41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto legal in your country? on: December 03, 2018, 03:11:01 AM
KYC are done to prevent members of some countries from participating in ICO because it is illegal over there. Does your country permit you to participate in ICO?
It depends on the intended of use, in my country (Indonesia) crypto is considered illegal if used as a transaction tool, but if used as an investment instrument the government does not prohibit it, because they consider crypto to be a commodity. So I think if participating in ICO is allowed, but with condition not used any crypto to buy it
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you happy with stakes payment method ? on: December 03, 2018, 02:54:43 AM
The system stake is better than of fix amount because the results are much more, so I am very happy with this method. But if the fix amount is paid in bitcoin or etherum maybe everyone will prefer to use this method, considering after listed on the exchange the price of tokens is always far different from the ICO price.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: December 01, 2018, 10:39:37 PM
This question sounds ridiculous, if ICO doesn't have a product then how do they make the value of their tokens grow? Is it just relying on hype and fud like sh**coin? think back, mate. Not having a product it means not having a ecosystem, ICO like this does exist but it never lasts long. So in my opinion the product is the most important key and must be owned by every ICO project.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ADEX]*new thread* - AdEx Network - Decentralized Ad Network on: December 01, 2018, 10:22:47 PM
I didn't find any good news about Adex, but somehow the price could rise up by 50%. This increase occurred because there are market manipulation or indeed it occur naturally? Anyone please tell me the reason why ADX prices can rise up 50% so I don't think bad things.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In an altcoin project, how many coins is too much? on: November 30, 2018, 10:54:32 PM
I think the number of tokens depends on the purpose and strategy of the project. Most of the projects they want to use are large numbers to prevent the number of tokens divided into decimal. Maybe it's not cool or not easy to see. And in my opinion, the number of tokens over 100 Billion looks like garbage token. I don't like it.
Yes you are right, at first Pundi X only had total supply about millions but after the product was launched they decided to swap smart contracts and increase the total supply to 10x much more, this is needed so that the ecosystem can run well. So the point is, even though it has a lot of supply if the ecosystem can run well and there are still who are interested to investing, I think this is no problem.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The first risk-free ICO with money back guarantee on: November 30, 2018, 10:39:26 PM
Tachain will offers Risk-Free investment. This means, You have the right to exchange back the amount of tokens you got into the same amount of ETH you invested. I think this is indeed a very good strategy to attract the interest of investors who are afraid to invest in cryptocurrency. But I can't imagine if 90% of investors ask for an investment refund, maybe this company will bankrupt soon.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: November 29, 2018, 10:03:14 PM
This is indeed very sad if only get less than $100 for a very long time, but we can't do anything besides being patient and keep working hard. Considering that the bounty results cannot be predicted, so don't ever make this as main source of income because there are still many other ways to earn income, ie; trading, mining, staking, masternode, etc.
48  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I daily earn 10% on: November 29, 2018, 09:48:11 PM
Hello, I am newbie in trading. I start trading for make some profit
Would it be possible to make 10% of your capital every day?

This would be 300% in a month, this is a lot.

It really comes to your capital:

If I invest 200$ and 10% of 200 would be come 20$ daily and one month come 600$
...

If I trying hard daily profit 10% huge profit come in one month
The end result of trading cannot be determined based on daily income because the market conditions every day will always change. This means, for a month you will also meet with losses so you also have to take this into account. If you ask is it possible to get 10% profit in a day? the answer is very possible, even you can get 100% profit overnight, considering the price of cryptocurrency is very fluctuating
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greed and crypto !! on: November 27, 2018, 07:56:19 PM
I feel that i never have enough coins. To day i just bought another batch with Icon (ICX) i am not only bullish on ICX but wish i had more of WAN,VEN,ONT,NAV,OMG and EOS.

Do you guys feel the same thirst/hunger to buy/add more fiat to the crypto world. And when is enough ?

Because of the long downtreand we have been withness to now. Do i start to be positive to what i see right now. And want to take a loan in the bank 50k to buy more of the coins that i have mantion in this thread. The plan is to make 2-3x and sell some and pay back the loan. I know this sounds crazy to most of you and i know it is.

Positive and negative comments are all welcome in this thread. Thanks
I also experience what do you feel, when see the favorite altcoin prices have dropped a lot there is always an ambition to keep buying them, even though we don't know in the future whether the altcoin can make a profit or not. So if you have spare money and want to buy them, I think it's no problem, but if you want to buy it using loan money it's better not to do it, because it's too risky.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: These 24 ICOs raised $2.8 Billion. They have almost 0 trading volume. on: November 27, 2018, 07:42:34 PM
Since the beginning of February almost all the altcoin trading volume has increased a lot along with the price, but after a few months later the trading volume dropped significantly along with the price. So I'm sure this has made the money of most traders stuck in some altcoin for quite a long time. So in my opinion this is a natural thing
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I may be wrong, thinking about the gov intervention on: November 26, 2018, 08:06:03 PM
I'm not sure, but in such a market condition, who else does agree that the government used a hidden identity and joined the crypto market to accumulate a large number of bitcoins, then sold it to affect its price? Or can the gov hires a couple well known personality to rule the every day news and kill it slowly?
some economists expert have said that cryptocurrency has a unique character and anonymous than fiat, of course this can disrupt the continuation of fiat currency. Because this is related to business and the financial future, it is not impossible if the government interferes in the development of the cryptocurrency market
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitter Truth on: November 26, 2018, 07:48:46 PM
everyone has a different perspective, if you compare it with the price of a few months ago it is indeed cheap, but if you compare it with the price of a few years ago $5k is still quite expensive. So this is not about price but confidence, whether the price will rise again or continue to fall
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If an ICO team is anonymous, is it a scam? on: November 25, 2018, 07:38:53 PM
Yes, definitely scam!
Satoshi didn't ask anyone for money when he set up this system. He didn't say anything to "send me money." On the contrary, he gave himself a great gift to the world.
Now icos are completely based on collecting money from people. And if you want money from me, I need to know who you are!
I agree with you, although basically Cryptocurrency is anonymous but considering ICO is a project that requires funding from early investors like projects in general so information about the company and the team behind it must be validated so that when bad things happen to the project investors can ask for accountability
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Beginning and a Bright Future on: November 25, 2018, 07:18:10 PM
yes you are right, more better to continuing work hard to collect more tokens and ignore things that have happened rather than keep silent and regret it because we don't know what will happen next. Even though this bad thing is very difficult to forget but we must able to get past it and open a new story
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't bite more than you can chew on: November 24, 2018, 07:06:26 PM
This is applicable to everyone in the crypto space, not to attempt to do more than they are capable of doing.
- For crypto traders, miners and investors, invest only what you can afford to loose. Do not invest all your money into crypto, believing that you will wake up one day to get a multiplier factor on your profit. It is either you have profit or loss.
I agree with you, cryptocurrency is an investment with the highest level of risk but is more liquid than other types of investment, so don't ever make crypto as major investment and putting all money into it. Considering the character is more liquid so I think this is more appropriate to be used as an alternative investment, so when you need money suddenly you can sell it immediately.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So many altcoins. What are their REAL use? on: November 24, 2018, 06:47:48 PM
Really.
Why an average person on the street should buy a coin, say IOTA or Stratis? What he will do with it?
Do we all buy just to hold and in hope that someone else will pay more?
Where will this end?
What coins have real use case for end users?
Thank you.
As far as I know, the altcoin that can be used in real life is Pundi X, you can buy coffee or food using NPXS tokens in cafes that have partnered with Pundi X. But actually not only that, even you can buy data, merchandise, pay incentives, and pay exchange listing fees using other altcoins. But this is not known to many people because of the lack of marketing and introduction to the cryptocurrency community
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your expectations for ICOs in 2019? on: November 23, 2018, 10:43:18 PM
What are your expectations for ICOs in 2019?
I hope in 2019 ICO can be a better investment than the previous year, can provide large profits to investors, and can keep promises according to what they said during the ICO period
Quote
For no one it is a secret that this year for the ICOs was not the best  Undecided, but what do you think will happen to them by 2019?
if scam ICO continue to emerge and no one cares about this problem, I'm sure they will be destroyed
Quote
Will it improve significantly?
I think yes, considering ICO is easy and fast way to collect funds from early investors
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason behind falling Bitcoin? on: November 23, 2018, 10:22:46 PM
I just read articles on a website that said most early investors who had bought bitcoin at price 1000-2500 USD decided to sell everything this year but I think that makes the falling of bitcoin not because of that, considering the price of bitcoin has rise thousands percent since 2010-2018 so this is a natural thing
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next holder are very fast to panic. on: November 22, 2018, 04:25:45 PM
Hello, I saw a lot of holders today a new generations of holders. Like, Bought 6k$ to 7k$ amount or price of bitcoin. And they panic because they afraid to lose them more money on the crpyto so of course they will sell it immediately at the lower so that's why many of them always lose their money. What do you think?
I don't think they sold it at low price (cut loss) because of panic, but because they were sure the prices would continue to fall and I think they had made the right decision. One thing you have to remember "trend is friends" so don't ever think cut loss is a bad decision
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost when the coin price dropped on: November 22, 2018, 04:02:34 PM
when all the coins go down, I lose a lot because I bought a lot of coins, what should I do so that I don't lose a lot, please give your input, friend?
Hold your coin, I also lose almost 80% of my assets price because hash war BCHSV and BCHABC
i lost 70% if sell it now even though it is very difficult to recovery but it seems hold is the best choice for now because if cutlose is not possible considering the price has fallen too deep, i am sure there are many trader who loss and prefer to hold so don't worry about that
