41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: October 04, 2017, 05:03:31 PM
Look, the ppl who have donated 0.05 will get a free update with a higher hashrate. The new miner will include a fee of 2%, but will be faster and more stable on all cards.

So if you don't want to upgrade from #2 to #3 (10-20% faster with 2 % fee), you can always stick to #2.

sp-mod #3 is around 35% faster than the opensource on the gtx 1070.
My point isn't that. You will make huge profits just by adding 2% of fee into your miners and you don't need to complicate and worry about getting leaked coz whoever uses are actually gonna get you something. So why this additional 0.05BTC. That is silly don't you think?
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: October 04, 2017, 04:23:06 PM
I am adding a fee 2%. In #3

Because ppl steal and spread my work.

So will the cost of the mod be 2% of mining and available to everyone?
Or will it be 2% AND 0.05 BTC donation?
That would be nothing more than greediness if it is 2% AND the so called 0.05 BTC "donation".

We're doing one last final round of tests. If all goes well, we'll release this version soon. Fingers crossed.

We're stress testing our Testnet with the latest code and it seems to be all good at the moment but we're trying a few other scenarios.
http://testnet.zcoin.io:3001/block/230d8bba7f4cd89d2ce8202fb2b18f64f1e500f5d0b32e1f1ca019ea2a4d3f17

Code we are testing is here:
https://github.com/zcoinofficial/zcoin/tree/core_upgrade

Once it is ready it will be merged to master and new binaries released. Thank you!
What's this upgrade and binary about?

$7000 in the pot for an opensource miner.

The deadline was 30th of the september, but no new miner has been released

You wouldn't find this as an opportunity. Would you? Sad

Read the first post in the thread. Some of my mods have a small buildt in fee. around 2%

Timetravel10? Xevan?  Roll Eyes

I am not rich to pay 0.05 BTC, I spent all I saved for whatever I have. But I can return the favor by mining for you just like how it is in claymore. That sounds logical too. Why aren't you okay with that? You can't code it?  Roll Eyes
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: October 03, 2017, 04:13:46 PM
I get the same hashrate on the tis with the open source 2.2.1

Bitcore sp-mod #2 can do 34MHASH on the 1080ti. Donate 0.05btc, and I will tell you how.
"Donation" can't be forced. You should rather use "Pay" Tongue

@ocminer : "Be aware that you're mining a coin which is technically a nightmare Smiley" You don't mean this anymore. Do you? This may also be a reason for someone to avoid coming to your pool  Undecided Undecided

EDIT: Also your APAC Host nodes xzc-apac.suprnova.cc & xzc-cn.suprnova.cc arent working. could you fix that as well.

I been mining on supernova since 27th and I have been out of town and I only managed to get like 1.3 coins. and since I came back today at supernova I have gotten 0 coins and my hash rate in over 6000 kh/s anybody know whats going on?
Less hash rate. This can be sorted out only when more people decide to neutralize the monopoly created on 1 pool (MPH). Besides that, suprnova had some issues which were promptly fixed by zcoin devs. Now the pool just needs move hash rate to improve the earnings.

At present the hash rate is like MPH hash rate  > hash rate of all other xzc pools combined together Sad

And an advice to all other pools like suprnova, zpool, etc. Make an attractive offer (at least for the time being). Something like 0% fee till the traffic increases to a level that can maintain hash rate balance between pools.

There's "only" roughly 700 MH/s on suprnova while the rest is on MPH, as long as you have 95% on one pool, you have also 95% of the blocks on that pool.. it's as easy as that Smiley

Fees are 0% on suprnova for weeks now and no one really seems to care, also the distribution is like this for weeks already and also nobody (also not the devs in any way) seems to care. As long as there are no problems, no stuck TX etc. no one cares ;-)

Oh yes, and of course I've upgraded to latest.
Well that's a sad news. The pool definitely needs some marketing to bring more attention and traffic. Is there something you can work with devs of zcoin to even out the hash rates across the pools? I am sure that is in the best interest of zcoin devs as well and they should be doing their best to get that done

@devil : I don't understand the logic. Do you say that nobody should be encouraged using opensource or improving  it and using it? If that's your primary complain, I am sure you are the biggest fool on the internet. You should understand how all opensource projects work. You should start your complain with Linux projects to google to every goddamn big internet companies who use/reuse/improve the existing opensource code.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zcoin (XZC) - Implementing Zerocoin technology for financial privacy on: October 03, 2017, 09:48:49 AM
Hi, please kindly report back if there are any issues with stuck tx.

It appears that after the pools and exchanges updated to 13.2.7, (https://github.com/zcoinofficial/zcoin/releases) there were no more problems.

We're still monitoring the situation.
Is there any update on what pools have updated and what pools haven't? That would be helpful for pool owners to make a move before it becomes a mess
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: October 03, 2017, 09:05:49 AM
Why does it have to be bitcore alone? is that the only crypto in the whole world? Did he not do it with any other crypto (SIGT, etc)? Besides that, he has already informed it would be available in the next version of his miner.

The fact that you have removed the faces does not detract from the information I have inserted. the information is irrefutable, irrefutably, contains evidence.

Dude, I didn't remove the faces and the bold highlights, you did. Are you struggling to keep up with your own shill-posts? Too many forum sock-puppet shill accounts to juggle perhaps?

OMG, you are still here doing the same shit all day? Why don't you do yourself a favor. Go get a day job, have fun with family, have some mojitos and enjoy your life than flame on something/someone (which you clearly don't know about than repeating the same "shit-coin", "bots", etc). People who invest will do their own research and decide what has to be done with THEIR money, you don't have to act like a super crypto hero
what about no? Smiley internet is a free world my friend. i think he has a right to inform people to stay away from this

No doubt he has the right to speak shit. Its a free world for sure, for jokers too. Smiley

His miner is free though.

Do you have a link?
Link to what? Miner?

you are not counting for the increase in difficulty, which almost negates the benefit and hurts all the small miners the most.

I am not talking about the miners, but the pool owners. There is another pool that is making a a miner that is locked to a single pool.
If I was greedy, I could lock all my sp-modded kernels to only be able to mine on my own pool. Then I would get all the fees myself.
His miner is free though. If you have a better miner than others and if you declare it for free, You could as well lock it to your own pool with certain percentage fee (like 0.7% in his pool) and I am sure nobody would complain (just like how they did not complain about his miner/pool and its fees).
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: October 03, 2017, 07:25:36 AM
you should return to school learning maths sp... and you forget all the payout tx fees. 2% of 10 BTC = 0.2 BTC and bitcore was at 1/3 of the current price the last month
I like that response, but, oh, Well, the most apt answer would be showing him (with your version of miner) he hasn't done it any better than you can (if you could reconsider your decision)

And @sp, I know you would have been asked multiple times before but you could make more than what you make by just changing your strategy (by adding fee into your miner and removing this 0.5 or 0.05 BTC or whatever mess) .

Something is not sounding right. MPH started to have this unusual behavior of delay in finding blocks. 1 hour 1 block? looking at how it was finding blocks before with its hash power, something is clearly not right.  Huh
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zcoin (XZC) - Implementing Zerocoin technology for financial privacy on: October 01, 2017, 11:27:10 AM
No blocks found in MPH for the last 2 or so hours. Any problem or is it purely on luck?  Huh Huh
