the following service for qualified accounts:

- Game Protect dispute resolution between you and the operators for your qualified gaming accounts

- Lawyer and civil court proceeding, in case you have a valid claim and we can not reach a resolution

- Lawyer and private investigation, if operators embezzle account balances or a player act fraudulent

Why do you blatant lie about Game Protect? Do you have psychological problems?

Game Protect has huge pending cases with investigation and legal action, in the height of over US $1 million:

https://game-protect.com/full-flush-poker-litigation/

https://game-protect.com/win-cake-poker/

But you are right, the only thing SBR do is reach out to books on player's behalf.

It was only me who investigated that cloudbet has no license from the government of Montenegro and as you can see, their support is not able to deliver the requested answer. Cheesy

Haters like you, please continue to get defrauded by criminals, that is fine for me. Smiley

thanks for your help game protect
Oh, and I did not contact cloudbet on behalf of him. Wink

I also helped lazypolarbears with his mBitCasino case:

I've noticed that you've commented quite a few times (some of which was very useful if correct)

3919  Economy / Reputation / Re: GAME PROTECT.Why isnt there a repthreadfor this SELF PROCLAIMED LAWYER FOR GOOD? on: February 23, 2017, 05:09:11 PM
Personal messages are viewed as "Personal" information

I think you are confused. A "personal message" is a message that is sent from one person to another personally. A private message on the other hand is private information.

There is no option to send a private message to someone here. However if you wish to keep information sent in a message private, I would suggest that you use some kind of encryption and/or privnote message to protect your privacy.
