After many positive transactions with this user I got one of the latest sums (€ 570) charged back by skrill.
He claimed in pm it was because he got charged back some 1600 eur from someone else (a chained chargeback by skrill, so).
Given his good rep till now it may be true, anyway he then disappeared and never refunded me (26 days since the chargeback, 18 since his last reply and 5 from his last login, I've sent him many pms meanwhile).

I'm sorry for the scam on his side but one can't make others pay for that. I'll delete this if he can sort it out.

He seems to have had successful (?) Skrill transactions in the past (among others). It's unfortunate to see someone get scammed for quite a far sum of money. This is why reversible payment methods should be avoided as much as possible.

I have tagged the user in question, but it is not likely that they're coming back.
