А вот я чего то совсем не помню что там за сложности были с покупкой на ICO? Вроде они все же были.  Это было в 2014-м и тогда вообще то я уже был в теме, но почему то не вписался? Или может BTC было мало, или был какой то минимум, а у меня его не было, или ждать запуска не хотел ? Совершенно не помню. В терре было много крупных ходлеров на миллиарды $. И не каждого из них можно кинуть. Сейчас ищут пути решения, но всегда возникает много вопросов, кого брить. Можно вернуть все на место до атаки, тогда потеряют биржи а те кто продал заработают. А против крупных бирж трудно воевать.
