3901  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: newbe and having this problem on: August 10, 2020, 01:50:04 PM
Given the error you are getting, I guess you are trying to send a very small amount (dust).
Nodes reject transaction with an output smaller than 546 satoshi.
3902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ITO] WPP ENERGY TOKEN - TOKEN TO BE TIED TO THE VALUE OF H2 on: August 10, 2020, 01:09:08 PM
Deposit Open but, nothing can do because Wpp on Digifinex is a new WPP token with new smart contract.
They have already announced that WPP tokens will be swapped to new tokens.
The instruction on how to swap tokens is yet to be announced.
3903  Other / Meta / Re: Opening Mutiple Ann Threads - Allowed? on: August 09, 2020, 07:42:49 PM
This type of spam is a bit tricky. The threads are not merely duplicates. Such "discussions" are harder to report convincingly, particularly if other members actually join the discussion and it's not just a shillfest. I guess as long as the OP of the thread puts some effort into making it look like a discussion then we'll have to tolerate it.

Whenever I see a topic with a link to external website, I visit the post history of the user.
If there are multiple topics with that certain link, I report some of them (all of them, if they are not many) consecutively and ask moderators to check the post history as well.

These kind of reports are usually marked as good.
3904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which GOLD backed coin/token do you think the best? on: August 08, 2020, 04:44:56 PM
in all honesty, I would prefer to buy gold in the real world and hold it in my home safe, I don't see why people buy these altcoins,
You can use such altcoin for trading.
Many people use tether for trading, although there is no evidence that tether is really backed by dollar.
There is no doubt, a token backed by gold is better than a token backed by a fiat money that can be easily printed by Federal Reserve and we don't know if it is really backed by that fiat money.

A token backed by real gold can be used for buying and selling gold anonymously and very fast.
You can also buy and sell tokens backed by gold at any fraction. You can even buy and sell 1 dollar worth of tokens.
3905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: TX staying in the memory pool question on: August 07, 2020, 08:18:59 PM
After all nodes receive a transaction, how much time is the penalty that it will remove them from their memory pool if no one has mined it? Exactly 2 weeks?
That's not exactly 2 weeks.
Nodes usually drop unconfirmed transactions after (about) 14 days. But there is no general rule.
Visit the link below and read the article on Bitcoin Wiki.
Transaction expiration
3906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: URGENT - uncomfirmed transaction sent to scammer. How to double spend???? on: August 07, 2020, 06:52:44 AM
That's why it is very important to have 2FA authentication to give safety at your wallet more than enough that email confirmation can do.
You can have 2FA, only if you use custodial wallets and rely on third parties. Custodial wallets not only doesn't make your coins safe, but also put them at more risk.
It's not a good idea to use custodial wallets and give control of your money to third parties, because you can't keep your coins secure.
3907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: August 06, 2020, 06:52:39 PM
the price of gold is currently going up, I want to see if the price of this token also goes up like the price of gold, I still have a deeper look at this project and whether it continues to be stable coin
Tokens are backed by real gold. Also, the team is providing the liquidity. So, it is guaranteed that price of tokens are always equal to price of 1 gram of gold.
You can check amount of physical gold stored in BullionStar vault using the link below.

Enter 17081 as account number.
3908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: FreeDoge.co.in on: August 05, 2020, 08:21:58 PM
As I remember, people only can withdraw but not play or deposit.
The last time I deposited into freedoge.co was about 1 month ago. It was done with no problem.
I just went to my profile and clicked on "deposit" button. The deposit address was shown. I guess it's still possible to deposit.

I made a withdrawal as well. The withdrawal didn't work fine. It took three days to receive the coins.
3909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: FreeDoge.co.in on: August 05, 2020, 07:20:16 PM
As it is stated above, they left the business long time ago. You probably have visited a phishing site which looked like the original one.
Their website is still working. Only their faucet has been disabled due to abuses.
They announced that their dice game will shut down as well. But that's still working.
3910  Other / Meta / Re: Advertising shiller spotted! on: August 04, 2020, 07:35:59 PM
Because I have no clue or I don't know if there is a feature here on Bitcointalk where I could just report this account and not each post?
You cannot report the user. You can only report posts.
The best thing you can do is to report one of posts and ask moderators to check the post history.
3911  Other / Meta / Re: Posting on `Ann on Altcoin` for Exchanges on: August 04, 2020, 07:25:36 PM
Now, you are evading the ban.
Your new account will be banned soon. You had already been warned not to post outside Meta.
3912  Other / Meta / Re: Announcements on Altcoin for Exchanges- message board on: August 03, 2020, 12:29:06 PM
As far as I know, you are allowed to post links to your exchange on altcoins announcement threads after they are listed on your exchange. But this shouldn't lead to spam.

Take a look at post history of bunterfisch.
bunterfisch made 68 posts on July 28 and 64 posts on July 29.
If you did something similar, you deserved the ban.

3913  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Please help to people who Lost their coins in electrum wallet. on: August 02, 2020, 09:02:27 PM
Is there maybe anyway to gain access to Legacy wallet from my first wallet seed or recover it with my password?
When you create a new wallet, Electrum generates 12 new words. So, the first wallet you had created has nothing to do with the second wallet.
You must have the seed phrase or wallet file + password. Otherwise, there is no way to access your coins.
3914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: What happened to my electrum wallet on: August 02, 2020, 10:29:04 AM
Here is the announcement made by lightlord.
All payments for weeks 78, 79, 80 and 81 were made on July 15.

3915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: What is RBF in and how do you know that transaction doesn't use RBF? on: August 01, 2020, 12:01:25 PM
......and how do we know an RBF transaction?
In order to check whether a transaction is replaceable by fee or not, You can use blockstream explorer
If a transaction is RBF, Blockstream displays it at bottom of the page.

3916  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: August 01, 2020, 11:32:01 AM
What strategy can he apply to win a jackpot ? It is only luck based game. He is right about it, the only thing he can do is to participate in it. It will depend upon the luck whether his name is listed in next draw or even he won't get in it in 20 years too. Only luck matters here.
Seems that you don't know how daily jackpot works.
Every day, the user who has the highest wagering/betting volume gets the daily jackpot. So. there is no draw for the daily jackpot. The only thing matters is users wagering volume.
3917  Other / Meta / Re: Hide posts and topics on: July 30, 2020, 02:12:04 PM
It's not a good idea.
If users are allowed to hide certain posts from certain users, they can post a malware, promote a scam, etc and hide the post from all DT members.
Then this user won't get any negative feedback and the post has a lower chance to be reported.
Why would they hide scam topics?
We know they create and often lock them to be more visible.
You can still archive the page when you see it and report it to moderator like we are doing now, and they will get same negative feedback.
Oh, I think I misunderstood you. Sorry.
I meant in the case your idea is implemented, scammers can hide the post from all DT members and allow others to see the post.
Since your idea is not hiding posts from some users and allowing others to see the post, that kind of abuse in not possible. Your idea is to hide the post from all users or from no one.

But the feature can still be abused. Some posts need to be visible forever.
The topic can be archived. But if a topic is not shown in the forum, the user will have a lower chance to be banned.

3919  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Exolix Exchange, How it Works? on: July 30, 2020, 01:44:52 PM
You must participate in their affiliate program and earn 0.01 BTC. Then you can withdraw 0.015 BTC.
I also signed up on this promotion. 0.005btc is not a bad bonus if its legit. I also send the affiliate links to my friends but to my knowledge, upon their sign up there is none btc reflected or added on my account.
It's not a bad bonus. But in my opinion that's only a marketing strategy.

Assume that exchange A gives you 10% of the fee your referrals pay. It gives you 0.005 BTC bonus once you register and the minimum withdrawal amount is 0.01 BTC.
Exchange B gives you 20% of the fee your referrals pay. It gives you no bonus and the minimum withdrawal amount is 0.01 BTC.

In both exchanges, your referrals must pay 0.05 BTC as fee, so you earn 0.01 BTC. But exchange A looks more generous. In fact, exchange B is more generous. Because exchange A gives you that bonus only one time.
3920  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Exolix Exchange, How it Works? on: July 29, 2020, 06:25:48 PM
I just visited the exchange, signed up and also checked their FAQ. The 0.005 BTC bonus is just a marketing strategy.
You cannot deposit. So, it's impossible to deposit 0.01 BTC and reach minimum withdrawal amount.
You must participate in their affiliate program and earn 0.01 BTC. Then you can withdraw 0.015 BTC.
