3961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would make you stop gambling? on: February 18, 2020, 05:28:59 PM
Gambling is not everything to me. I can quit gambling anytime if I find some other good entertainment medium. But not everyone is like me. There are many who have become addicted to gambling. They simply cannot quit gambling. I have seen many people gamble on taking loans, when his money runs out. I gamble for entertainment. If you get any kind of big win then I will quit gambling.
3962  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [SCAM Alert] Bitani.org scam exchange.... on: February 18, 2020, 03:16:31 PM
No real time trading page on their website. If it were a real exchange, they would have trading options. Many people may fall into the trap because of greed. Please, newbies must verify about them before giving any money to anybody.

3963  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halving Bitcoin price skyrocketed to $ 90,000. why not? on: February 18, 2020, 03:02:30 PM
I believe Bitcoin will reach $90k. But there is no exact information on how long it will take. The last bitcoin halving gave birth to the bull market of bitcoin. I think the same situation will happen this time. Because the Bitcoin mining reward will decrease. So the profit of miners will be greatly reduced. If miners are not profitable then everyone will give up bitcoin mining. So it seems to me that if the price of bitcoin increases, miners will be able to make profit here. Although the block reward will be reduced by half.
3964  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Uptrend Broken on: February 18, 2020, 01:38:22 PM
The market has moved upward since the beginning of 2020. Everyone knew this would be the correction. We have all seen that as the market pump unexpectedly then we see a correction. This is the behavior of the market. After this correction, we will see a larger market going upwards. This correction has made me interested in buying more Bitcoin.
3965  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [SCAM Alert] Bitani.org scam exchange.... on: February 18, 2020, 08:42:57 AM
This looks like scam exchange that is copy of legit cex exchange.
Good find OP

Yes. Scammers are creating such websites almost every day. The website looks the same, only changing the domain name every time.  Scammers have been scamming using a trusted Exchange name like this. Which creates confusion between Newbie's.

3967  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it correction time? Market down by 8% on: February 17, 2020, 07:26:34 PM
I would more assume the downtred at $8,500 , continuous, within a day, for a correction or downtrend point. Because for me, that decrease is huge enough to be continuous. I don't have a supportive claim , just personal analysis because that is what I have observed before.

That's what I said. I've only said one target that seems to me good. Everyone has their own thoughts. That is normal.I am aiming for a long term hold. So do not worry so much about short-term correction. Going to market correction which is normal. I am buying bitcoin regularly. If the market goes a little correction before I make my purchase. Then the good news couldn't be more for me.
3968  Economy / Economics / Re: Goverments creating digital currencies - Threat or Opportunity? on: February 17, 2020, 06:26:23 PM
It have good side and bad side. If the government creates its own currency then there will be more publicity about digital currency. More and more people will know about digital currency. But the government will create a centralized currency. Which will be controlled by the government like the paper money. The government can increase the supply if they want. One of the big problems here is this. Government will never create decentralized currency!

3971  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Saving your private key in your email is a lethal move on: February 17, 2020, 01:07:12 PM
Putting your keys in your email address is a very risky move indeed, simply because of your email got hack, even if you have backup in your local with the keys, still they can't open your wallet, before you even know it, i suggest here is the way to secure your wallet keys even online check the link
https://bitcoin.org/en/secure-your-wallet#online

Most of us do this mistake, since we are in a hurry we just email the private key to our email or more worse take a picture of it from our mobile as we thinking it is time talking to write it down on a piece of paper. Saving these 5 minutes can cost you a lot of financial damage. Everyone should strictly follow this and never email or take snapshot of the private key.

Yes. I also saved it in my email. But I learned from being a hack victim. My email was hacked once and the hacker got my seed. As a result I lost some of my funds. So you should never save your seed in email. Someone else may get your seed because of your carelessness.
3972  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it correction time? Market down by 8% on: February 17, 2020, 12:02:33 PM
10k is the psychological price number of BTC, i would put a stop loss under $9200 just in case.

The crypto market is so volatile & 8% means nothing as correction to me, but hey being careful is always a good thing to protect your investment.

Expect a correction like this. Continue bitcoin price have risen since the beginning of 2020. It seems to me that Bitcoin is giving me another opportunity to buy. Now price $9600 bitcoin. If $9500 is broken down further down the support, then a major down trend can be seen. I'm not a good trader!  Grin
3973  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Very popular Gaming YT Channel hacked and renamed to "Coinbase Pro" on: February 16, 2020, 07:58:28 PM
Recently many YouTube channels have been hacked. The purpose of hackers is to scam people by fooling them with fake giveaway videos. Having more subscribers can scam more people. So they hack the channels that have more subscribers, active and popular channels. This channel is popular so more people can be scammed until you youtube delete the video.

3975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your recommended ways of gambling. on: February 16, 2020, 05:50:17 PM
It has been almost a year with crypto gambling but I feel I am still a newbie in gambling. I have not made big profits here but I had lost few of my campaign pay outs which makes to think like that I am doing something wrong and I must learn something before continuing with my gambling.

It would be too good if you share how you are surviving with your gambling. I read everyone is facing losses like me (not sure how true that is) but I do see some 25 to 100 people are online in most of crypto gambling houses; among continuous losses, no one could bear to gamble more. It means, am I missing out some trick? I tried auto dicing but I read manual dicing will be profitable but how patients crypto gamblers are to play manual dicing with least base bet?

If you have some tips which helped you to gamble for years, please share here. I have limited budget but want to gamble for longer duration even I will not make profits.

What I got from gambling. Don't go gambling with all your money. If you get big wins, don't play any more. Because I saw many people gambling and lost all, then took out loans and gambled again. Which then causes major problems. My luck in the gambling game is not good. I got big wins and lost them all. So you can gamble, but keep yourself safe.
3976  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coronavirus Phishing Warning on: February 16, 2020, 05:27:44 PM
Scammers are trying all sorts of tactics. They want to scam by exploiting a situation! They always use trending topic to scam people easily. The virus is killing people, and scammers are using the virus name to get to the phishing website. People who know about online they do not give their personal information to any unknown source. The fear is about those who do not know about it. Every day my public email gets lots of scam emails. I don't know how they collected my email.
3977  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Bravenge Project, Fake Members on: February 16, 2020, 01:42:28 PM
Update :

They are closed thier shit airdrop and ask participant to send about 0.0007 ETH (0.2$) to thier wallet address before participant get their coin.
stay aware from this fake project, they claimed that they are real because of listing on shit exchange that list any token.

also stay away from coingecko, because they use coingecko data price to promote their scam
- coingecko should add minimum volume before adding new coin, smh

This is an old tactic of scammers. They want fund like this in terms of transaction fees. Where those project's team members fake, seeking these funds means preparing for scams. These scammers continue to bring in one after another scam. Stay away from them.
3978  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Fake Libracoin tokensale! on: February 16, 2020, 07:38:49 AM
They may not even know that they are indirectly helping scammers. They mentioned more people for free coins. But they didn't verify that, this was a fake account! In this way Newbies gets trapped, as well as helping others to be trapped. Scammer's easily make fool newbies.
Sometimes replying accounts might also be owned by scammers to create a false picture as thou people are actually participating in the token sale. And the fact that this giveaway scams keep going on and on only shows that the scammers keep gaining out of it. I guess some victims/newbies never learn.

Yes. They create a lot of fake accounts. And they promote their scams to look real. Many people believe in what scammers promote. They use this technique to find victims easily. But this strategy does not work for those who do a little verification before sending any money.
3979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google Searches of Bitcoin on: February 16, 2020, 07:17:04 AM
It seems that people's interest in bitcoin is increasing. Those who used to ignore bitcoin are now eager to learn about bitcoin again. This is a good sign. There is another thing here as well. Bitcoin traders and Investors Search bitcoin to find the latest bitcoin news. Every day I do a lot of Google searches myself by writing Bitcoin. But it is good to see that people's interest in bitcoin is growing very well. 33% search result increase which is good.
3980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PEOPLE WILL NEVER STOP FALLING FOR SCAM on: February 15, 2020, 05:46:11 PM
People are the victims of scams when think they will make more money in an easy way. But it turns out to be the biggest mistake of them all. I have seen many scam victims. All have one mistake, they could not control their greed. Scammers design everything in a way that greedy people trust them. And they send their hard earn money to scammer. If they do a little verification they can stay away from such scams.
