3921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: August 27, 2016, 06:08:19 PM
Any sites you recommend?
Strategy?
1)You can only Earn With Gambling if you gamble your money in sports betting because it has less Risk as compare to Dice games, slots etc...
Or You Can Put Your Money In a Casino Bankroll To 2)Earn Decent Profit....
According to Me both are Good Ways of earn with Gambling but I prefer you the 2nd One....

I also prefer the second option. Take advantage of the house edge and earn some money from it. It you will just try to break the house, you will fail. So it is better to go where the money is, the house. Sports betting is good but it is not as sure as the house.
3922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Gambling is Fun? on: August 27, 2016, 03:31:43 PM
for me, gambling is a way to release out my stress, and when i am gambling, i don't take too much money in my pocket, just a few dollars, make one or two round, then i quit. i don't want to be addicted because its too dangerous and too risky for me.

Seems a good strategy to avoid gambling addiction. I also think that if you limit your gambling time, you lessen the risk of being addicted to it. Gambling games is a good stress reliever. But if you get addicted, you become more stressed out. So to keep the benefits of gambling, limit your time and money you put in it.
3923  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 27, 2016, 03:27:44 PM
i think going full time on bitcoin can make me rich, so in future i will do it Smiley
bitcoin is very special to me.

Why wait for the future, do it now. If you really think that bitcoin is your vehicle to become rich, you should do it right away. For me, earnng bitcoin is only a part time job.but if I happen to chance an opportunity that can give me more money in bitcoin than in my real job, I will be willing to trade my job to bitcoin.
3924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 27, 2016, 03:00:17 PM
Gambling is so addictive because it gives you a feeling that money can be earn fast without doing any hard work. You already witness that there are others who got rich because of gambling and you are hoping also that one day you will hit the jackpot and then you can live happily ever after doing want you want. You have all the time in the world enjoying and you can get rid of your boss if you are already working. Others view gambling as get rich quick scheme that's why they always come back hoping to make it big and in turn when they lose it, they lose it big also because they become greedy and hoping to get back what they lose. If you can't control yourself when gambling then avoid gambling as much as possible because you might lose not only money but may also destroy your relationship with your family, relatives and friends as well.

All that hype that gambling can make you rich quick is what makes people play gambling. But I do not think it makes them addicted to it. Because if you lose a few streaks, you will already doubt that you can be rich with it. Gamblers are enjoying the game the game, that is why they become addicted to gambling. If gambling is boring, I doubt anybody will be addicted to it.
3925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 27, 2016, 03:34:32 AM
There is a really slim chance that gambling can fix your life, as you can ask how many people/gamblers earn for a living? Or are there any lotto winners who won the jackpot twice in a year? I think there is that thin chance on where you can fix your life by winning a big jackpot on gambling. And you will lose more money if you take that road.

It is really true that you will be spending more that what you can earn in gambling especially those type that you win by chance. And even if you win a jackpot, you may have a chance that you will overspend and lose all that money too. Atleast that is what the studies about lotto winners are saying.
3926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: August 27, 2016, 03:19:21 AM
well i think gambling while rich would be cool, because it would be hard to lose.
My big balance could always recover Cheesy

The odds are fixed and are the same for everyone, so it will be not harder to lose, you will win/lose in the same proportion as everyone else the only difference if you keep making the same bets that you did when you were poor is that your bankroll will be less affected by the possible losses.

The question is, will you still be satisfied making the same amount of bet now that you have more money to spend? Will the thrill be the same if you are just betting a few hundred satoshis like when you are still poor? In my opinion, the amount you will bet will proportionally increase with the amount of money you have now. So, there are still chances the you can lose big and lose all your money.
3927  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: August 27, 2016, 03:13:40 AM
I earn about 0.007btc averagly from the signature campaingn every week and i am running some blogs and some local trading it all yeld me a minimum of 0.01btc profit every week and it is a good way of earning for a student

For a student, it is really a good supplement for all your needs. It is already good allowance for a week. But if you want to make a living out of it, 0.01 btc a week is not enough to support you. But of course if you are full time on bitcoin and you have a lot of skills, maybe you can earn more than that.
3928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 27, 2016, 02:43:52 AM
Invest is also a gamble, there was some scam dice sites. Like dadice and dicebitco.in, investing there means lost money. And invest ico coins, there are many scam ico coins. Tough to earn money in recent days.
Yup , yup its true because you are also taking the risk if you're investing its like you're playing with your money in gambling and in investment you dont have no control on your money where admin can remove you from the list or something that you dont get anything there too many scam website now from internet.

Well you need to look harder for good investment if you want to invest. It is true that there are a lot of scam investment sites out there. But there are also legit investment sites. You just need to look for it. And if you can't find one online, maybe you can invest on stocks or mutual funds. You must never give up looking for one because I believe investments are a good instrument to have financial freedom.
3929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: August 24, 2016, 02:13:48 PM
I think when ever unexpected is happening that makes you cry, in gambling even if you have started for fun, but if you are losing for long then obviously you will feel of crying. Once i cried due to my greediness as i won 10 times and on 11th time i knew that i will lose then also i bet and lost everything.

I think you overdid your YOLO that is why you lost it all. Yeah, greed played a big part of it. If I played YOLO gambling, I just do it up to 3 times then I stop. I am already earn so much in that 3 rounds already. Your greed got the best part of you. You should be thankful for that scenario. Atleast now you know you should not be greedy, especially in gambling.
3930  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: August 24, 2016, 09:48:32 AM
I see no difference between trading and gambling. I think the only difference is the time frame. In gambling, you can get your results in an instant. While in trading, you can wait for days/weeks before you sell your coin. The instant of you selling your coins in trading will decide if you get profit and how much or you get less than what you've invested. Nevertheless, trading would always be better than gambling because you can do tons of research first about a coin before you invest on it.
I see somehow there is a similarity in trading and gambling because there are gambling games can be studied or research to gain some knowledge that can be useful for you to get the advantage, and I am saying sports betting gives you that opportunity. In addition, sports betting provide a leverage for the bettors to do sports arbitrage which has no risk which will guarantee you a win everytime.

Yeah but how can dice be researched and studied? Its pretty much basic probability. Only method that doesn't quite work well is martingale and usually leaves most gamblers with no BTC after they hit a huge losing streak.

Yeah, all strategies cannot work on dice because the result is random and give more odds on the house. So to have a steady on dice is to have a really good luck. But it is different in trading, you can study trends, apply techniques and strategies to actually make money. It is not all based on luck but on a careful study of the market.
3931  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: August 24, 2016, 09:43:32 AM
When i was new to bitcoin i also thought bitcoin can make me really rich and its really easy to earn money with it with some tricks or cloud mining stuffs. But soon i realised that all these easy investements are scam and there is no easy money so i dont plan to get rich with bitcoin right now and it provides me useful extra income with helps me alot and thats enough for me.

I think giving up on your dream to become rich just because of some bumps like being scammed by ponzi or hyip is a poor attitude. You do not give up on it. You learn from your mistakes and try again. Not all investment are scams. There are those who really provide good service and can make you money. You just need to learn how to spot them. Bitcoin can provide a lot of opportunity to make you rich, you just need to find them.
3932  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: August 24, 2016, 09:39:29 AM
I don't and think only a few minority actually make a living with bitcoin, mostly people running exchanges and those operating gambling sites since these are the biggest investments with btcoin.. probably not more than hundreds.

Maybe those who are having a good life because of bitcoins are those owners of gambling sites and exchanges. But I think there are also people making enough from trading. And those who live on the third word country can buy  meals for a day from signature campaign. So if you are frugal and do not have a family to support, you can live from bitcoin income even if you do not own a website or an exchange.
3933  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 24, 2016, 09:32:55 AM
I used to invest by bitcoin. I love to invest in some kind of HYIP programs. But they all turned in to scam so i did not invest anymore. NOw i use bitcoin as a currency to buy and sell things.
If you want to invest I prefer to invest on such gambling or casino site's but yeah it's not like HYIP can give profitable double in 24 hours but better it's safe but still risky tho.
That's good you've started trading now with Bitcoin, mine too but still I'm using both of them and mostly as currency as because investment for a long term.

How I wish I could start trading. I am seeing myself trading soon. I still need to study the workaround and the fundamentals of trading though. I still don't have ample time at the moment but I am seeing that I can do that within the end of the year. It will be my retirement hobby soon Smiley

The best way to study trading is actually doing trades. As they say, experience is the best teacher. Just trade small amounts so that you can test trades. And you can test strategies and techniques while doing small tradings. So you can be confident on your trades when you do full time trading or when you want to trade big amount.
3934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: August 24, 2016, 09:13:15 AM
If I have much money,I still played gambling, but not looking for profit .I will play with lowest stake.
The activity like chat with others,or play chat game is more fun I think

Well good thing that you are going to do that and you are not going to goal for the profit because if you are already rich and you are still not contented to your riches for sure it can cause you the worst thing to happen. Because greediness is going to lead you to fall as many stories I have known for many years and it is really happening.

You can be greedy,  but if your channel for earning is gambling, then I think you are on the wrong path. Many rich people are greedy, but the way they amass their wealth is not thru gambling. Mostly they are focus on earning more money by amassing businesses, lands and assets. This way is good as long as it is done legally (imo).
3935  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 24, 2016, 09:09:14 AM
both have advantage and disadvantage to one another and it really depends on us which we would prefer. You have point that offline are better   because you can handle and control your funds but it would still require large amount to rase a business offline. In online  it really gives you convenience in your home  but  the risk is higher of lossing your money.

Well for me if you are going to choose only one then why not to choose both? If you are going to know their both advantages it is better that you are going to make them a habit. Because as you are saving you are going to have your own idea with investment and that is going to help you grow your money and you are going to save a lot more.

Yes it would be better if you do both the saving and investing.  It would help you to manage your money more efficiently.  But  some financial adviser said that you could actually start to invest without a savings.  I do not know but it sounds good but hard to do as I have this mentality that I needed to save first to have something when I needed it.
Investing without saving is make your life on risk that is not good recommendation for me, we can less the risk we have if we have a saving before investing and also if we have multiple investment but savings is mandatory for our future.

Treat savings as an assurance that you will have something to fall back on when your investments get wrong. Yeah, to minimize risk, you need to invest on different platforms. Like have separate investment on gold, bitcoin, stocks and/or mutual funds. This will make sure that you can make sure that if one investment fail, the other investment can cover the loss.
3936  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: August 24, 2016, 08:59:24 AM
It's not hard to save money. All you have to do is to think of it this way: Do I really need this? Do I really need to spend money on this? When the answer comes to you, you will know what to do Wink .

Yes separating the only wants from the really need.   Wink  Most of us were impulsive buyer, sometimes if we go to the mall and saw a buy one take one tag we tend to buy that even if we really do not need it.  We would go to the mall and buy whenever we hear that they were on sale even if you don't need it.  We sometimes buy because of peer pressure like this friend of yours had bought the latest toothpick and you really want to blend in and want to say that you are on the trend so you would buy a golden toothpick.   Grin

To avoid being an impulsive buyer, never bring money with you when you go to malls. Leave your credit cards, atm cards and cash at your home and then go to the mall. So even if you are tempted to buy anything on sale, you cannot because you do not have money with you. I do that all the time because I too can be impulsive buyer. Or sometimes, I will tell the sales lady that I will return to buy an item, then I will go around the mall. After walking a while, the impulsive buying will wear out and I will not spend any money.
3937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: August 24, 2016, 08:49:29 AM
From 0.02 Bitcoin to 0.5 Bitcoin that only happen when i was lucky that day , I played slot that time and just trying random strategies that i see when i am searching for strategies. Withdrawed 0.4 and gamble 0.1 but unfortunately i lost that 0.1 after an hour but never deposit again Smiley

I guess you outsmarted the casino there by withdrawing you killings and not going back again. I guess you made a wise move in that. Using your beginners luck to win some bitcoins and never coming back. I hope you did not do any gambling after that. Gambling back on any site may cause you to be addicted especially you tasted a good win before.
3938  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 24, 2016, 07:01:47 AM
I would only quit when I see I have a good potential to earn more money than my present job, I know in my job I have a limitation so I would not be rich if I will focus on my job, right now I have a side job with bitcoin but I am planning to go full time with it once I know how to earn consistently.

That is how it should be. Do not quit your job without any assurance that you can earn more than you are currently earning. It is true when going to another company and also applicable if you are going full time on bitcoin. If you go out and suddenly you could not support your family, it will just give you headaches. SO before you quit, be really really sure you are ready to quit.
3939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 24, 2016, 05:12:23 AM
I'm not a pro gambler. I gave up every site after playing a few times and ended up in losses. For me, gambling won't fix my life. If you other suggestion, let me know I'm interested.
i think we should not play gambling for fixing our life, nor we should think that gambling will wreck our life, to me we should only play it for for spending a good time, and for that purpose we need to play in a panned manner, we should not play gambling without any planing,
The safest way to play gambling is to not think of the above mentioned two possible outcome, gambling is a pure fun so it should not affect our life in a hard way, we can live of course even without gambling so it would simply say that it would not fix nor wreck our life.

The only way gambling can never wreck our lives is when we do not gamble at all. But if we gambling, it will have an effect on our lives. Either it wreck us or we win some jackpot and make our lives better. But most of the gamblers I see, gambling wreck their lives, emptied their bank accounts.
3940  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you put all your money into bitcoin? on: August 24, 2016, 05:06:17 AM
after i know bitcoin about 2 years ago, every month i always put about 10% my salary to bitcoin, and now i is very happy to put my money to bitcoin because the price is always increase. first time i bought the price not more usd 180, and now is 580. i sure 5 years again the price is usd 2000 or above

That is a success story in bitcoin. Believing and investing in bitcoin. It sure bear fruit for you. I just hope I have faith in bitcoin 2 years ago, but I believed in negative publicity and thought bitcoin is a scam. I regret I never invested in bitcoin before. But I am making up for the time lost and investing in bitcoin now.  I hope you are right that bitcoin price will continue to go up.
