since I joined in bitcoin I already told my husband about things related to bitcoin including my key, if bad things happen to me, my asset ownership in bitcoin automatically switches to him

The best way to solve this issue is to put everything on a Ledger and leave some instructions (and especially the seed) to your relatives.

It seems like the best way to provide a good and provide very detailed instructions for the family to understand.

Did you guys teach your family members on how to access and use your Bitcoin in case you will die?
Do you want to take your Bitcoin with you when you're gone?

Let me hear it from your own opinions...

Well , it will sent to my partner in life because he knows my private key and especially my family.

oooops really Shocked can we lend our coins to our relations when we die Cry
No, the one that has control of the private keys is the owner of the bitcoin, if your husband or wife knows your private keys then it is like having a joint account in the bank but if both of you die at the same time in an accident all your bitcoin is going to be lost.

Really interesting question.

Backup wallets/passphrases on an encrypted drive with instructions on how to use.

The encryption key would then need to be in your Last Will and testament, it could also be written in that said wallets are opened with all beneficiaries.

Depends how much you have really.

For now, I do not teach them on how to access my wallet. But later on, I will teach them on how to access it. Taking your Bitcoin along with your death is not a good idea. We all know that Bitcoin will be wasted if someone did that. And, giving others what you have is a good act. Let our Bitcoins be a heritage to them.

Well, it will be sent to my children or relatives, I guess  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

These will not be possivle if your childre. or relatives doesn't know your private key. or other wallet account. because that is the only way for you to retrive your bitcoin. meaning if you die and no one kbows your private key, then it will all be lost.I suggest for you to back it up then provide an instruction incase you die early for your relative to benifit from it.

I have multiple copies of my secured password and private keys. I don't want to lose my money at the same time to lose my private keys. I want to give my remaining balance to my family. I started to teach them on how use to use bitcoin,  how to earn it and how to get it. They will thank me for being soft hearted daughter and kind.

If your bitcoin value is large then I think it should be inherited because its enormous value if you die will be useless and if you are sad to your family or your wife will benefit them.

When the bitcoin owner dies, bitcoin will be in the wallet forever if nobody knows his wallet account.

Unless you will give them your bitcoin key.Bitcoin is decentralized and nobody cares and pass it on to your family. When you lose the bitcoin key then you lose your money, when it happens then they do not get any crypouric we have.die.

This is the importance of having a partner. Could be a wife / husband / child and other family important to know your assets in cryptocurrency. Leave a note, if something bad happens to you, your assets remain safe. That's what I do now.

practically your bitcoin will stay to your wallet forever and it will be really hard to retrieve it because you really need the following email password and two factor authentication if it is in the trading platforms, password and phase and private key if it is in electroneum or hard wallets like trezor or ledger nano these securities is really tight because if you only in the world know this no one can access your wallet

I always share with my wife, password and all access to enter my profile already I give to my wife. So, if I die then my bitcoin and altcoin assets are still safe, then my wife will continue my struggle in cryptocurrency. I have taught and told all about this to my wife.

Well this is a bit strange and two-fold question. Here, just like with ordinary money and inheritance. If you want to leave, then you leave. And the same way, if on the contrary.

If we not teach anyone how to access our wallet, it seems like the bitcoin will unaccessable so nobody have control to it. So i will teach my family or wife to access it.

My bitcoin will stay on my wallet if i die and no one can claim or use it but before that happens i am going to right down all of the wallet information , login details , password on a  note or i am going to save it on a usb so my wife can claim it although she doesn't have any idea about it . But since this is the source of our income she must at least try here  best to open those accounts for our son because i kept those bitcoins for them for their future use . Bitcoin made us financially stable and this made us buy things we wanted , so if i die i will prepare everything and inform my wife about the things she needs to do or before that happens i will teach her the things i do online so at least she knows a little on how to open my accounts and access it . But i wanted to teach her but she doesn't want because she said its hard but it is needed so its a must

I hope they use it for a good business or to saving it on the bank to have a interest but before i died i will make sure they know how to access to my bitcoin.
