added a new option in testing now, that if a block stakes and the split would create blocks <1000 it doesn't split. I've seen some blocks of 32FLT, split and make two blocks of 18FLT, this creates blocks which will take a very long time to stake. I was looking at just creating an option to suspend splitting entirely and I can do that as well if it's an option someone wants. But I saw presstab making some similar work on HYP so if it's a block > 1000, it will have to stake up to 2000 before it would split again. Should help with some block management. i'm looking at adding an option to set this so you can choose what size blocks you want, like don't split them based on some size, like 10000, so you will always have blocks 10000+.

What is the advantage of blocks with under 10K coins?
Creates more blocks that participate in staking, which allows clients to remain on the network longer, which secures the network from attack. Thank you for explaining |

I don't understand what you try to say too. Please advertise elsewhere. It seems the only difference from "proof-of-play" of MOTO is mined HYPER coin count is not proportional to the count of miners/players. Proof of Play in MOTO is specific form of proof-of-work which human can perform (almost?) as good as program. It's used to secure network (in practice no everything is so rosy now, but anyway). And there is space to AI improvements and research. Motocoin is indeed interesting and original concept for crypto and maybe it's only the first of future experimental family of the cryptocurrencies. almost? It is full of bots for months. And there are so much space for improvements that the last update was on 24 may Bots are part of the history, just like ASIC's are part of Bitcoin history. And also, the dev isn't omnipresent, nor does he have 8 arms. the developer has already leaved this project)) No announcement regarding the dev leaving so far, AFAIK, any proof to backup your claim? |
