If you were selling Popcorn and this watch, you would have made quite a few BTC on popcorn by now.
3982  Economy / Goods / Re: WTB Old Pokemon Cards on: May 27, 2012, 07:25:33 PM
pikachu, i choose you!

If I said I was trading Ammo, Weapons, or something that could be used as a weapon for Pokemon cards, would you be in a rush to go find some?
3983  Economy / Goods / Re: WTB Old Pokemon Cards on: May 27, 2012, 06:46:15 PM
Cry Damn FedEx, May 26th, package arrives 10 miles from my house in sorting facility. The status says that is has shipped and is in transit for Delivery. I figure cool, it will be here today, probably early afternoon since its coming from such a short distance away. Nope, it doesn't arrive, and it still says In transit for Delivery even though its now Sunday, and they don't deliver on Sundays. Oh, and is Monday a federal holiday? So I guess they won't be here until Tuesday. Damn FedEx...
3984  Economy / Lending / Re: 5 btc loan to iknowitsme - IBB - Islamic Bank of Bitcoin on: May 27, 2012, 06:22:38 PM
He must have figured scamming 5 BTC was good enough.

Nothing creates a happier user base than mandatory fees. Just my advice.
3986  Economy / Auctions / Re: Get a BFL Single without the long wait! (Falling Price Auction - No Min) on: May 27, 2012, 05:43:50 PM
Ah, I'm paying $.07/KWH so I'm not quite at the stage of having FPGAs/BFLs being cost effective. The only reason I would want one, is because my house is quite hot, and I can't mine because of it. My house hits 90 degrees pretty frequently, and is at 86-88 at all times, so I don't want to add the extra heat. If I found a good deal on a lot of mining equipment, Id probably rent a building just to run them.
3987  Economy / Goods / Re: Come in and Trade Ammo or Talk about Guns! on: May 27, 2012, 01:30:50 PM
I'm a little bit afraid of lolwut, just going to throw that out there.
3988  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Gems! (FINAL PRICE REDUCTION) - Price reduced again on: May 27, 2012, 01:24:40 PM
I just reduced the prices, down to a point where after shipping I will be out a bit of money, so this is the absolute lowest I can go. Bundle packages can still apply as they save on shipping, but if they don't sell at this price point, I will be taking them off the market. If you wanted to get, get while the getting's good, because you may not ever see these stones again.

As always, any questions are welcome, and pm me or leave a reply if you are interested. At this price these stones wont last long, they will either all sell quickly, or I will pull them off the market.
3989  Economy / Goods / Re: Anyone looking for any giftcards? on: May 27, 2012, 01:19:25 PM
That matters?   Really, they'll not let you deposit cash into an account if you are under 18?
Well, now there is BitInstant through 7-11, walmart, CVS, etc.,  Certainly one of those won't have a problem with minors giving them cash.

well you need to be 18 to link your bank account to anything, let alone open a bank account. My bank (USAA) is about 500 miles away, so I can't really drop by and deposit $.

And yup, thanks to bitinstant I'm going to close and lock this thread very soon, I'm gonna try it out pretty soon, and see how well it works.
3990  Economy / Auctions / Re: Get a BFL Single without the long wait! (Falling Price Auction - No Min) on: May 27, 2012, 01:14:41 PM
Did I made something wrong?! lol

You bought it at $775 didn't you? Isn't that a bit high? But I guess what is done is done Cheesy
3991  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Gems! (PRICE REDUCED) on: May 27, 2012, 03:30:16 AM
Might end up moving these to the auction board, but I guess I will wait a few days to see if there is anyone interested before I move them there.
3992  Economy / Gambling / Re: New in Dragon's Tale: Cow Tipping on: May 27, 2012, 03:18:25 AM
Oh god... I have spent more BTC on this game than anything else. Haven't played in a while since I found GLBSE. Just make sure you don't play under the same IP as someone else or you get statue locked.
3993  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTB] Bedding on: May 26, 2012, 04:45:16 PM
What kind of stain are we talking about here? Does it affect the texture/smell of the linens, or just the color?

I'd rather not go with sheets that have been used as a dropcloth, for instance.

can they be slightly... stained, from my last job? I can dig them up for you if you want.
I was going for a mob reference.

Free bump Cheesy
3994  Economy / Goods / Re: Come in and Trade Ammo or Talk about Guns! on: May 26, 2012, 03:56:39 PM
You can also buy ghosts in a can from Ebay, but come on. Zombies, alright I can believe that. Ghosts? Who do they think they are kidding...
3995  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 1 free BTC to someone who comes up with a slogan I like on: May 26, 2012, 03:25:26 PM
4) We've tricked hundreds of users into brainstorming at the bitcoin forum by offering a lousy 1 BTC reward so we are smart enough to host your sh*t!  Grin

I don't think too many of us care about the 1 BTC, its more fun to come up with cheesy or offensive lines.
3996  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTB] Base set through gym trainers set pokemon cards on: May 26, 2012, 03:07:41 PM
While I'm going through the piles of Pokemans cards that are already on there way here, Sell to Mush! Or he will beat me.
3997  Economy / Securities / Re: So when is someone gonna open up Satoshi's Bar and Grill? on: May 26, 2012, 02:53:31 PM
I had thought about opening a restaurant and using GLBSE to fund it. But theres a few problems with that. 1) It normally takes like 3-5 years before a restaurant starts to make a profit. 2) I have no experience with restaurant ownership 3) Not many investors would be happy with not getting a pay pack for 5 years
3998  Economy / Goods / Re: Come in and Trade Ammo or Talk about Guns! on: May 26, 2012, 02:07:28 PM

Using a reply from the video itself

"its BLATANTLY obvious the female zombie was still breathing after supposedly being "dead"...like after he shot her in the head...she couldn't hold her breath for the 5 seconds of screen time she had??"

Go to 1:13 and watch the next 5 seconds.

All I can say is, I have reason to believe this video might be fake.
3999  Economy / Auctions / Re: Get a BFL Single without the long wait! (Falling Price Auction - No Min) on: May 26, 2012, 02:03:15 PM
Below 180 now.  I am getting poorer by the second.  When will this agony end?

You are still at about $900, I think you will have a bit longer to wait.

if you aim for the brain stem all the time, living dead or plain living, they all fall down.

Not necessarily true. Seeing as we are just basing our zombie info off of movies and commonly held zombie steriotypes, and we have never actually found a real zombie, how can you be certain that zombies even have brains? If you are in the ground for a year, your brain is going to decay away, most likely more quickly than skin.
