اريد ان اضيف نقطتين لما ذكره الاخ ميكي في اجابته:
النقطة الاولى هي كيفية حساب العمولة لتحفيز المعدنين على تاكيد كلى المعاملتين. لناخذ المثال السابق، عند ارسال بيتكوين الى محفظتك بعمولة sat/b لنفترض ان العمولة المقترحة الافضل هي 100sat/b. لتضمن تاكيد كلى المعاملتين عليك دفع 100sat/ لكليهما و ليس الثانية فقط فالمعدن سيضطر لتاكيد كليهما.
للقيام بذلك عليك احتساب الحجم الجملي للمعاملتين و اضافة العمولة اللازمة.
لنفترض ان حجم المعاملة الاولى 1000byte و المعاملة الثانية 1500 byte اذا الحجم الجملي 2500.
بما ان العمولة المقترحة هي 100sat/b سيكون عليك دفع مبلغ اجمالي
(1500+1000)*100
اي 250000 ساتوشي
تقوم الان بحذف العمولة التي تم دفعها في المعاملة الاولى اي 1000 ساتوشي و تقوم بقسمة الباقي على حجم المعاملة الثانية للحصول على معدل العمولة الصحيح الذي يجب دفعه اي
(250000-1000)/1500 = 166
رغم ان المحفظة تقترح عليك 100sat/b لكن في الواقع عليك دفع 166sat/b
اسف ان كان الشرح غير واضح ولم اشرحه بالشكل الانسب.
النقطة الثانية و هي مهمة جدا و هي انه ان تم الغاء المعاملة الاولى لسبب ما سيتم الغاء المعاملة الثانية كونها اصبحت غير صالحة لاستعمالها مدخلات غير موجودة.

اغلب تلك التطبيقات هي للمساعدة على تتبع اسعار العملات و الاشعار عند وصول عملة معينة لثمن محدد.
تقريبا التطبيق الوحيد الذي يعتبر منصة تبادل في تلك القائمة هو coinbase و cex.
هناك منصات مشهورة و كبيرة اخرى يمكنك استخدامها مثل binance.
و لكن كمتداول عليك استعمال عديد المنصات للربح باكبر قدر ممكن من اختلاف اسعار البيع و الشراء على كل منصة.

Also keep in mind that someone could try to scam you or blackmail you by claiming he got scammed and blaming you for it.

المشاريع و البرامج المفتوحة المصدر و منها المحافظ يمكن لاي شخص المساهمة و المساعدة في تطويرها خاصة و ان كل الملفات منشورة للعموم. الكثيرون يساهمون في تطوير هذه المحافظ بترجمتها للغاتهم اما من خلال github او باستعمال بعض المنصات التي تدعم وتعتمد على العمل الجماعي للمترجمين و من هذه المنصات منصة transifex و هذا مثلا الرابط لترجمة مشروع البيتكوين: https://www.transifex.com/bitcoin/و كذلك منصة crowdin و هذا الرابط لترجمة محفظة electrum: https://crowdin.com/project/electrumفقط قم بانشاء عضوية جديدة و اختر المشروع او البرنامج الذي تريد المساهمة في ترجمته. |

if someone have access to a private key he will have access to the funds on the address paired to that private key. What you have to remember is to back up the seed. To receive payments on Electrum just hit receive then request. A receiving address will be generated. This is all you need to know for the moment. If you have the 12-word seeds and password there's nothing to worried about.
if he backed up the 12 word seed then he doesn't need the password to recover his wallet  the password serves to encrypt the wallet file and you neef it only to decrypt the file. @OP, sometimes Electrum crashes when you try to open a wallet file with a huge transactions hisyory or the Electrum version is not compatible with the mac version. For example Electrum V4.0.4 is compatible with OSX 10.13 or higher. |

It's up to mods to deal with ban evaders, so a neutral feedback would be OK if the alt account hasn't been banned yet.
However, in some cases, a red tag would be more appropriate if one of the alts already got a legitimate red tag or when the offender has many active alts which he uses to cheat in bounty/sig campaigns.

You have to load the raw transaction and sign it from the multisig wallet not your standard wallet on which you are going to receive the funds (hope you still have access to it).
When you load the raw transaction, make sure you copy-paste the text or import the text file sent to you by the merchant not the signed one from coinb.in nor by double clicking the local transaction from the history tab.

But since you already have the transaction text, you should just need to click File > Load Transaction > From Text (or something like that, I can’t go to my Electrum to check). Paste the transaction in that text box.
the Load transacation option is under the Tools menu not File menu. . Try to load the transaction again as explained by NotATether. If the merchant signed the transaction, you should see "Partially signed" next to Status. However, from the screenshot you posted, it looks like there are two other problems: The first, is the transaction fee. Electrum is unable to read the transaction fee which is probably why it returned that error. The second, is that the receiving address belongs to the multisig wallet (highlighted in green) meaning even if you succeed to broadcast the transaction, you will not be able to spend the coins without the merchant signature. |

This error message usually means that one or many other co-signers have to sign the transaction too before it can be broadcast. Or the inputs you are trying to spend do not belong to your wallet.
Something doesn't seem right here!! Why do you have to create a multisig wallet with the merchant?
And if it's not a multisig, why does he ask you to sign the transaction if you are the one who is going to be refunded? Do you trust him?
