3961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learn to laugh even if Bitcoin is crashing on: April 23, 2021, 09:58:15 AM
Everyone who is conversant with the price movement of bitcoin over the years would understand that this crash is nothing to worry about especially if you're a hodler. I think the only people who might lose some money are traders who are actively trading.

Yes, but since the market is open, you will see a lot of doom sayers or totally anti bitcoin like Peter Schiff. And since we are going down, he is on the offensive against Pomp because they have been in twitter wars for years.

However, for many of us who are hodlers, there's absolutely nothing to worry about. As long as you don't sell your coins, bitcoin will eventually rise again and you'd make your profits. Intact, it is advisable to buy bitcoin now that the price is low.

That's why we have those weak hands and strong hands. You can make your choice.
3962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 23, 2021, 09:20:39 AM
Good games from the favorites, I think Nadal, Tsitsipas, Schwartzman and Rublev will wins an come to the semi-finals in my opinion. Tsitsipas will still be buoyant and confident with the win in Monte Carlo. Tomorrow will be an exciting day in the quarterfinals.
Certainly many will think that Nadal will be easy to advance to semifinals but if you look at the previous two matches, Nadal had to fight hard enough to win, these two matches had to go through in 3 sets, so in this tournament Nadal was not as superior as people thought if playing on clay.
The match between Sinner vs Rublev will be very interesting to follow, it's hard to predict who will win.

It's because players have been improving as well or Nadal has lost some of his touch in clay because he is getting older. Against Corrie, I think he can advance to the semi-finals.

But yes, I think the match between Sinner and Rublev is not that easy to predict. What's interesting is that Rublev is now the slight underdog in this match.
3963  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 23, 2021, 08:53:43 AM
No Jayson Tatum, No Kemba Walker, No Jaylen Brown, Celtics will be too easy to handle for the Phoenix Suns.

On their first meeting, Sunx able to hold Celtics with a 10 point lead with Tatum and Kemba on board.

Don't risk for Moneyline with them.
Tatum and Walker played. Celtics at lead now with 10 points.
I don't think this will go the Suns way.
That's the problem with news they provide before the game. They put players in questionable status while they are totally healthy.
Celtics might win this one with Kemba on fire.

Mavs vs Lakers later. Don't miss it. A must win for the Mavs team so this game might go crazy tight.
Regarding the Mavs vs Lakers, will Anthony Davis suited up for this game? Reports are circulating that he might be playing tonight.

Yeah, Celtics already won by 13 points. Hope someone won because they are a underdog here.

Anthony Davis played a little but not well. Not very encouraging but nice to see him out there. The game is ending as I type this. A good ending so far, especially the part Montrez Harrell got hit in the face with the ball on a pass from Dennis Schroeder. Looks like Luka Doncic is going to bring home the win for the Dallas Mavericks though.

We should never expect a big game from Anthony Davis after coming back from an injury. I think the Lakers are going to to play him limited minutes for the first few games and he how Davis body will respond.

I like the intensity of Boston in their games against the Suns. The problem is that they are very inconsistent. They should really play very hard day in day out, they are capable of wining big games against highly touted teams.
3964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: April 22, 2021, 09:54:24 AM
Well I'm sure we all do hope that the fight will push through this year, we have been wanting to see Manny fight again. Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything from both sides specially Arum or Crawford, it seems that there are black out news as far as this fight goes.

So it's either they are still talking behind, back and forth negotiations or the fight has died down.
I think that they are still negotiating the terms, and I think the reason for not yet going public is that they might want to make sure that every details is ironed out for both sides, I would love to see a fight and I hope that this is going to be a bloodbath because recent Pacman fights aren't as bloody as back when he was fighting against Morales, Cotto, Marquez and other past fights.

Not sure but after he claimed himself Christian he started to fight softly.

I missed those early years where you'll see him really eager to KO he's opponent,
those years where you can't see where he's punch coming it just went in the face of the other fighter.

Looking forward to see the final verdict of this fight, stop the boring talk just complete the negotiation and start everything.

They need some boring talk first before they go down to serious business. Arum is already old, but makes no mistake about it, this dude can still play mind games and tricks on Manny, so they better be ready, just saying.

I'm still looking for this fight to happen this year, before we can see Manny finally retiring. Crawford will be a big test for him. If he win, then maybe he still has one more fight for him. But if he lost, maybe it's time for him to say it quit.
3965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still cheering at 10% 20% on major exchanges? on: April 22, 2021, 09:23:16 AM
Cheering for the coins you have invested to suddenly grow?

Of course, people wanted to have a quick buck, 10%-20% in major exchanges should be the goal of investors. However, if the coins doesn't do that good then obviously you will feel disheartened by the results. Because you thought that it has good potential then suddenly the pump and dump group sold already. So just be careful for this shill coins in this community, it might not give you the profits that you are expecting.
3966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 22, 2021, 08:54:31 AM
^^, Yeah, that's why I don't bet against them, I have them at handicapped (-1.5)@1.85 odds. Not bad, they are really the hottest team right now and now matter who you put in front of them, they will find a way to win that game.

Disappointed with GSW though, seems that they are coasting in the last 5 minutes with 10 point lead. No defence, and then they've cooled off from the 3 point area allowing Westbrook and Beal to snatch this win from them.

Randall is really playing live there's no tomorrow, Lol, and he is willing to grind day in day out to get a win. They've beaten a lot of good teams lately, and they are always the underdog. So if you bet on team, for sure it will have given you a good returns so far.

As for Golden State vs Wizards, I think they've played good defense on Curry, Steph seems to be off this night and missing 3's that he should have made.
3967  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My plan - 20k to 500k on: April 22, 2021, 08:38:42 AM
I have protofilo with 10k that I plan to make 20k with my altcoins within few months. After few months bitcoin will drops to 20k and I will buy with my Balance 1 btc.
Within few years bitcoin will reach 500k and I will be rich selling btc for 500k.

Only thing that I've noticed is that you are wishing for something to happen to btc to drop at $20k. I don't know, but for me it won't happen again. This is the problem with most investors though, they didn't put a realistic target, or a goal that is contrary to reason, so preposterous that you think it will happen.

Probably bitcoin will reach $500k first before it hits $20k this year, just saying.
3968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: April is the real alt season on: April 21, 2021, 10:11:42 AM
Alt season in April? seems it's not yet about to happen but hopefully your prediction will happen in the next Month but if not I don't think if you can still hold your ethereum just to wait to increase 200% . While you are holding ethereum you better find a potential project that possible you can make x10 profit in the future just dyor..

I think altcoin market is really taking off with the huge pump on Dogecoin again, and Ethereum and Binance and ADA and DOT also making their new all time high this year so it's all good. Plus the dominance of bitcoin is shrinking, indication that altcoin market is taking a piece of the slice again.

Finding x10 might be difficult, because you never really know what coins are going to be pump by the next market manipulators. Maybe some lower coins are going to be the next target by pump and dump groups for all we know. So we need to be very vigilant and see what happens next.
3969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 21, 2021, 09:13:16 AM
I think it was Curry's decision to really play and not do load management this year as compare to other teams or players who wishes to sit down and not play. Medical science has advance throughout the years, so I think he can still play 2-3 years down the line because they are going to protect him with sports science. So it's not careless though, they know the risk involved here and Steph and his family know this as well.

He can still do it for the next years to come and his game these past days is improving there's no doubt if Thompson is on the court this season this team is still a major threat to the western conference. they are currently top 9 in the western conference and they are doing well as of now. the remaining games will much likely answer the questions of whether he still got it or he won't be the same as when he was in his prime. But if you ask me, the man can still shoot the ball well and manage to won some games and that is enough to think that he can be still like that after some years from now.

Curry is still on his prime, probably when Thompson will be back next year it will be a different GSW. Not the same as when they have a run at the NBA, but we might see them chasing another ring when him, Klay and Green back very healthy and with the young set of guys that they have right now.

No question about it, Curry has lead his team this season with his historic shooting and scoring. But I'm not sure if that is enough for a ring, probably they will be having a hard time winning on the first round of the playoffs. But what's important is that these young guys get the experience.
3970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 21, 2021, 08:47:48 AM
It will be interesting to watch Tsitsipas as well as Medvedev, Rublev, Zverev,
Sinner, Shapovalov and Hurkacz to name a few in the future and how they progress.
Will there be a different "Top 3" or will the mens competition become super
competitive like the ladies with slams being won by a variety of players?

Hard to see but I would say that it could be very competitive in the few years until another big 3 re-emerges in the future. Of course I would love to see a balance tournament, wherein everyone has equal opportunity to win.

But we can't really stop them, to come up and become the next generation of big 3 or big 4.

Tsitsipas, Medvedev, Rublev, Zverev and Thiem amongst the name that are going to separate themselves in every tournaments.
3971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Haney vs Linares - May 29 on: April 21, 2021, 08:27:53 AM
Here are the odds:

Might be good to wait for more betting odds for Haney, I initially thought that the odds will be very close. Anyhow, maybe as the fight gets closer, it will definitely change and maybe Linares can close the gap.
That is a big gap to fill in but considering there is still almost a month of preparation, maybe we can see these odds getting closer and closer, I would probably put money on both sides since the odds are attractive.

Yes, it is too early to see what will be the final odds for the fight. Although Linares is a huge underdog in this one. I'm not really sure what you mean putting money on both sides, if you did then you will not make any money out of this match. Better to stick who you feel will likely to win, and with the way Linares is being portray as a underdog, it might be good to put an stake at him this early to make a decent profit.

Quite interesting, if you are a fan of big risk gamble then placing your bet for linares might be good catch for you, not sure though if how the bookmakers see this huge gap.

Most of the time when bettors start placing their money changes happened along the way, for now this odd is for those who really aiming for some decent profits and have that nerve to take the high risk bet.

Will check this when I do have spare coin..

Linares may have the fighting courage to stand and throw big swings but the body is always the first to give up when you reach an age.   Haney is younger, that's something to think before deciding.

Big risk but rewarding. 5.40 is very tempting. A chance of a lucky punch is possible and win a big amount. Throw a $10 bet for Linares if you are not really a fan of Haney, think of it as a support for him.

Yes, this is a big risk, big reward for Linares, @5.40 that's already a huge underdog and I don't know if he can really win against a young champion like Haney. Although Linares is durable and Haney doesn't have the knock out power, but I think Haney though might overwhelm Linares in the early rounds.

For me it's better to wait for other options to bet and not just rush for money line for Linares.
3972  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don’t Panic V on: April 19, 2021, 11:33:10 AM
56k and 55k represents quite easily somewhere it should trade above today to keep confidence going forward.  I expect it to build maybe drift but ultimately continue on and then we see some selling at 60k before its properly decided on this bearish idea for this month.   Daily and weekly bars closed just within a more positive area, it recovered enough probably.

Yes, it seems that we have settled around $55k-$56k for now as the news (FUD?) might not have anymore effect on the price. Obviously, there was a scare yesterday as it plummet to $52k, but everyone looks clam now, no bearish threat whatsoever in the daily and weekly candles and should be moving on positive area this week.

It's good though that there's no more negative price movement, investors have matured, those who have sold might be back again buying at this price and hopefully we can gain momentum to $60k again.
3973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be over ambitious on: April 19, 2021, 10:46:59 AM
The crypto currency space is a very volatile place where anything can happen in a short time frame. No one either experts or not can call the top and bottom in crypto currrency market; we should always remember that our business in crypto currency market, trading is to take profit.

More importantly; don't be over ambitious to help someone to buy tokens, never do it. Instead educate and teach them how to do it, and the risks involved.

I don't understand what you mean by ambitious to help others to buy token.

If it is your friend, then you can just simply advise him to buy that's it. And then you can educate him or the intricacies of crypto, because it is not that easy to be honest. That's why many are entering because they think that it's a one way, and they can make money out of thin air which is very wrong.
3974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 19, 2021, 10:26:51 AM
I thought that match was going to be closer. Tsitsipas played some great tennis.
Rublev seemed nervous and tried his power game which didnt work.

I agree, Rublev is nervous, I don't know if there is pressure on his shoulder to win this tournament. While Tsitsipas is very relax and confident.

Tsitsipas is really growing and climbing the world rankings. He along with
some of the other younger generation are getting closer to  challenging the top three
more regularly and breaking the spell they have especially in the grand slams.

Many have predicted that Tsitsipas will really one of the big tennis players that will come. Unfortunately the big 3 is still on the field that's why they always lost to them in grand slam. But he is still very young and for sure will always be in the top 5 in the rankings.
3975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crazy Dogecoin run 100x in 2 years on: April 18, 2021, 12:01:10 PM
Did anyone else miss out on the Dogecoin run?
This is up 100x over a year or two, and it is still going higher.
Wow.
$40 Billion marketcap now, how high can this go?

Maybe $2 or even more, never imagine that a coin with unlimited supply can reach 30 cents, it's just an unbelievable run, three years ago it's unthinkable, we now see the power of tweet coming from the powerful man on Earth, I'm now looking on coins that could be on Elon Musk's radar, could be Binance or Tron or Bitcoin cash we never know, we have to do research.

I don't know if Elon will go and tweet or shill for another coin like he did on Doge coin. I believed that he was doing it for fun and really doesn't have the intention to really push the price, sort of gauging his influence on the market.

So personally, he has done tweeting, but probably will continue with Doge coin alone and no other crypto. And as far as Doge, well we didn't see it coming, good for early bag holders. Maybe it's time to look for other coins besides Doge that can potentially give us 100x in the future.
3976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: An unconfirmed tweet caused a $288 billion fall in bitcoin market value today on: April 18, 2021, 11:20:28 AM
We already have the China issue in the last few days that might have started the dip, a reported fire or something in the province of Xinjian, in which there are a lot number of miners, but we're seems to be stable around $60k-$62k.

And this this so called 'unconfirmed tweet', we also have the Coinbase insider selling, there's so many news right now that we can't pinpoint the exact reason for the massive liquidation today. But in any case, it seems that the market hasn't learn, a single tweet really cause this one?
3977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 18, 2021, 10:57:55 AM
What an incredible performance from Stephen Curry last night! They lost to Celtics by 5 points but Curry did everything he can for his team undoubtedly. He got 47 PTS, 7 REB, 3 AST. But there was another insane performance at Celtics side.  Grin  J. Tatum had another marvelous performance - 44 PTS, 10 REB, 3 AST. It was really a great clash.

Yeah, indeed it was really a back and forth match between the teams. Celtics was the favourite in this match and GSW was a huge underdog in the betting odds. And Curry really try, they have a big lead, Celtics come back but he keep the team.

All the high favoured lost as well, Bucks, Utah and Phoenix Suns. The regular season is coming to an end so the fight specially for the last playoff spot are getting very intense that upset could really happen.
3978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poodle token could be the next Dogecoin, ready for early adopters on: April 17, 2021, 11:30:03 AM
Doge started as a meme coin, the devs themselves admit it.

So you want to create another joke or meme coin? And you expect investors to take it seriously? Regardless if it's low market cap or not, it needs to show it is has actual usage in crypto sphere otherwise it will fall on the category of just another another clone.
3979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best site for NFT marketplace on: April 17, 2021, 10:24:13 AM

I am also looking for other sites best used for trading NFTs, if you know any good marketplace too, let me know.

OpenSea is the most popular for the time being: https://opensea.io/
There are more that offer NFT trading like Enjin Marketplace and Rarible which you mentioned.
Also WAX: https://wax.simplemarket.io/

I've only traded on OpenSea and stopped after offloading some NFTs I was holding. I have no experience on the rest.

Yes, I would say that opensea.io is the most popular right now. One good indication? cyber criminals are trying to create a fake site already. So it only means one thing, it's the go to for NFTs right now.

As far as the sites you mentioned, I haven't heard about it, so the rule of thumb is to do your own investigation before you post your art. Good luck!!
3980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 17, 2021, 09:40:42 AM
So New York Knicks upset Dallas in their home court. Knicks really play good defense down the stretch and Luka's magic was late, while Randle taking care of business with a double double, 44 10 tonight. So the streaking Knicks is still very hot W5. Also Wizards with a OT win, Zion fouling Westbrook with 1 second left and hitting the free throws.

They already build a good lead in the fourth that's why Mavericks found it difficult to close the gap and even if they hit three's, Knicks response back as well. And the Noel's block, ohh, what a defense, easy two for Dallas turns out to be a point for the Knicks.

We also have a close one with Portland winning against San Antonio, lots of body banging during the dying seconds, but the refs didn't call a foul as compare to Zion's on Westbrook.
