3981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy BNB now? on: February 24, 2023, 08:20:16 AM
Hi guys, Is it too late now to buy BNB? Or can we expect huge price drop in this year?
If you want to buy BNB, I suggest you wait a little longer because I see the price of BNB will still decline. And if the price can be below $ 300, it is a good time to start buying, but you can also start now. Try to buy with small money to see the development of market trends.

Do not rush to buy if you doubt or don't know when to buy. The current market conditions are likely to decline, so it would be better if we could be patient.
3982  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Life's first investment in Bitcoin by selling bicycles on: February 24, 2023, 07:27:09 AM
Great OP, although many people are not happy that selling assets to buy bitcoin is not advisable, but sometimes we need to make tradeoffs, and take risks to achieve greater things.
I am always ready to take such risks to achieve success.
Good @OP. At least, one step you take now you are a step close to achieving your success. No need to wait for another time as this correction is a good time to add more bitcoins to your wallet. Those who invest in bitcoin want to pursue their future and are willing to take the risks of the fluctuating price so they can stand with their strong hand to hold their bitcoin. You should be like them to hold your bitcoin and continue the investment because, in the end, we will make a big profit in the next bull run.
3983  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting fraud in Brazil 😦 on: February 24, 2023, 06:30:39 AM

-snip

Frauds and rigged games could really happen but just like on what most people been saying that it do happen mostly on smaller leagues.
yes indeed such scams are usually more common in local leagues which are less conspicuous when lots of people are betting.
but frauds as the OP mentioned can also happen in major leagues which we don't know about. because there used to be cheating or fraud like that when the dealer bribed players to lose matches without scoring goals.
so, incidents like this can be a lesson for us to be careful when placing bets. because what seems to win doesn't necessarily win, sometimes it's the opposite.
Many people will not know about cheating in sports because they are so good at hiding it from the public. They have had a well-functioning network of concealing such scams and foul play for a long time, and these are very difficult to eradicate due to a lack of witnesses willing, to tell the truth about these frauds. And that's why there may still be a lot of cheating in sports that we don't know about because the people behind the scene have their respective duties to protect and hide it from the public.
In some form it'll be happening around. Nowadays this isn't happening much with the international and large level leagues. In the past money is a factor, and now the same have turned towards fame. For that reason players doesn't want their names to be spoilt for money. Brazil being a football nation and the country that created legendary football players for the world encountering such issues will down the football support and the same might be followed elsewhere. These kind of acts need to be eradicated at the root.
Nowadays, money is still the root of many problems because many people want to get a lot of money, even by using illegal or incorrect ways. But if the players realize that cheating can cause their names to be damaged, it will not be worth doing and they should stay away from people trying to offer these things. It will make them in danger because, in addition to losing big names, they can also be crossed out from the list of players and may even receive punishment from the court if it is proven to help those illegal ways.

correct , not unless there will be an inside person that will reveal this scams ? people will not manage to learn about the thing though sometimes it is obvious in the game when players try to ignore scoring when they have a chance and also when they can prevent opponent to score yet they let it happen.
those are the point that we have some ideas of something happening that is not right in this game.

People involved in such things will try to cover it from the public and will not let their members divulge it. And if they suspect someone will do or leak it, they will prevent it and might eliminate it forever. This clearly gives risks to those involved but they continue to continue because there is a large money behind all this so they can accept the risks.
3984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crypto coins/tokens on: February 24, 2023, 05:33:39 AM
Most novice investors invest their money in new projects they don't know much about because of invitations from other people they see on their social media accounts or other websites. There may be some new coins that can get a nice pump the first time they are released to the exchange, but there are also many new coins that cannot upgrade and even have only a short time on exchange.

And indeed, investing in new coins/tokens is riskier than old coins/tokens because old coins/tokens already have a history from when the coins/tokens were released until now, so they can add to our information when analyzing the coins. But that also doesn't guarantee us a profit because other old coins also have the same chance to increase. And if you want to invest in new coins/tokens, only invest with money you can afford. You must remember that so you don't experience many losses.

3986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP future looks shaky and uncertain on: February 23, 2023, 03:18:02 PM
I am sorry if this hurts XRP fans and Armies on here

I think XRP will be useless in future because there won't be any need for it's existence, it won't be needed as a bridge to converting crypto coins or currencies once Fiat moves to CBDC finally. Think about it and if you think that I am wrong do drop your reason why.

The very threat to CBDC is XRP for me, not BTC.
You should not say sorry because you are saving them from a future losses , maybe they try to deny this fact for now but eventually they will realized this reality and will eventually act like a loser.
XRP is something that only use to Pump and dump and also those supporters are exiting from the years as it was delisted in many exchange.
even if it managed to win against the SEC? yet what would be the beneficial in the reality of usage.
We can only hope that they are careful not to use too much money to invest in XRP and only choose bitcoin as their main investment. Perhaps, they still hope that XRP can really benefit them so they still think that XRP is one of the coins that have the potential to increase. But if XRP can ramp up, it's an added boon for investors who have been buying XRP for a long time and are eager to repeat history in big gains. Well, we can only wait and see if XRP turns out to be what they want it to be or if it just doesn't matter.
if you have extra funds that literally you can risk ? then why not right? but if the amount you will be investing is something that you will be needing in sometime or even in long time after?
then best not to take this chance or you will lose badly in the end.
XRP is indeed one of good coins in the past but nowadays? there are so much coins that we can use tto save our money than Ripple.
I've been buying XRP since last year and am just waiting for XRP to start increasing. But I don't really expect to see XRP increase, let alone reach a new ATH again because it doesn't seem easy for XRP. And even though XRP doesn't or hasn't been able to increase again during the altcoin season, that's also okay, and as long as there are exchanges that have XRP listed in their list of coins, I think one day, there will be a pump for XRP Grin
3987  Economy / Speculation / Re: What comes next for Bitcoin: $20K or $30K? on: February 23, 2023, 02:34:46 PM
aiming for 30k , I believe we will be seeing this in a couple of weeks or at least in before this month ends?

February shows us how good bitcoin can be and also I am watching for this at least since January but the movement now seemingly will be bringing me more profitable month that the last.

and also the votes seems to be a growing for 30k.
Perhaps, it still can't reach $30k by the end of this month because the price difference is still around $6k-$7k, so it will take a little longer unless there is major support or more positive news that can convince investors to buy bitcoin in large quantities that can move its price to break every high. Maybe the decider will be in the next month because that's the end of Q1 for the year, so maybe the price will start showing massive moves in Q2 or beyond. But let's see how bitcoin moves in the next month while still waiting for the new ATH to be reached.
3988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino games plebs like us must play on: February 23, 2023, 01:21:28 PM
If he is a rich person and has more income he probably won't be so disappointed but if he is just a small gambler then it would be better to always have financial and time limits on gambling.
I agree with your suggestion because that way it can make a gambler at least minimize the loss of large amounts of money.
A rich person still can get rekt because his money is limited, there's no any single person in this world have unlimited money including Elon Musk. A rich person might bet with max amount and if he keep gamble everyday, he could become poor and sold all of his assets in order to play and recover all of his losses. So either rich or poor person, they need to set a limit how much they can afford to lose, the difference is the amount of the money.
But rich people can get income from various businesses, so if they use their money to gamble, it won't affect their wealth too much. Even though they spend a lot of money on gambling, they must have other goals besides gambling. But I agree that if we want to play gambling, we must have a limit on how much money we can afford and must not exceed the budget we have set so that we can avoid too big losses.
3989  Economy / Gambling / Re: Any Casino Android software on: February 23, 2023, 12:27:15 PM

Well, we must avoid suspicious apps from untrusted sources to avoid malware on our phones and laptops. Anti-virus software can protect devices from dangerous sites that steal data or damage them. Alas! Even with such protection, these harmful viruses can still infect our gadgets. To avoid these horrible attacks, we must be attentive and practice safe browsing.

Many favor casino apps for their ease. To avoid danger, one must choose reputable casinos. Some prefer to visit the casino site directly to maintain browsing control. Whichever path one takes, it is crucial to avoid clicking on questionable links or downloading unknown files to protect our devices.

  -   The problem here is for people who don't know how to detect if it is suspicious software. That's because the big problem of other gamblers is that they only want to be able to gamble, but they don't know that it's malware they're running into.

That's why you mentioned that the casino must be reputable for any gamblers to enter a gambling platform.

They should read or learn more about casino applications before installing them to avoid other mistakes in the form of malware that can attack their smartphones. But if they can use a browser, not use an application, and only play at trusted and reputable casinos, they are still safe, and there won't be any problems.

At least people can find more information before doing anything because smartphones now contain a lot of personal data. And imagine if they install an app from a dubious casino site, the hacker can steal the data from their smartphone.
3990  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 5 Ways to Make Big Money at the Casino — Without Gambling on: February 23, 2023, 11:32:43 AM
Kidnapping the owner's daughter is something that I can immediately think about because when we kidnap the owner's daughter and can take her heart to love us, there is a possibility that we will be the son-in-law of the casino owner hahaha.

But it will be strange because it is impossible. Moreover, his parents will hire a secret agent to look for where is his daughter. And they can also kill us because we have kidnapped the casino owner's daughter.

Son-in-law? Really?
The better plan is:
1.Kidnapp the owner's daughter.
2.Use your flirting skills and make her fall in love with you.(Stockholm syndrome, anyone). Grin
3.Make her pregnant.
4.Congratulations. Your son/daughter will inherit a successful gambling business. Grin

The last story is the most interesting, because the casino robber returns to the casino and spends the ships there(in order to get the money), but the casino guys bribe him with free meals and luxury stuff. This is hilarious and kinda ironic. The casino always wins, even after you rob it.
Hahaha, that's what I thought quickly because kidnapping the casino owner's daughter can give us wealth or the people of the casino owner can also kill us. But there may be many more funny stories about casino robberies that we don't know, and what @OP said is a small part of these funny stories.

Indeed, casinos always win because they own the business and can attract more gamblers to gamble in their place. And it is the gamblers who experience a lot of losses that will go into the casino's account.
3991  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are there age limits to Bitcoin investment? on: February 23, 2023, 10:22:58 AM
Everyone can invest in bitcoin, but it's even better if young people have started investing in it to prepare for their future. People who introduce bitcoin to their children under 10 have their reasons that doing it early helps them understand how bitcoin works. And they teach basic lessons about bitcoin and maybe a little knowledge about investing in it so that when they grow up, they can decide and continue to invest in it.

But maybe parents are waiting for their children to grow up, and then they will teach them about bitcoin and advise them to start investing in it from a young age. Today's young people need to be given an understanding that they are fully responsible when they grow up and have families later.

I don't quite agree with the idea of introducing investing to children under 10, even a little bit. Under 10 years old, at that age they are still very playful, we should not destroy their beautiful childhood. There are many good things in the outside world waiting for them to discover. Introducing investment or teaching your children to earn money too soon will distract them from their studies and easily commit theft when they have no money.

I will save bitcoins for my children and will teach them about bitcoin someday, but I will not advise or force them. I want them to choose according to their preferences.
It's okay if you disagree because I realize that in teaching a child, we must have our own methods that will never be the same, and we will also choose a method that is acceptable to our children. Teaching our children what they need to know at their age will help their understanding, and as they mature, they can learn more, and maybe at that time, we can teach them about investing in bitcoin.

I also choose to keep the bitcoins for my kids and teach them how to use bitcoins properly, so they don't get into trouble with fraud. They also have to choose whether to invest in bitcoin or something else.
3992  Economy / Economics / Re: Motley Fool Adding $5 million worth bitcoins on their Balance Sheet on: February 23, 2023, 09:29:29 AM
We don't need news like that to motivate ourselves because we have already experienced many events in the market. This situation, where the market is experiencing a decline and rising again, has given us evidence that we will get big profits if we keep bitcoins for a long time. News like that is bound to happen, and if you read negative news, will you lose your motivation to invest and keep bitcoins? I don't think it will affect people who have trusted bitcoin for a long time. So make up your mind to save your bitcoins, and don't get swayed by the news. But that news will motivate new people who begin investing in bitcoin.

Positivity is required by each and every investors otherwise we would have been playing stones and pebbles to be honest. Humans are complicated and they always need a spark to do something. Whether it is a millionaire who is getting motivated by the dream of becoming billionaire one day OR whether it is you and me getting motivated with the fact that holding bitcoin consistently might make us millionaire one day, everyone goes through that path for sure.
It's true what you say. But if we don't start learning to find out and just use other people's stories as motivation, we may be slow to progress. We must be able to motivate ourselves, and other people's stories might be helpful, but it would be better if we realized that we needed to do something and did not need to wait for motivation from others. For example, if we dream of becoming a billionaire, do we just wait until we get news or the true story of someone who becomes a billionaire in a short time and uses an easy method? Of course not. We must try to change it and use it as motivation to change, especially in investing in crypto.
3993  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading season? on: February 23, 2023, 08:29:34 AM
I was kind of confused little about something, after someone walked on to me and was telling me that in trading, there are seasons when you profit from it (lucky days) and when but when I asked for an explanation, he didn't give a clear explanation, so I had to bring it up here to know if there are truly seasons of profits in trading and how can I identify such seasons?
Maybe the meaning of the profit season is when the market is under and then reversing the direction like this (or maybe not yet?). When the price of coins can increase little by little, the profit season arrives; at that time, we can start to benefit from trading many potential coins. But this season is not always shown by the market conditions that turn around because even though the current market conditions can begin to increase, we still often encounter the price of coins, and sometimes the correction can be too deep. Before starting trading, you must first analyze whether the current trend is time to decline or has begun to increase so that you can benefit.
The profitt season in trading can be tricky AF, especially in the wild world of crypto. The meaning of profit season can be hella elusive and depends on who you ask, but for me, it's when I'm making bank consistently over a reasonable period. It's not just about timing the market right, you gotta get creativee with your approach to trading. Being creativee means looking at different strategies, learning from past mistakes, and stayin open to new ideas. And lets not forget to have a sense of humor, 'cause somtimes the market can be a real jester, ya feel me?

For example, I came up with this dope-ass idea to buy a fat stack of a new coinn with fire tech that nobody was payin attention to 'cause it wasnt in the top 100. I held that bad boy for months, and when it got listed on a top exchange, the price went straight to the moon, and I made mad profit. It wasnt nothin I learned from a book or a seminar, just a uniqe and creativee idea that hit me outta nowhere. So, my advice to all my fellow traders is to get creative, learn from yur losses, and have funn with it. Tradin aint just a science, it's an art that requires a mix of skill, creativity, and straight-up luck.
That can happen if, in choosing those new coins, you get lucky by seeing that the price can increase significantly and provide big profits for you. But that rarely happens to many people because they don't look for those new coins but just take them from social media or because of invitations from other people they don't know.

That's the point if you learn about the analysis of the coins because by analyzing to find the right coin, you can profit in all market situations. And you can even get even more profit when the market is experiencing a bull run or altcoin season. This is the altcoin season that many people have been waiting for because there will be many altcoins that can increase drastically at that time. That's why people are still looking for new coins that may have the potential to improve.
3994  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's second biggest weekly gain happened yesterday on: February 22, 2023, 06:06:22 PM
There is no need to think whether it is the manipulation of the whale or the bear market is over or we will immediately see a new ATH because if there is a decline, we are experiencing correction again. And if the price can increase again after this, we will see a higher price than now. If you are a long-term Bitcoin holder, you don't need to worry about the current situation and will use it to buy more bitcoin. The target price for you to sell Bitcoin is that after Bitcoin only makes a new ATH, your profits can be big, and before the price touches the last ATH, it is still a good moment to buy bitcoin.

3998  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Do Gamblers Do This? on: February 22, 2023, 03:16:06 PM
Not only with gambling, when you get addicted to things in general you begin to see the other negative influence from it, in gambling, everyone has once upon a time got bad experience in it, we all have made some costly mistakes from the past which we have learnt from at the end of it, there are times that we let things we like got over us to the extent that we cannot control ourselves for mederacy in it, such happens when you see some gamblers getting addicted at the expense of their daily lives and activities they got into.
If we can learn from the past and try not to repeat it, we will become better people. Gambling can give us bad experiences and negative influences, so we have to be able to take care of ourselves while playing gambling and after we are done playing gambling because our minds may still think about the defeat we got before. But it's really not worth it if we sacrifice our lives because we often play gambling and lose so much money. And this is why we really have to be able to control the use of money for gambling because many people had experienced losing money when they gambled.

4000  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to accept crypto as a payment? on: February 22, 2023, 12:09:13 PM
I have seen a report today that in 2022 crypto payments showed an amazing rise. People are really accepting it and giving the value as they are giving to fiat payments.

Are you guys accepting crypto payments for your business?
I don't have a business, so I don't do it, but if I did, I would try to accept crypto and perhaps, teach crypto use to my clients. But before you want to accept crypto payments for your business, you should check the laws in force in your country because if the use of crypto for payments is not allowed, you could be subject to penalties from your government.

If your country allows crypto payments for businesses, you should find out what it takes so you don't break the rules. Regulations such as tax issues, licensing, and others. Don't get yourself in trouble for using crypto improperly and receive a warning from your government.
