I know they are different. I have applied on both. I have applied the signature campaign on 11th of January. I was Jr.member then. I started commenting as you can see on my profile from 11th of January till 18th of January as it said the bounty ended at 1pm of 18th January. Once i got Member rank I also changed my signature and was doing my 15 and more posts weekly. I am 100 % sure of that and I am not doubting myself. 100% positive I have applied the airdrop from the very begging, and for the bounty i applied on 11th of January. Whatever happened, the data is missing. Whether it's because of server side or user error really isn't important. As I have PM'd you, if you are willing to be reasonable and civil, we can work it out.. but I'm not going to go out of my way to help someone that is only being nasty. Your data isn't there and I could leave it at that. It's probably not a system issue because nobody else was afflicted. But I'm a reasonable person. If you're going to be reasonable too I can meet you halfway. This is not wal-mart where you can scream at the poor employee and still get your way!  |

What should I do?
1. Make archive of Intense folder, Save it to a USB flash drive 2. Make a copy of the folder and try to restore the password... Already tried many times. Can not restore 1.4.2 wallet file with 1.4.1 software. 1.4.2 daemon is not working  and I cannot touch my coins. First, do not worry as your coins will not go anywhere as long as you do not delete the .wallet file. If they were transferred, they were exchanged on the immutable blockchain and will forever be in your 'new' wallet until you move them again. To resolve the sync issue, since you said on reddit that cleaning the blockchain folder and restarting did not resolve your issue, I would encourage you to examine network factors. Something must be blocking outgoing or ingoing connections - anti-virus, firewall (Windows or otherwise), because in your screenshot it looks like there is absolutely no connectivity to the network. I'll also export my blockchain now and upload it to GitHub for you, which can be opened with the intense-blockchain-import.exe tool. i have problems with wallet.. i downloaded it from official site. it starts to synchronize and it stoped at half.. sadly i sent 500coins to try how it works.. The problem is it wont synchronize.. it always stops at half.. once i quit and start again wallet, it reports error.. it freez at loading blockchain and give "blockchain error".. is there any solution to this ?

I'm a little taken aback by your reaction.. I didn't say you were not receiving a payment, I just told you what I am able to see: that there is no submission recorded for your profile or wallet, ever. I even went back to the full database export file (which includes entries for Newbie rank individuals, you may have noticed they were purged from the Google Sheets doc I shared) to ensure you didn't submit with that rank incorrectly. Still nothing. Nobody else had this issue so I am inclined to think there was only an error for you. In any case, being nasty and irate is not going to get either of us what you want.. |

All, I am very sorry for the aggravation and frustration. I apologize to those that were not paid for multiple submissions. We will make this right. I have already sent coins to three individuals that contacted me with the correct wallet address from their multiple submissions (96cf3921c1946f87d019df827bf1b5a59fb2488fd46d0c12b1c6c48de2d40025). I was not aware that Alex had asked people to submit multiple times. It would also seem that there could have been some nefarious third party skimming BCT for signatures and submitting new entries using your profile link. I must admit this is not something we anticipated. However, we have learned from our mistakes and will do better next time. I also want to apologize as I was not fully read in on the intricacies of this situation - as you know the signature campaign was Alex's responsibility but he left Intense, and SlowGrowth planned to fulfill these duties instead. However, SlowGrowth has been swamped with RL matters, leaving our clueless dev (me) to try and figure this out. The best method is to use the new information (language) as often as possible, and have a native speaker available to correct you on your mistakes.
I also like when foreign language speakers preface their emails or post with the fact that they are foreign speakers. It helps the reader be more understanding and tolerant of grammatical issues.

My 2 cents Satoshis: 1. Spam protection shouldn't be optional. If you want to stop spam in your thread, make it self-moderated. Anything else should be applied globally. 2. Not only Newbies spam, spam happens on higher ranks too. All Newbies who get through without being banned eventually get a higher rank. 3. The "spam score" shouldn't be a fixed value, it should be a percentage of the posts a user makes. But even then, it can be abused. Suppose I don't like you: I'm Legendary, so I only need to report 5 of your 113 posts as Spam to get you banned for a week! I appreciate you trying, but most ideas have downsides too. This will help people to differentiate between a serious and a BS topic. Ideally, this shouldn't be necessary. All topics should be serious topics. My new personal favourite: report more posts than you make! In the past week I got about 800 accounts banned, on top of my "normal" reports. Or maybe give this option only to moderators or DT members?
Moderators already have a ban-button to deal with spammers, and recently I've seen several DT-members who start tagging spammers. If that happens enough, spammers may fear for their accounts and spam less! To be honest I always wondered if my reports ever had any action on them, because I never received follow-up... so I stopped reporting people. |
