41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are IEO's bad? on: April 30, 2019, 10:38:04 PM
My understanding for IEOs is basically instead of project handling raising funds etc. It will be for an exchange to do so.

An IEO hosted by Yobit or Binance can clearly not be compared. In other words, the exchange gives more credibility to the project regardless of whether it's worth it or not.

Am I the only one who thinks this is actually a bad thing and make people focus on the exchange hosting rather than the actual project and what the team is offering etc.?

That was I'm thinking too many investors are just focus on how they can earn money on IEO or ICO, they didn't look at the project and give some time make a research if thats project was good or not they are just blind on how much income they will have in the end of the day, people just want to have a money and go in the hype and nothing else for them profit is profit.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Limit your participation in IEO on exchanges that you trust on: April 29, 2019, 03:21:32 PM
We are now in an era of IEO, where a lot of investors and traders are looking forward to participating in different IEOs in order to make their profit.

Just as much as we have seen a lot of them succeeded, does not mean it is a totally scam free means of token sale or marketing. Why because, there are some newly lunched exchanges, that have not spent so much time in the crypto space, yet are aspiring and already making moves to conduct IEO.

If you seriously desire to take part in IEO, which is a good move, either as a newbie and as an expert in trading and investment, limit yourself to exchanges that you trust, most especially those you have been using right from time or the top exchanges in the crypto space.
This is not an investment advise, but a warning to safeguard your assets.
Agree newbies must be aware on this, and they must have enough guideline on what is IEO and what are the risk on the IEO if they are going to join them many newbies are just jumping and jumping if they heard a hype then they are going with the flow of it and did't know the risk for it, for the newbies out there you must have awareness on what kind of investment are you going thru.
43  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coin.ph to Binance or Directy buying btc to binance using credit card on: April 29, 2019, 03:18:07 PM
Meron kasing conversion fee and transfer fee ung coin.ph
Cash in kana lang sa coins.ph mo madami naman jan outlet kung saan ka pwede magcash in atlis dun malalaman mo kung pumasok na ba o hindi ang pera mo saka namomonitor mo, tapos pwede na direct php to binance btc nadun na din ag fess isahan na lang pero alam ko medyo matagal ng konte pag nagpasok ka ng pera from php to btc ng binance.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which new token has good potential for the future? on: April 29, 2019, 02:04:15 PM
If someone asks a suggestion about some potential coin, we can tell them very fastly ETH, EOS, ICX, ADA and so on's name. Because right now, the crypto market has many good and reputed altcoins. But after the longtime bear market, do you have any hope for any new token? If yes, then which new token has a good potential in your view? Share with us!
For now I didn't see a potential coin as good as you mention but bnb and xbx was creating a noise, bnb is a good token that used to buy in IEO in binance so that it has a good value and the value increase when they are going to launch IEO and it will became in demand but xbx has a good value now I'm not sure if it was bitex exchange and currently on the hyping stage.
45  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Mag Ingat Sa Mga Facebook Scam on: April 28, 2019, 11:54:23 PM
46  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: A Call For The Mod rickbig41 & Dabs on: April 28, 2019, 11:51:04 PM

47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The price of coins starts in green on: April 24, 2019, 01:02:02 PM

48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would you do to recover your losses? on: April 24, 2019, 12:58:29 PM
You have a long list of altcoin portfolio that have tanked down by 90% since you participated in the ICO.  What was $5000 is now worth $500.  You are at a loss of $4000 and there happen to be an upcoming token sale that is pretty hyped.

You are in desperate need to recover your losses and you plan to invest in that hyped token sale in hope that you can earn 5-10x.  Would you:

1. Pump fresh fiat out of your pocket into the token sale or
2. Trade off the the altcoins you have for BTC/ETH and invest into that hyped token sale.

Share your thoughts.
I've lost a lot of money because my friend told me to hold my coin because I've became a millionare but it was wrong to hold a coin because it gives me a negative portfolio I lost a lot of money when I enter on this crypto world then I realize why I shouldn't trade it so that my money was not just a display in my wallet, I do invest also in some good IEO.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is $25 XLM worth your privacy (identify). on: April 24, 2019, 12:54:15 PM
Speaking about the ongoing stellar airdrop by blockchain.com which started as a fair one but now requires those interested in the airdrop to pass some KYC procedures, I ask, is it worth it? We complain of Facebook, Google etc of stealing our privacy and possible selling them for profit to other companies and praise blockchain of been decentralized yet we're willing to sell our private details to some centralized organization offering services related to the blockchain technology and we think it's safer? I get it that the bear market has affected numerous newbie that came into the market in 2017 but I ask again is just $25 worth your privacy?

I suspect this moved by them as a deliberate attempt to steal users private details (identify), first they made the airdrop looks so simple and easy thereby deceiving numerous customers into believing they would get free $25 after they have trapped their victim, they then introduce kyc to steal their identity.
If I we're them I'm not hoing to give my identity no one knows what are they going to do with our identity specially it was to cheap 25$ for your identity? how about your security are secured after you gave them your full information specially they didn't accept ordinary ID .
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Know when to stop a HODL/HOLD on: April 23, 2019, 11:48:50 PM
Newbies can easily be influenced from what they hear from speculations.. I've read several times people tend to advice to hold long term. because its easy for them to say JUST HOLD cause theyre not the one losing! For me its not all about holding, its being smart about your own invesment know when to stop and cut the losses.

What are your thoughts?
I do hold at the same time doing a trade so that I can gain money and have profit it was the power of hold it was not easy for this time but it was worth it to hold to have a good profit and everyone is waiting for a bull market to come even if the market was start recovering.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do your research before investing in ICOs on: April 23, 2019, 11:45:18 PM
I do research before investing because it was hard to trust some ICO beacuse many of them was not legit they just want to earn money from the investor they are just going to be listed in some cheap exchange and then they are gping to run like there is no tommorrow and they are going to deactivate their account.
52  Local / Pilipinas / Re: It's a bear market. Are you ready to go full time? Ano ang magandang gawin? on: April 23, 2019, 11:41:00 PM
If you consider trading for a living, then you should ask yourself during a bear market when things are in chaos and the atmosphere is filled with fear. Not during times when the fields are green. If you can confidently tell yourself that you'll be alright with utmost certainty, then

YOU

Are

READY!

Legit or not? on: April 23, 2019, 11:37:33 PM

54  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pinoy Miners, Kumusta na? on: April 23, 2019, 11:34:22 PM
56  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: GABAY UPANG MAIWASAN ANG RED TAG MULA SA PAG-PROMOTE NG KILALANG SCAM(FILIPINO) on: April 16, 2019, 11:35:58 PM
57  Local / Pilipinas / Re: bitcoin - nanatili sa $5k level on: April 16, 2019, 11:32:31 PM

58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am done with KYC on: April 15, 2019, 11:57:42 PM
There is one thing I have realized from my experience with KYC for bounties. Almost all the projects I have provided my personal information to them failed to even get listed on exchanges and the project dies off. Surprisingly, those that didn't require KYC paid me and the project is truly developing. My point is, am beginning to think those project requesting hunters to go through KYC are just in for their information to trade and do not have any intentions to develop their crypto project so let's be vigilant about whom we carelessly give our details to, for some peanuts...May God bless our hustle
You must choose a good project if you want to do a kyc, they get your identity on nothing in return money is nothing compare into your safety I think they are going to sell your identity into someone who wants to buy and used it, for now all of them need kyc to know if you didn't have a multiple account it was hard to give your identity someone fake their ID so that they would not risk their thru identity.

We must protect our security than anything because we didn't know where they are going to used our identity it was very risky.

59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile crypto wallet? on: April 15, 2019, 11:47:08 AM
Hello, anyone does have a great and secure mobile crypto wallet that you can suggest?

No Coinomi - As previously it was stated that it is not well secured
Aside from Enjin, Trust wallet

Any others to suggest and why?
Thanks and regards
If you want to store btc I highly recommend JAXX it was a secure wallet.
If you want to store eth then try the MEW they already have a mobile wallet.
Else try the blockchain wallet it was easy to used.
Choosing of wallet is base on what you want to store.
If you have a lot of btc and eth try to use a ledger wallet it was safety and secure.
