Bitcoin enables certain uses that are very unique. I think it offers possibilities that no other currency allows. For example the ability to spend a coin that only occurs when two separate parties agree to spend the coin; with a third party that couldn’t run away with the coin itself.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is bitcoin on: January 07, 2018, 03:49:53 PM
What bitcoin does better than the current financial system is it's a better stored value globally. There are a lot of countries that really don't trust their banks or their currency, and bitcoin is an alternative. Like the Internet, Bitcoin will change the way people interact and do business around the world.

45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: January 06, 2018, 11:05:30 AM
I will continue to collect bitcoins and the results I use to open a business for my life in the future. Continue to collect bitcoin to achieve success. There's no much places to invest, also we can see a lot of scams related to bitcoin. I think it is a good stream of investment where i can hope for the profits in future.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving Bitcoins for your Children. on: January 06, 2018, 04:03:20 AM
This is simple and easy to do. It's what I'm doing for the grandkids. I have a different paper wallet for each of them, and every year I add $X-worth of bitcoin on their birthdays. That makes for nice dollar-cost averaging. And it leaves me in control of the funds, should something unexpected happen in the meantime.
47  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin worth it or not? on: January 06, 2018, 03:04:08 AM
Bitcoin is a digital currency, also known as a cryptocurrency, that emerged after the financial crisis and is not underpinned by a central bank. It allows people to bypass banks and traditional payment methods for goods and services an idea that has evidently caught the imagination of some investors, because its price has surged by more than 900% in 2017.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to your Bitcoin when you Die? on: January 05, 2018, 02:49:32 AM

49  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people says gold is better? on: January 04, 2018, 02:25:28 AM
I think those people saying that gold is better, they have not complete information about the bitcoin. They think that bitcoin is risky because it is an online system over all. While the security of the bitcoin is very strong. Gold is preferred by people with more traditional, conservative way of thinking. For now they are true in making their investments in gold.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Social Media Influence bitcoin growth? on: January 04, 2018, 01:59:37 AM
Off course, some people use social media to share information, social media is also a practical and fast way to spread the news, and it will affect bitcoin users, which impact on requests and offers. Social media is a web means we can share alot of information but in this bitcoin were all secured.
51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Converting BTC to real money on: January 03, 2018, 02:12:59 PM
You can search for exchange that can withdraw to usd currency or local currency in your country. Here in the Philippines we have a wallet which called coins.ph and you can cash in and cash out your money. If you get an altcoin sell it first in exchange on where it can be traded then convert it to btc. By there, you can transfer it from the exchange to your wallet.
52  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this for real? I could be a millionaire? on: January 03, 2018, 01:53:52 PM
Yes, because if you have main account of the bitcoin, and make make it more account that already connect to your account. I will called it multiply bitcoin money the more account that you have same in your bitcoins money. Many miss out on opportunities to become rich, mainly because they think bitcoin is a scam, Ponzi scam, or they do not understand bitcoin at all.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: January 03, 2018, 01:41:20 PM
Yes bitcoin is really secure. no one can steal bitcoin, except for our own carelessness and its up to you if you want anyone can steal you bitcoin. The government cannot be easy to ban bitcoin transactions, because bitcoin is the future. Those people who mostly used by that bitcoin are safe because no one have authority in this bitcoin like said the government.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: December 10, 2017, 12:10:43 AM
Now that I've gotten your attention, I promise there's a method to my madness. We've all been arguing over Bitcoin XT and (now) Bitcoin Classic while ignoring that there's a real world outside of Bitcointalk and the endless schemes to get more Bitcoin. In the grand scheme of things, it's not even really all that important whether Bitcoin stands a chance of destroying traditional banks as long as Bitcoin or whatever replaces Bitcoin if it stumbles can carve out its own niche. But we're marching toward a world where things are going to be moving pretty fast in matters that don't necessarily have to do with economics and finances, except for maybe who's going to be holding the moneybags. Is it going to be us, or is it going to be the big banks, or is it going to be some Third World tyrant who may have gotten a little too big for his britches and doesn't have a graceful way out? What I'm getting at here is, are we absolutely sure we're making all the right strategic moves to make sure cryptocurrencies have a meaningful, sustainable future instead of just being seen as a funny little gimmick that went the way of Beanie Babies in a few decades? Should we be making alliances with other up-and-coming, innovative technologies to make sure we can achieve our long-term goals? This is something we'll have to consider if we want Bitcoin to have any kind of a future.
We can see the increase in market value of bitcoin this day but really the skyrocketing price of bitcoin is really just making us worried even we are happy in the increase of market value the investment i guess as the price goes by are getting more risk like what is happening in the issues of sending a transaction and i guess as the bitcoin goes up more people are just continue and get motivated to hack bitcoin or other platform i guess we must be aware and careful more that this time we already see the bitcoin future.
55  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of bitcoin increase forever? on: December 09, 2017, 09:57:35 PM
Since the total number of bitcoin is fixed, so the value of bitcoin will keep grow, and it's price will keep grow also. So will there a price cap for bitcoin?
I guess it is for now but obviously we can texpect this forever i already starting to doubt in bitcoin even i already investing in bitcoin for a long time and know that it will increase its price in the market i still dont invest all of my money in the market because of the hype of skyrocketing price of bitcoin amd also we know that any second it could go down its price.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin was centralized? on: December 06, 2017, 09:53:52 PM
Then it would really change its use.The people was using it because it is decentralized in the first place it will not be a bitcoin again if the transactions that you have made will be recorded. It will also loose its current value and may come to worse which is zero.
57  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do Bitcoin will reach $15,000 before 2017 ends? on: December 06, 2017, 02:12:34 PM
I think there is a possibility but not that much high.Because we cant really predict its growth by just looking at its value growth graph and we really dont know what will happen next.

59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Can We Make Sure Bitcoin Never Ends? on: November 23, 2017, 09:59:54 AM
All we can do is to support it no matter what.I mean, there are coins who have already ended because of the lack of support. And as I can see with the bitcoins market right now,it is very impossible for it to end.
60  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your goals in 2018? on: November 20, 2017, 02:57:53 PM
Hello guys,

Currently many people buy and hold crypto currencies for many reasons.

It will be interesting to share your goals in 2018.

Mine would be to make 20,000$ profit then I would take back my initial investment plus half of the profit. The remaining half will be used for re-investment.

How's about your goal and plan?

We really seem to have the same goal since I am totally amazed by the bitcoins inflation of value this year.It was like:last month it was about 2000$ and then it continously increase every month though there are still deflations.Still btc  has really increased and it is still possible for it to inflate more this 2018 and my goal is to make my investments even more profitable.
