41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Numismatists hate Bitcoin? on: September 06, 2018, 09:14:41 AM
for me i dont think numismatist will be hating bitcoin as of now.
especially since there isn't that great of an effect yet created by bitcoin unto our current financial system.
afterall they could also create a collection of cryptocurrency if they would want too.

42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much damaged bitcoin has brought you? on: September 06, 2018, 01:13:15 AM
I had a small scale investment on bitcoin and i invested on it when the market price is 30% higher. I never thought that market is going to fall down which results to the loss of some of my money if i will sell my bitcoin holdings now. Seeing the market price i consider it as a damage which is 30%. Well if i may ask you do you feel any damage right now? I wanna know who are those people who are investing prior to the market price fall down?

bitcoin hasn't and will not be able bring any damage to me.
because i do believe if ever we have loss something then we must not put the blame to bitcoin.
but to ourselves since every decision we made will rely upon our own judgment.
we are to be blame in every mistakes we made due to improper research, timing etc...

43  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Satoshi sell his bitcoins? on: September 05, 2018, 09:50:27 PM
If ever satoshi or their group still hascthat huge amount of bitcoin i dont think he/they will be willing to sell it now for fiat.
The stash might be moved but not into fiat but into other coins in support of the vision that one day the current monetary system will be abolished.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I wish! I wish!! I wish!!! Stop always wishing You bought Bitcoin in 2009. on: September 05, 2018, 06:58:29 AM
Wake up! Come to reality. This is 2018, yet you still wish you bought Bitcoin below $0.01 in 2009. The truth is that you will never be in the year 2009 again till you die, and Bitcoin will never be below $0.01 again. You just have to focus on today and the future. I am also sure even in future when Bitcoin would have reached a far more higher price hopefully, People will still wish they bought at least in 2018. So therefore, be grateful to whoever introduced you to Bitcoin today, and also accept that you joined cryptocurrency or Bitcoin at a time your creator wanted you to. Make the most of it now.

exactly...
people should now realized that by telling they should have bought bitcoin on the early is not gonna materialize anymore.
we must now all face the present and be courageous in every decisions we make.
who knows that by the year 2020, people will tell that they should have bought back in 2018.

45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to have bitcoin shortage? on: September 05, 2018, 12:38:37 AM
I do not think that bitcoin will be enough if the whole people around the world will going to buy bitcoins. There will be too much shortage on bitcoin supply and this will lead also to have an expensive market price for bitcoin. As we all know that there are billions of people around the world and bitcoin supply is only limited. So meaning to say in the near future there will be a shortage for bitcoin supply and thus will lead to create another dominant coin like having ether as one of the possibilities that it will be the next to bitcoin. As of this moment i am seeing this already closely to happen. What do you think?

the shortage in bitcoin that you are referring to will not materialize.
yes there may only be 21 million bitcoin supply and some of this are gone forever.
but you must also realize that every piece of bitcoin can be divided into fractions.
hat is why if ever the whole world will use it we can still all have a part of it.
0.000000001 bitcoin is still a bitcoin after all.

46  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much the power of news can affect the Bitcoin price? on: September 04, 2018, 11:45:07 PM
Lately I have noticed some good news and bad news about Bitcoin.
Many people think that bad news will make the price of Bitcoin "go down" and good news will make the price of Bitcoin "Rise".
So on this topic I would like to discuss "How much the power of news can affect the Bitcoin price?"
I appreciate your answers and responses.
Thanks   Smiley

like with any other events or topics.
bitcoin can also be greatly affected by news.
especially since there are people who based their judgment on what they hear and see from the news without conducting their own research.
that is why whenever there is a good or bad news for bitcoin prices also sometime corresponds with it.
47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its time to move on, and ignore the BTC !!! on: September 04, 2018, 10:18:15 PM
As for me i will continue to hold on it.
Because i believe that as of today there isnt that much people yet who are engaged on bitcoin.
Holders are just a fraction of the world population.and when the time comes that it will truly be used worldwide then we will also surely see a massive increase on its price.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is cryptocurrency so difficult to understand on: September 04, 2018, 08:50:27 AM
I engaged with young people and layman people in my communities on the quest of exposing them to cryptocurrency. During the period I discovered that they find It so difficult to understand the concepts, they are so much acquainted with fiat currency and traditional ways of making payment transactions.
I will be impress If I can get a valuable ways and methods in making them understand what cryptocurrency is all about and engage them actively.

Learning requires interest.
If the person who wanted to be engaged with cryptocurrwncy is really into it then he/she will be able to understand it faster as compared to those who are here simply because they hear that it may be a good source of income..
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holders being taxed in India on: August 30, 2018, 04:16:29 AM
even though most cryptocurrency users doesn't want to see bitcoin being imposed with taxes i think it will still have a positive effect to the greater good of the community.
one of which is tax will give cryptocurrency a good impression to those who distrust it.
since being imposed with taxes means that governments recognizes the legality of it.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is dangerous.... on: August 30, 2018, 12:21:38 AM
Hello everyone, Today i'd like to share my story.
So in 2017 in sept, I first mined some electroneum coins and they were worth like $200 later, I as a student couldn't afford to buy Bitcoins for trading or holding, So mining did helped me ETN was a good coin, i would mine like 50 a day and it turned 20cents each, I got addicted to crypto and trading but i was scared to trade and lose those 200$ because then i'd have nothing, So from Sept to Nov, i'd just watch graphs and look at coins, Watch videos, try to learn trading and everything and in December i started trading and you guys know what happened at December 2017, But i was prepared so my $200 turned into like $150, still a loss but anyway.
But it went like this and i kept trading and everything, and i was in love with it...... Sadly in my Exams, I failed 3 papers in total 5... Because of Crypto, it takes you away from Real world, So i was disapointed because of it.
Now i trade carelessly without emotions, and i went above $200.. I saw many times and now experience told me its true that trading is 10% skills, 10% luck, 10% patience and 70% emotions....

good luck and enjoy your lives and don't ruin anything.

Edit: I still have high hopes from Crypto and i think this will change my life and i'll be not worrying about Studies later, But like people say "Don't put everything in one Basket" , so always have a backup. Study is my first priority and Bitcoin can be my side struggle and with luck and hard work, i might not have to worry about studies then.

in everything that we do there will always be a risk or dangers involved in it.
that is why it is a must that we must first familiarize ourselves into it by conducting our own researches and studies so that we won't regret the decisions we made.
especially here in cryptocurrency since in involves our finances.
but regardless you must take this as a lesson in order to avoid it from happening again.

 Grin Grin Grin

We really cant blame that guy.
Every one will feel the urge to break even whenever they are on a situation wherein they had just lost a lot of their investments.
Even nowadays investors tends to sell their assets everytime they gained a few percentage of their capital.

this guys became multi millionaires because of their belief in something that isn't very acceptable for some.

53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: INVEST AND DON'T HAVE REGRETS !! on: August 24, 2018, 03:48:05 AM
instead of saying INVEST AND DON'T HAVE REGRETS" i think it will be more appropriate if you will just say:
RESEARCH BEFORE YOU INVEST SO THAT YOU WON'T REGRET.....
due to the fact that there are a lot of investors today that simply joined in cryptocurrency simply because they have the money to spend.
then they will regret that decision in the future.
but by knowing what you have entered into you will also lessen the probability of regretting the decision in the future.
invest what you could lose and base your decisions on well founded facts...
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who controls the crypto market? on: August 23, 2018, 11:32:12 AM
I have been following the crypto scene for the past year and sometimes even though some companies do well their token price drastically goes down and this is the same with btc too. People like john mcafee and roger ver are always talking about how we should get ready for the bullish market but yet the price keeps on decreasing and so i'm asking how and who controls the price. If there is anyone who might be running it?

it would be hard to say that someone or a some group can control the outcome of the cryptocurrency market.
but if ever there are individuals doing this then it would be safe to say that some of them are the early players in the crypto world.
those who have gained bitcoin in the early days and was able to control the urge to sell them all...
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Satoshi wanted the market to grow that much? on: August 23, 2018, 02:08:30 AM
Do you think Satoshi wanted the market to grow that much? So many different companies, ICO's, different opinions etc...

he/they have wanted a worldwide usage of cryptocurrency in order to oppose the fiat currency.
therefore they may have already thought of this kind of things to happen.
a lot of new coins are coming up trying to beat bitcoin on top.
and it doesn't really bothers me as long as they have one goal in mind.
which is to give financial freedom to its users...

56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not respond to FUD threads! on: August 23, 2018, 12:36:34 AM
Guys it's becoming more and more popular to spread fud on this forum, I'm actually slowly finding it difficult to look up a thread of any value at all. The best strategy to combat the people who are intentionally spreading ridiculous comments on how bitcoin will die is not to raise those threads by commenting on them. Let them post it and slip into oblivion by not giving them the visibility they're thriving for. Rather create and comment on threads with reasonable remarks on crypto economy.

FUD's have been there ever since cryptocurrency begun.
and i can''t see any harm in responding to the threads dedicated to create FUD.
it will be better if we will combat it especially there are newbies in cryptocurrency and if they happen to see it then they might believe that what is written in there is true.

57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GOOGLE BANS BITCOIN MINING APPS.ON PLAY STORE on: August 22, 2018, 10:38:36 PM
Googl has always not been friendly of cryptocurrencies in general, latest update is this: Google has placed a ban on mining apps hosted on google play store https://news.bitcoin.com/google-bans-cryptocurrency-mining-apps-from-play-store/?utm_source=Google%20Bans%20Cryptocurrency%20Mining&utm_medium=telegram&utm_campaign=Telegram%20Channel

I am with google on this move.
First of all let us talk about the practicality of using someones mobile phone in mining bitcoin.
As we all know bitcoin mining is getting really hard even for this days most powerful pc's then here comes some mining app thru mobile that will tell you could do it with your phone.
Then along the way theyll ask you for payment in order to further improve the potentials of your mobile miner.
And at the end of the day youll just find out that you were just being scammed.
So much better to put an end to it in order to protect  googles users.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY 99% OF ICO IS SCAM? on: August 22, 2018, 10:25:45 AM
Hi, lads!

There are many ICOs ongoing at present but in 2018 a lot of them is a SCAM. Why does this happen?

I have revealed several issues in the article: https://telegra.ph/WHY-99-of-ICO-is-BULLSHIT-08-21

If there are any other points, It will be interesting to hear your opinions. This is really appreciated.

Thanks, friends!

i do agree that a lot of ICO's nowadays are indeed SCAM....
but not 99% though...
there are more than 1% of them that are truly legit.
and i can vouch for some of those coins as i have been able to earn from them.
but nevertheless everyone must heed to what the link you have given has stated.
they are one of those best ways to protect ourselves from being scammed by those selfish individuals...
59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung is going to accept Bitcoin on: August 22, 2018, 04:56:57 AM
Is this really happening. I think this will be huge support for existing of bitcoin. Recently,I heard that Samsung started to accept Bitcoin on 3 countries. It is said that customers in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, and Kaunas in the countries of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania will be able to purchase Samsung smartphones, tablets, laptops, TV sets, and more with cryptocurrency.

It is truely a welcoming use for all of us cryptocurrency users.
Hopefully this will be the start of new great thing for cryptocurrency community.
And be able to set as an example for worldwide acceptance of bitcoin and other cryptocurrecies too.
60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Digital Gold?? on: August 21, 2018, 10:16:17 PM
After reading a lot of posts made by people on this forum, I realized about 75% of them see Bitcoin as a digital Gold. For me, I don't think Bitcoin is a digital gold. Cryptocurrency or Bitcoin to be precise, was developed to be a safer option for transaction of goods and services and also the best mode of payment. Bitcoin was introduced to disable all the restrictions that banks and the financial system presented. A lot of people have lost huge sums of money because they saw bitcoin as a digital gold. I know others will argue that bitcoin has also made people rich but for me, I don't think it is advisable to consider Bitcoin as a digital gold. Bitcoin is a digital currency.

You are indeed correct upon saying that bicoin was created to be used on day to day transactions.
But we also cant deny the fact that there are a lot of people nowadays who invested on it simply because they see it as a means to accumulate more wealth hence it can be treated as digital gold too.
What we lack right now are services or stores that accepts bitcoin as an echange to their products, there may be some that exist by they are simply not enough.
We need more of them.
