I have some spare eth and btcs and I am searching for an alternative way to invest, is ICO really worth it? and if it is, I heard there are scams, what can you recommend I should do?

If you want more secure investment just hold your bitcoins and ethereum in your wallet nothing more is realiable and secure investment than these two coins. However if you decided to go far from this comfort zone you can invest in an ICO but make sure you have all the research and all the data that you need from the ICO you are planning to invest to be able to minimized the risk and loss of your investment. |

Yes i agree with ethereum. It really suits for long term invest because of its uses in this market mostly ICO’s use their smart contract to create their coin or token, so i believe Ethereum would be something good in the near future. |

As per my knowledge, Some investors invest in bitcoin when the price reach to 20,000$ but now price is hardly more than 10000$.
Should they loose their money?
But still investors are invest in why ?
Those investors bought their bitcoin on $20k loss half of their investment, but they decided to buy more bitcoin in this price crash because they hardly believe in bitcoin that it can surpass the price last year which is $20k and they believe that it can reach $50k this year. |

If bitcoin goes below the $6,000 price how much more will it drop? Everytime when there's a dip another dip will come.
Yes you are correct, if the current dip is $6k if it still drop it will fall to $3k. But in my own perception it won’t go further than $6k but there is a probability that anytime now it will go up and it will be unstoppable again just like the other year. Better be vigilant and try to buy more in this dip. |

There is nothing to do with KFC accepting bitcoin as payment in this current dip, but if you say that korea creates a hack in cryptocurrency it is more likely the reason why it dump so hard within this 24 hour period. Although it is an old news but there is nothing special with it that bitcoin price is not affected by this old news.

Your mined ethereum is enough because it’s always the best pick for an alts but if you want to invest in other altcoins in the market, then NEO is my pick it is a good coin to hold right now because its price is down for now and anytime soon it will pump up again and back to its $100 price soon. |

Bearish market is the best short term investment because the price of almost all tokens or coins are dropped down and there are fluctuation every now and then and that makes you gain every trade. Bullish market is like for long term investment because mostly it will last 3 to 4 months before it will stop running. |

There are lot of exchanges out there that you can join and do your trades but bittrex is one of the big exchanges that you can earn more profit because of huge volume of trades on this platform. However there are more exchanges that are much better than bittrex, and binance is one of that and i think if you leave bittrex for good and go to binance there is nothing to worry about and no regrets by transferring into it because of the similarities of it in trading volume in bittrex.

We cannot say that bitcoin is stable because it is not a centralized coin, but however being the first cryptocurrency and rank 1 on the market many people would assume that investing in bitcoin is the ore safer way to avoid losses. It all depends on the support of people who believe in bitcoin and if people stop supporting bitcoin then it will soon be dead, but i think it will not happen to bitcoin. Support and the demand of bitcoin and the believer of bitcoin makes it more likely a stable coin. |

I see that we've finally entered a bullish phase (not sure how long this is going to last). I think it will be good for May pending any kind of FUD. June is the adsense FUD.
But anyway, I've read some articles that say that alts are making a comeback and money is pouring into alts... but these same articles caution that experts think that soon money will be pouring into bitcoin from alts. They say the infusion of money into alts is only temporary.
I'm sure most of you have seen that when BTC rallies too fast, alts crash. I was wondering if you guys think that a fast BTC rally is in the immediate future?
Are you hodling alts or are you going to go into BTC to ride out the BTC pump, then buy all the crashed alts?
I think you got the reverse scene. When BTC rally to go up almost all alts are going uptrend also, however there are few alts crash when it happens but majority of alts are connected to bitcoins price trend. Altcoins will never die, there are lot of alts that has stable position in the market example are ethereum, litecoin, neo, etc. Only the shitcoins will die sooner or later. |

Everyday is the best day to start trading because we will never know when will it pump the price or it dump. If you are a experienced trader you will choose those coins that are stable in the market because it can give you sure profit by the end of the day. There are two types of coins or token in market ne is good for long term hodl and some are good for day trading. Better to choose those coins that can be traded daily if you are a day trader and if you miss out to figure it out, you might get stuck up and force to hold your coins. |

Have you every felt like this before? If you Sell your coins now {because you panicked} and the price goes back or even past the ATH, then you are damned and if you do not Sell and the price goes to ZERO, then you are damned too. That is the risk we take... right? Wrong! If you take some profits when the price increase {not all your coins} then you will not regret it when the price goes to ZERO and even if the price goes to the Moon, then you will still have enough skin in the game to make some very good profits. Hoarding/Hodling is good, but you have to manage the risk, by taking profits on the way up to the Moon Or to ZERO.  Let's all be WINNERS in the END, no matter what the outcome of this experiment is.  I think scalping strategy is the best option if you want to earn out of your coin holdings. In scalping you can sell if the price go up a little and buy back when it goes down and sell again if it go up again. Although your strategy is good but i think you have to determine first if your coin is worth holding, try to make some analysis and research on the project if it is worth holding or dump. |

While there is a good portion of digital currency holders planning to file their gains and losses, many crypto-advocates don’t plan to pay their tax liabilities. what do you think the crypto coin tax should be required or not  In my point of view taxation in crypto is a good thing for crypto users because it means that crypto is highly accepted by the government and being legalized. But there is one factor that i am concern of, i think taxation is depending on the gains you earn right? I think the users who loss in crypto maybe will be exempted of this tax because how can they pay the tax that they loss? That is my own opinion though. |

I know that generally supply and demand determine the value of bitcoin. But is it the only factor that helps to change bitcoin's price. Or there are more Causes ?
Of course bitcoin price is determine by its supply and demand of its coin, the more the demand the higher the price. The first price of bitcoin is $0.003 way back march 2010 when it first operates and it keeps increasing day by day and until now this first crypto currency is already popular in the world and obviously it will keep on increasing its price because of the investors that are attracted to its stability in the market. I think there are no other factors that can affect its price increase. |

will really the bitcoin and all alts go like last December..? as we can see 10X down every coin when compared to december-2017 price..
In cryptocurrency we cannot say if what happen last year will be happening this year. If you look bitcoins prices way back when it started prices every year are not same. But this year bitcoin will surpass its current price but we cannot predict how much it can cost, all we have to do is just wait until it go up. |
