3921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hamster powered races on: January 04, 2021, 10:47:07 AM
That was entertaining honestly and having to see this with mia bet that adds unforessen obstacles for the race adds suspense. But it's better if the race will be longer than the one seen on the video sample. If an animal groups organization will get to see this, they'll complain about it as animal cruelty although it can be done even without the hamster.
Yeah ,The fun is too short ,Looking for More obstacles if they really tend this for Entertainment .
Just a longer race it would make it fun. I don't know if that's the actual race that has been shown in the sample video that they have in the front page.

It just have to be longer and whether more obstacles or lesser, it will make the betting add more fun.

The man behind this must be very creative. he's making hell a lot of profit out of his little hamster.
Creative with those obstacles but he can choose to make another material to work it out instead of the little hamster. But I guess that's where the attention starts because of mia the hamster.
3922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hamster powered races on: January 04, 2021, 09:24:39 AM
I knew about marble racing and watched videos of it on YouTube. There's a commentary but there's no bets so placing it with bet is really an idea that haven't thought of before. That marble race is just a content which has been done on the sands.

3923  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LIVECOIN HACKED on: January 04, 2021, 08:09:58 AM
2 days left and we'll see if this is truly a hack incident or just an exit that they're making it look like it's hacking.

Now a hack will completely destroy the user funds and the Livecoin exchanges will also show bare hands.
An exchange will definitely make its reputation even badder because of the hacking incidents. If they can help their affected users to get a refund that will retrieve them and on this case, there's nothing much has been seen for Livecoin except that bounty for the attack that has been posted above.

It doesn't remove the doubt of most users thinking that it's an exit.
3924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $Bitcoin is first, $Eth is second, which of these should be in my 3rd place? on: January 04, 2021, 07:08:38 AM
Bitcoin hitting the $50k mark in 4 months??
This is still unsure, it can happen exact as the timeframe you've given or it might happen earlier than you're expecting or it won't happen within that range.

$ETH surpassing $2k in 2.5 months?
Nobody knows with those ranges you're giving. Just what I've said to btc hitting $50k in 4 months.

What coin do we see as a contender for that 3rd spot??
EarnBet-$BET or $LINK?
LTC would be a good choice IMHO.
3925  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin a deep pullback @40K? on: January 03, 2021, 09:51:21 PM
There is a saying that whatever goes up most come down. Some traders predicted a pullback @30K but got smashed. Can we see a pullback @40k?
Let have you thought on this...
And there were speculations too that there might be a pullback after bitcoin reaches $31k. That is why there was a $100M trade that was liquidated.

Bitcoin price quickly climbs to $31K, liquidating $100M of shorts

The answer is we don't know if there will be or there will be none.
3926  Economy / Economics / Re: Market drop or crash dont mean economic crash on: January 03, 2021, 08:33:18 PM
Dont think the market crash or drop even bigger crash is means economic crash.

Economic crash is when no money left.
So we go back to normal by spring and summer after summer autumn there will be not crash but  fake crash.

We need to umdestrstood all the markets are fixed and people who run the markets knows what coming on in 1-2'years

But education is key
Why would there be no money left anymore if an economic crash happens? The US and other countries that just went through an economic fall due to the pandemic printed money but that doesn't mean that there's no more money left.

There is a lot of money and for them to sustain the entire economy and temporarily helping it, they have injected the money into the economy. By this means for you that, the fake crash is about to come, and how it would look like? you didn't give an idea how it would look like.
3927  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can hit $50k? on: January 03, 2021, 04:09:48 PM
How do you think when the bitcoin price can hit $50k?
The question shouldn't be how but when.

Maybe it will hit in 50k but i am not sure. If will hit in 50k i think it will be surprise for us.
It won't be a surprise if bitcoin hits $50k. We have the chance that it won't be back anymore to $20k. This means if by that time bitcoin starts to hit that price target of $50k, you'll be amazed how it's possible to hit the next target which is half way there, $100k.
3928  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin gradually clinching to $40k on: January 02, 2021, 05:28:23 PM
Its volatility can reach that price you're thinking but it can also correct before it goes there. But it's unbelievable that this time it keeps on pushing upwards when it has started during the holidays. You'll see those speculators that say that it should go down soon because it just keeps on rising but no matter what they say, let's HODL.

3929  Economy / Economics / Re: Loan scam in India allegedly headed by a Chinese Narional on: January 02, 2021, 10:42:52 AM
I've thought of an article that just popped out on my feed that's related to a scam caught on airport and when I've compared that news, this seems to be exact as it is. Chinese nationals were caught before flights and an Indian colleague was also caught.

3930  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is trust Wallet and Bread Wallet are non-custodial wallet ? on: January 02, 2021, 09:30:33 AM
For Trust Wallet's private key importation, I've seen an old thread that's made with the same topic. You can take a look at its discussion.

Thread: Is it possible to extract private key from Trust Wallet

3931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting History - 2020 on: January 02, 2021, 08:26:25 AM
Man, you've got a nice stats and profit with the experienced you've shared and it was impressive indeed that you made a lot from your bets. But that's sad to know that you've got nothing left despite the huge amount that you've won.

You probably have learned the lesson in a hard and expensive way by losing those. The price of bitcoin was already good enough by that time and it was even better this time which probably have added to the regret that you have felt. Just learning to control thyself as you gamble will avoid the same mistake you did.
3932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: History is repeating itself or not? on: January 01, 2021, 12:21:20 PM
You might compare with the 2017-2018 and 2020-2021. But the narrative and fundamentals are different so if there's an idea that builds up to you and that makes you think that it will be the same as those years, we'll see it this time.

But if the comparison is there, it is unlikely. We have no ico and these defis are not that much of an impact to bitcoin this time because dominance is high for bitcoin.
3933  Economy / Services / Re: Need someone to signup free for $1.5 on: January 01, 2021, 07:11:41 AM
Could you explain more about the credit card part? Yes, there might be no charges just for that trial but if you can give a detailed explanation why it is needed, much better. Why would someone entrust his credit card to a stranger with an amount that's too low?

And with your payment of $1.5 in btc, fee might be higher than that payment.
3934  Economy / Economics / Re: Out of Reach on: January 01, 2021, 03:51:10 AM
Not that as you think. No longer our concern if time after time the price hikes and an average joe cannot avail to have 1 whole bitcoin. It is divisible into many decimals and they can still buy it based from the amount that's available on them.

The price has surged a lot and it is still recommended to continuously accumulate through dollar cost averaging. A person that wants his hands and has a goal to have bitcoin, he'll do it consistently.
3935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $188 million worth of BTC to unknown address from unknown on: January 01, 2021, 02:49:40 AM
Another whale that just moved a wallet from his other wallet, I guess or the one that you have said that another OTC tx made by an institution. We will never know. This year has started very well @ $29,000. There is still no sign of it going down or we're not going to see $20,000 below prices again. If it does, the chance is little.

Happy new year too and keep hodling!
3936  Economy / Economics / Re: NFL Player Salary Paid in Bitcoin on: December 31, 2020, 03:51:18 PM
AFAIK he's going to be paid in half based on the other article that I've seen a few days ago.

Panthers, NFL shoot down report that Russell Okung is getting half his $13M salary paid in bitcoins

It is a huge amount if he's going to be paid in bitcoin. It's a wise decision as if he's playing and getting paid with an investment. Other athletes might do what he did with their contracts.
3937  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Having trouble verifying account on Coinbase on: December 31, 2020, 11:53:11 AM
A day has passed, are they still reviewing it? They haven't given a timeframe for how long the review shall take. Just like your suspicion, they could probably be preparing for the holiday and there's only a few staff that are on duty.

Better consider the alternatives given above, because I have been waiting for more than a year to get my verification done and access the funds left in my vault. Roll Eyes
more of a year? that's real patience.

3938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No 2FA and robbed of 0.097BTC on: December 31, 2020, 10:38:04 AM
Sorry about that loss. Activating 2FA is very important and that message from Gabriel is a fact, scammers are cancer, and can you remember if you ever got into a website which you have the same login details as bitsler's?

Maybe you've bumped into a website that you have the same login details and that guy is following or tracing you through your email? I didn't know or you've got into a phishing website. Sort of something like that happened to you that's why the hacker/scammer stole your deposit.

A very expensive lesson with the surge of bitcoin that 0.097BTC is worth $2818 @ $29052.
3939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The "rat poison" is worth more than Buffett's company on: December 31, 2020, 09:20:13 AM
I do hope that someday he would realize that he has to adopt the technology and it is an inevitable innovation for which his company might take the benefits and advantage of it once, he initiates to adopt it.

It's a good rebut from his own words with that particular portrayal which is the rat and which is the poison. And someday, the price of bitcoin will be at par or more than the price of his BH stock.
3940  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: looking for good business parners coin developer and exchngers on: December 31, 2020, 08:14:06 AM
But anyway, OP what's with this project now? did it push or not?

Check out his other project.  I don't know why he is stopping at mere billions.   Wink
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5290478.0
Thank you.

I've read the idea of OP and I can say that this was such an ambitious project. It's literally printing money out of thin air. Maybe he got the idea on the stimulus money.

No even capital to start to pay for someone who would like to work for it.
