3981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what i can do with those tron tokens on: December 11, 2020, 02:47:28 PM
my ledger nano trx wallet has those coins just asked for is there some value on it
Usually, they are valueless tokens. Since we don't have an accurate Token ID, we can't say exactly if these tokens have been listed in any exchange. So, you may find their platform website and join their social media to know if there are any updates. Perhaps you would notify from there if projects dead. But I don't think there is any hope for you, just you can try your luck.
3982  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Not your Keys not your btc on: December 11, 2020, 02:07:39 PM
Different peoples in the world have a different opinions. We use hardware wallets to secure our funds, not for trading. If you are a trader, then usually you will have to hold funds on the exchange. But still, not your key not your coin exists there. Because once you are holding funds on the exchange then you just holding an algorithm there. When you attempt to withdraw your funds then the exchanges will give payout from their hot/cold wallet. So during withdrawal, you may face any issue. But again, don't hold your fund into exchanges for a long time. I wouldn't agree with your logic unless I am a trader.
3983  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin proved it once again on: December 11, 2020, 10:34:25 AM
We know all that Bitcoin is a mother coin and it will remain the mother always. We have seen when Bitcoin drop, then at the same time most of the altcoins following the bitcoin trend, but during recovery Bitcoin price most altcoin can't follow the bitcoin trend. That's why sometimes alt traders regret it. I had done the same mistake previously. During trading, I thought my bought coin would follow the trend of Bitcoin. But it didn't happen ever and I lost a huge amount of funds.
3984  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slotman.com - Online Casino - Fast Withdrawals - 1000+ Games - Exclusive Bonus on: December 11, 2020, 08:52:11 AM
A warm welcome to the forum and gambling world as well. Seems it's hard to visit your website from my jurisdictions. Even tried from Tor browser, not sure if it's due to jurisdiction restriction or website problems. So I am failed to see the look of the website, but based on the announcement thread, I am assuming the website design would be nice.

However, seems a few users replying about deposit limits. Is it really necessary to limit the deposit amount? Why gamblers can't make the deposit as they want. If gamblers can bear deposit fees then the platforms shouldn't have an issue.

3986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating Tron Token For my Agriculture Business on: December 10, 2020, 04:57:40 PM
Actually, what you intended? Only distribute tokens among your members or you will sell your token worldwide? It doesn't matter which platform you are using to create the token, you may use Tron or eth. There is no much technical issue. Your member should have Tron (TRC) wallet if you use a Tron chain or should have an ERC wallet if you use eth blockchain. They should know how to use the wallet. If your token sale is limited to your embers only, then you should teach them about how it works. By the way, what will do your member with this token? You are collecting funds by that token, but there should be the use of that token. Otherwise, it's just a useless token.
3987  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Nice/Easy way to buy Bitcoin for people under 18 on: December 10, 2020, 04:43:04 PM
@OP, I don't know if you are shilling for Paxful, but you are spreading misinformation about that site. It's really not a scammer free platform at all. Still, there are many scammers, and there is many scam accusation thread on the forum as well. I will discourage to use that site to buy bitcoin and better to use what is suggested by @mk4. I have heard many cases about a scam regarding Paxful even out of the forum. So be careful before using it. And please don't spread the information that actually you aren't fully aware of.

3988  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How beginners prepare surprises. on: December 10, 2020, 04:32:24 PM
In my case, if I detect any plagiarized topics then simply avoid posting that thread and report it to meta. Because I know most probably moderators will delete the thread if they take the report positively. It's not possible to check each newbies post if it's plagiarized or not. I check when only have doubts, so nothing wrong reply to such a post. Also, we shouldn't be worried even posts are deleted, it will not any troubles for us if the entire thread deletes.
3989  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHO CAN SHUTDOWN BITCOIN? on: December 10, 2020, 03:49:22 PM
The website bitcoin dot org is for learning and information purposes only. There is no other role on that site. So even that site is shut down by any legal authority, it will not affect bitcoin. No, it's no possible to shut down the use of bitcoin because it's using and backed by the community. The government would able to prevent 100% to use bitcoin. As we know currently much government isn't allowing their residents to use Bitcoin, but are they succeed in their goal? I don't think so. So the situation will be the same, then peoples will use illegally.
3990  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 3 Merits for 3 Newbies. on: December 10, 2020, 12:14:00 PM
@OP are you engaged with discussion threads? If so then why need to create a merit thread? Simply you can look there for quality newbies? It's not too hard to spend your 3 merits on this forum among newbies. I couldn't support this kind of merit thread anyway. Please be more constructive with your merits. When you will engage in the constructive discussion, most probably you will found someone who deserves merits from newbies if you intend to spend your merits for newbies.

3992  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Ledger Phishing site, one of the oldest, but still malicious and effective on: December 09, 2020, 05:12:53 PM
The forum search button said, there is no thread with this domain name. I am not sure if I missing something. So, nothing wrong with your post. Sometimes we should remind old scam methods that are still alive. So newcomers would know about that and save their valuable assets. Scammers always will look for advantages, and we should be careful from our ends. The domain name is quite confusing, such as domain should be bought by Ledger before scammers. So scammers wouldn't be able to buy it.
3993  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: security of a hardware wallet vs removing the sw-wallet app? on: December 09, 2020, 03:47:51 PM
I believe you got the answer to what you need. Remember, you can't spend your funds without private keys or seeds. That means you have to import it in an online machine unless you sign a transaction offline machine. If you have an extra device that should offline forever to sign a transaction and you have to generate your private keys or seeds offline, then it would be quite safe. But isn't it costly than buying a hardware wallet? Because you should reserve a device which should not be online ever. But I will not encourage to generate private keys or seed from any website either it's trusted or not. Better to trust in a hardware wallet.
3994  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ALEART] Scam Aave Wallet asking for private key on: December 09, 2020, 03:34:07 PM
This is a clear scam accusation, doesn't fit in Beginners & Help board. So you should move the thread into the Scam Accusation board from the lower left. How have you found this app? I can't see it in the Google Play store. I don't know if it's due to jurisdiction restriction. Had you reported to Google? If reported then perhaps Google down the apps.

Anyway, thanks for sharing it with the community. Perhaps many peoples will notice this thread and save their valuable assets. But as always, we should very careful especially during the download of any crypto-related wallet or apps. Asking for private keys is definitely suspicious, in such a case downloading source should be verified from the original website.
3995  Other / Meta / Re: Can a member post in multiple local board? on: December 08, 2020, 03:12:19 PM
Although I am not an expert, it's pretty sure that users using Google translate which is against forum rules. On the other hand, the user promoting his apps via posting on several local boards. I am not considering this as a announce thread translation. But, I can say, if a user expert in multiple languages then he should allow posting on any section. I don't see any forum rules about it and nothing wrong in my opinion. Most probably you can report to moderators in such a case, you may write on comment section that user advertising his website.
3996  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] Go-Overt - Bitcoin Mixer 2.0 Signature Campaign | Sr.+ up to $45/Week on: December 08, 2020, 08:31:07 AM

3997  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Fake ETH and Uni giveaway on: December 07, 2020, 02:53:18 PM
Honestly the domain name is quite confusing. I am sure it will confuse many users to get scam. I have to admit that scammer is very clever and that's why he choose that domain. Anyway, those running for free tokens, most probably they would fall in such as trap. Thanks for sharing with us, perhaps many users will be aware about this scam.  Although this is old scheme method but the scammer used 2 famous names to gain trust.
3998  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chances of BTC surpassing the value of Fiat Money on: December 07, 2020, 02:13:59 PM
I mean imagine, you've Bitcoins but there isn't much cash available in the market to buy your BTC, or simply put people can't afford it? Will bitcoin be of any value then?
Yes, still there will be value. Because many peoples can't afford to buy 1 Bitcoin currently but they have been buying in satoshi. Then the same thing will happen if BTC surpassed fiat value.I don't think the price will go out of reach, but if it does, there would be an upgrade chain with more decimals. So, then everyone would buy that. Also don't think there will not any Bitcoin competitors in the future. Who knows if bitcoin exist or upgrade in new technology after a hundred year?
3999  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies + Bounty = Zero future on: December 07, 2020, 11:05:00 AM
First of all, this thread doesn't belong to the Bitcoin discussion board, the thread should be moved into the altcoin discussion board. Reported to moderators, hope they will move it.

Back to the topic, it's true that 90% of newbies active only bounty thread. That's not only newbies problems, responsibilities also go to introducer who have introduced this forum with newbies. They only informed about the earning from the forum, not about the other benefits. Newbies are thinking there are quick earning methods buy bounty campaign, and that's the reason why they have been active on the bounty section. But eventually, they regret it due to numerous scams. You can't divert them into constructive discussions, because there are no financial benefits from them.
4000  Economy / Services / Re: Portfolio Management services on: December 06, 2020, 04:38:59 PM
Ridiculous, I have experienced such as scam methods. Long story but I will describe it shortly. A Facebook user has been managing a trading portfolio for a few users. Then he returns a good profit for a few months then more traders start to trust him and attempt to send a big amount to him. At the end that portfolio manager skipped with the funds by claiming that his wallet has been hacked. So, don't trust anybody with your valuable funds. Do it yourself. Just imagine, if someone can give you such a monthly return then he wouldn't charge $500, rather he would trade by himself and become a multi-millionaire.
