Ps: I'm open to contributions from all users of the campaign in giving the project the best we can. Kudos to everyone doing that.

That sounds great and I'm glad you think so. I really appreciate your time and the work that you do managing this campaign.

@vella85, Frankly, I am surprised by your position on this, especially as a longtime member of this forum. Did you at least took a few moments to go through that member’s history? Or maybe it's your alt account? Just kidding! Cheesy
The rules exist for a reason and we shouldn't behave here any differently than in the real world. I'm not playing at being some kind of forum marshal here, but whenever I notice a spam, plagiarism or some other offense I will report that. I think we all should. As CryptopreneurBrainboss stated, we shouldn't expect all the work to be done only by forum and campaign moderators.

Better Put the account Link here so The Manager can take a look closely, and also you can directly send PM @Brainboss regarding matters Because He is always willing to answer everything if concerns His managed campaigns.

I've been looking at his posting pattern for the last few weeks. Most of his posts are made in a few hours period, mostly on Saturdays or Sundays, just to fill the quota.
Of course, I am fully aware that it is up to the manager to select a campaign participant according to his own judgment. I'm just wondering if this is considered a burst posting?

3984  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best wireless office mouse? on: September 09, 2020, 01:29:21 PM
my dad is in the market for a new mouse. I thought that I'd take it upon myself and find him a good mouse to use. He told me that he is looking for a wireless mouse that is comfortable for office work and has decently low latency. I know a fair amount about gaming mice but am a complete novice when it comes to office mice. It'd be much appreciated if anyone could leave a suggestion for a mouse and a quick and concise overview of why it is a fair choice.

Logitech M510 or M705 are the only mice I would recommend that are of good quality and reasonably priced.
But I strongly suggest that you take your dad to the nearest IT store and have him try out the mouse in person. Different people have different preferences. You'll want to be sure he has the situation 'well in hand' before you proceed with the purchase.  Wink

3987  Economy / Reputation / Re: Beware: Newbie accounts which uses other users ethereum adresses on: September 07, 2020, 09:08:21 AM
I found another newbie which uses my ethereum adress and infos, it woked up from a long sleep (2 years) and has only 1 posts. May be he just tried to join telegram campaign with my infos but using same ethereum adress is interesting. This is not seems to normal.
...

It seems to me that this could be a revenge attempt for your engagement in discovering these scammers and bounty cheaters.  It is possible that we are witnessing a new trend of deception and misleading.
3988  Other / Meta / Re: Ninjastic.space - BitcoinTalk Post/Address archive + API on: September 07, 2020, 07:47:16 AM

So your statement that searching for addresses is no different from searching for ordinary words is incorrect.

Not really. As TryNinja replied, it is probably possible to get some bounty profiles but the results will not be complete or completely accurate.
Anyone who has ever searched for alt accounts of ban evaders and bounty cheaters knows that it requires a bit of creativity as well.  Wink

Spreadsheet for round 89 has been turned in to lightlord for payment. All outstanding payment will be made next week, stay tuned.

Thank you, CryptopreneurBrainboss.

I was just wondering, what is the policy of this campaign regarding burst posting? I see that there are members who make all the required posts in just one day. Is this allowed or is it tolerated only in certain cases?
I don't have much experience in campaigns yet so sorry for the newbie questions.
3990  Other / Meta / Re: Ninjastic.space - BitcoinTalk Post/Address archive + API on: September 07, 2020, 06:13:05 AM
Of course, it would be great if such a function worked not only on wallet addresses, but also on social media addresses (twitter, facebook, telegram, etc.)

I don't think it's that simple. There is no uniform format for social media addresses. For example, someone can post only their profile name as opposed to the full url to the profile page. Searching for such data is no different than searching for any other words.

Cestitam zenrog na postenoj pobedi i hvala Daniel na utesnoj nagradi.

3992  Other / Meta / Re: Ninjastic.space - BitcoinTalk Post/Address archive + API on: September 06, 2020, 12:06:05 PM
I can't even image how difficult it is.

It's just matter of convenience, but it is possible to bold text on the posts that matches the content/keyword? For example, if i use content/keyword "blockchain", all texts containing "blockchain" would be bolded automatically.

You mean, something like, how bitcointalk search function does? Yeah, that would be nice. I'm sure TryNinja can make the search term highlighted in the results.
3993  Other / Meta / Re: Ninjastic.space - BitcoinTalk Post/Address archive + API on: September 06, 2020, 10:18:19 AM
This is a great tool and I'm really glad I came across this thread. Well done, TryNinja!
This can really make it easier to search forum posts, especially when discovering alt accounts of ban evaders or merit abusers.

Hey SRF, can I know how you were able to manage to view user stats please? Or is it just an old archive ? When I click on my profile or others profiles to see the stats, it tells me that user stats are disabled. Please let me know.

I believe it is an old archive. That's why SFR10 asked if TryNinja could do something similar with his data.
3994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LJAR]Luckyjar: first real simple and trusted ETH smartcontract lottery on: September 06, 2020, 09:50:42 AM
I am fully 100% open source and transparent about the whole project and also using my full name to the whole world without hiding my identity so i am easy to trace if funny things will happen so why should i want to change it on purpose?

Why would you want to generate an unlimited amount of tokens when they go public? Um, I don't know, maybe for personal gain? Is that so unheard of?

And besides, you are posting here with your newbie alt account created three days ago. So much for transparency.
3995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LJAR]Luckyjar: first real simple and trusted ETH smartcontract lottery on: September 03, 2020, 09:20:09 PM
Is there really a need to talk about 'no premine' when you have the ability to generate an unlimited amount of tokens whenever you want?
(That's a rhetorical question, btw)

Code:
    function updateCoinsPerETh(uint256 _coinsPerETH) isAdmin public{
        coinsPerETh = _coinsPerETH;
    }
3996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LJAR]Luckyjar: first real simple and trusted ETH smartcontract lottery on: September 03, 2020, 08:37:31 PM
The other 20% is needed for webhosting, future webdevelopment, joining exchanges, hiring people to create future functions for the Luckyjar token it self and possibly other reaons why i need 20% to keep this project alive. Joining exchanges is sadly not free, so i need a lot of balance.

I don't think you've thought this through. Do you expect us to invest in a project that has no vision or plan for future development? You yourself stated that we shouldn't expect anything from the LJAR token itself, right?

I call it the first and SIMPLE ethereum smartcontract lottery. Sure a lot of gamble sites are in existing, but most of them are huge website with tons of functions and features and some are not blockchain related and could not be traced what everything do.

When did I mention gambling sites? You want me to list dozens of projects with an identical idea like this? If I'm not mistaken, the first well-known smart contract based lottery on the Ethereum blockchain was launched back in 2017. How is your idea different other than raising your fee to a whopping 20%? Again, you have invested zero research into this.

My contract is 100% simple with simple website and easy to use even noobs can join a regular lottery without knowing the tech behind it.

I’m sure they could but I doubt they should.  Wink

  • The winner will receive 80% of the ETH pool

What happens to the other 20%? Isn't that a bit excesive fee?

And why do you call this 'the first ETH smart contract lottery'? Surely you know that you are not the first to come up with this idea. There are even some free smart contract boilerplates on github.
