Is it just me, or is stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 having some stability problems this morning ?

3943  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Ann] FUNDED Group ASIC buy, Chips available for purchase now on: May 03, 2013, 06:33:45 AM
I'm very interested in buying a block of 500 chips, contingent on demonstrating a working PCB / Product.
3944  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official CedarTec Topic - New ASIC [Scam?] on: May 03, 2013, 05:33:46 AM
they currently have potentially enough for the mass production, i assume they have had additional investments before going public

Caveat emptor.

seems all coins arriving to this address https://blockchain.info/address/1AnixjBYxpTzAmfSa8kRdBiUaSGV2e9d26

Total Received   405,500.2006404 BTC

then going out to

https://bitcoin-24.com/

make your own conclusion here people highly suspect my view. Creator of this rig how about I come to your business we meet in person you show me working product I then buy off you and then close the case of scam?Huh?

There is no way those people conned  405,500.2006404 BTC out of potential customers.

That's an asinine amount of money. Or are there just that many suckers ?
3946  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Wafer Broke? on: May 03, 2013, 05:02:30 AM
We are looking for Poutine now... not waffles.

... I mean, say what you will about the French Canadian's, but goddamn do they ever come up with great comfort food.
3947  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Downgraded my shipping?! on: May 03, 2013, 04:58:01 AM
Yeah, you're a lawyer that uses "u" and "r" in the place of words and your grammar is atrocious.  Sure, we believe you... no really.

... and you are the competent and experienced CTO and COO of a company that acts in a professional manner or knows what they are doing ? Sure, we believe you... no really.
3948  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Downgraded my shipping?! on: May 02, 2013, 11:22:33 PM
Ok, but you won't get customer support from BFL on these forums, so... just sayin'.

... and your customers get silenced and called trolls on the BFL forums / shoutbox, so... just sayin'.
3949  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Downgraded my shipping?! on: May 02, 2013, 08:08:44 PM
Inaba stepped in here to see wtf was going on with the downgraded shipping, And what does he read? "problem, problem, problem, IM A TROLL, IM TROLLING, FK BFL, ITS INABAS FAULT"

What about problems with Upgrading shipping ?! None of my Single SC orders have a button displayed that allows me to upgrade to faster shipping.

First world problems of the highest order.
3950  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Wafer Broke? on: May 02, 2013, 07:59:25 PM
I have orders for a similar amount but to me waffles are more important so can we please get back on topic, the waffle topic that is.

3951  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official CedarTec Topic - New ASIC [Scam?] on: May 02, 2013, 07:13:37 PM
I just checked but ist not possible to search for other users on btcguild. But i dont think thats needed at this point. Take an old motherboard and  a bad webdesigner, et voila your new super ASIC miningcompany from Transylvania.

Echoing this sentiment. Just tried to look this up myself on btcg, and it is not possible.
3952  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Wafer Broke? on: May 02, 2013, 07:02:45 PM
The thing is: I'm a customer - and enjoy watching josh smack down the liars and the morons. Too often people in general (and companies chasing 'customer satisfaction') resort to giving hugs and wiping various orifices of their customers with soft tissue paper.

Some of us are not into being figuratively sodomized with thousands of our own dollars, this close to a possible shipping schedule.

If more of us were honest and willing to be vocal about it the world wouldn't be in nearly the state that it's in.
Keep it up Josh.

Pray tell, what state are you talking about ?
3953  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Downgraded my shipping?! on: May 02, 2013, 06:34:07 PM
but who's needs to bring facts into this?

I would tread very carefully bro. Lets not bring the FCC into this.

Also, are you not both COO and CTO ? Sincere apologies if I have not gotten those facts straight.

I may be a "troll asshole customer" in your eyes, but I'll happily eat crow if I'm in error.
3954  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL buyers - Damned if you do, Damned if you don't? on: May 02, 2013, 06:08:44 PM
The point is that BFL buyers are not "damned if they do, damned if they dont".  They are free to keep their purchase and take the risk or cancel their purchase and dump the risk.  This is the case for any investment, speculative or otherwise.
Agreed.  I am a customer, and I do not feel damned.

Well, I suppose that means you feel don'ted ? I sure as heck do Sad

As in... I don't have my 60GH/s Single SC's yet.
3955  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Wafer Broke? on: May 02, 2013, 05:23:07 PM
Your shill is showing.
Took longer than I expected for that particular ad hominem  to be flung, but still less than 24 hours.

Should I assume you're a shill for Avalon, then?  Or can we just not play that lame, stupid game..?

I have 4 orders for BFL Single SC's @ 60GH/s. Ask me why I'm angry again.
3956  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Wafer Broke? on: May 02, 2013, 05:16:18 PM
God help him if he ever simply posts "Yes." to a question.   You could make him agree to anything!

God help him if he ever answers a direct question without resorting to cries of "Troll".

 Your shill is showing.
3957  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Wafer Broke? on: May 02, 2013, 05:07:12 PM
However, anyone with an Avalon order knows that if they get on GitSyncom's bad side, their order may be delayed or lost.

So what you are inferring is if one were to get on Josh's bad-side, their order might be delayed or lost as well ?

Interesting how both BitSyncom and Josh are so seemingly alike.

Josh threatened to adjust my orders in the queue just yesterday before he silenced me on the Butterfly Labs shoutbox.
3958  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official CedarTec Topic - New ASIC [Scam?] on: May 02, 2013, 04:01:22 PM
Something doesn't look right about this Error Level Analysis of the image.
...what do you mean?

I'm not an imaging pro by any stretch of the imagination, but in my limited knowledge of Image ELA, the dark/black areas on the PCB are indicative of image manipulation.

If this was an unaltered image, the coloration of the pink/purple/blue speckle pattern should be largely uniform across the entire image.
3959  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Wafer Broke? on: May 02, 2013, 03:47:42 PM

I'm going to make a way-out suggestion and say "Screw your waffles, dimsum, and chicken. I say we move to Poutine !"
3960  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Best Practices: Stratum Mining Proxies ? on: May 02, 2013, 01:38:30 PM
Im pretty sure that is one of the main reasons why pools are going to stratum, because its supposed to be pool-hoping proof.

To be clear, I am not looking to hop; looking for a central place to get an at-a-glance view of what's going on with my farm rather than having to rely on site stats to manage my miners.

To my understanding, pool-hopping-for-profit is pretty much infeasible, presently.
