It's Thursday now, how long does it take for a response?
Huh

Apologies for that!

I can't answer that honestly without making fun of Neotrix! (I do that way too much already)  Cheesy
BUT, send a copy of one of those emails to support@crypto-trade.com and I promise you a reply!
@Crypto-Trade
After sending an email to support as you suggested
someone emailed me a few hours later asking for my activation link which I immediately emailed back.
Been 5 days since then with no response.
So now 2 weeks since I attempted to register!

I also see another user posted about an activation link problem.

A good question is how much business are you potentially losing ignoring this issue and not taking it seriously??
Why would I invest in Crypto-Trade when a major limitation to dividends is the fact that new users are unable to register with the site?!?!

Please keep the fund going?
I personally bought as a long term investment to diversify my holdings
and would be disappointed by closure after such a short period of time.
Loss is had with the turbulence of the BTC economy
but opportunities are also to be had..

I sent a couple emails to admin@crypto-trade.com,
which is the email linked to on the website.
I'll try support@crypto-trade.com now to see if I can get a response.  Huh
Thank You

On Saturday I tried registering but got an invalid activation attempt.
On Sunday I sent a message through the Crypto-Trade website
and sent a regular email asking for help.
On Monday I sent Neotrix a pm through bitcointalk asking for help.
All short simple polite messages asking for help.
It's Thursday now, how long does it take for a response?
Huh

I'm trying Firmware 0.98.1

Just to check, after installing it the Upgrade page still reports:
Current firmware revision: 0.98

Did they forget to change the version number reported?  Or did I not install it right?

Thanks, sickpig, but still no dice. Tried everything I can think of. It's just plain stuck. Sad

Ideas, anyone?
Try holding the reset button(about 30 sec) until the red led flashes(once very quickly, easy to miss).
Unplug your miner for 30sec and plug back in.
Wait for the green led light to come back on.
Again flush your browser cache and cookies.

Anyone asked to give apostille to mtgox?
Apostille is required to gain Trusted status

Web server down for a moment.  Mining is fine.  No shares lost, as per usual.

Stats will be caught up shortly and I'll put the webserver back online.
Not true. Some miners not connect to eligius, mean Bitfury miners. Did not receive job = 0 Gh/s.
I try different address, config, manual restart. Nothing work. Is a recurrent problem, which I reported and others here. Unfortunately, we received no reply. But if the other pool operates without such problems, I'm not going to continue to suffer.
Finally I get all my miners move to ghash.io and old good Slush as failover.
Thx wizkid for all hard work, but I don't have time still watching the pool alive.

I was having a hell of a time earlier trying to connect using pool url stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334
which I had been using fine for long period of time. Switched it to stratum+tcp://stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334
and now works fine again. Weird..

Hi Joele,

CryptoAVE is parked because the site is being tested and not ready to go live yet.
Rumor is it goes live towards the end of November.

Best Regards,

@Skinnkavaj Thanks, added!

The screenshots of CryptoAve(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=277241.0) look very handsome, so many exchanges look unprofessional and crude. Looking forward to checking them out when they are up and running.

best regards.
bertmod_0_2_1_for_knc_0_94

you have to refresh your browser a few times
before it will display your stats correctly(give about 30 sec between each refresh)

I don't know what planet you are from, but I've never thought it was fun to lose money on an investment I made.

Sell the mining items you have now, and hope some noob is dumb enough to buy them without doing their research.  Kinda like what you did.

timk225 you are not helping anyone here
and are not making yourself look good.

LogicalUnit invested essentially what was probably
a disposable sum of money. In return he's derived
fun doing a hobby, sharing with the community,
supporting the BTC network,
and longterm as far as fiat in/out will make money
if he stays in longterm holding the BTC
that he has mined.

What have you done,
besides point out the obvious
and totally miss the true value
of this experiment/experience?

I have some noob and semi offtopic questions: 1) how do i check a transaction by the txid?; 2) how do i send a transaction with a message in it?
uuuh, copy & paste worked great for me....?

just kidding...
copy the message they give you..
open your wallet
click on recieve tab
highlight your wallet
at bottom choose sign message
paste message into big box
click sign message
copy the signature over to the signature field in eligius
do not hit save for at least 1/2 hour, as the blockchain will need to send out the signature...
it will tell you if signature failed or succeeded then

I already knew how to sign messages. I'm interested in sending a message visible in blockchain.
you are signing the wallet with a message.."signature"...do it same way
problem is..it's encrypted... so dunno

https://blockchain.info/address/1487ThaKjezGA6SiE8fvGcxbgJJu6XWtZp scroll way to the bottom and you will see some messages like: "Public Note: Thank you for the work you do for the community! Get a drink (or two) on me"

Found the way to search for a transaction by txid thx to blockchain.

Am I missing something?  Why is this trading for so far below the last reported NAV/share.  Secondly, I thought there was going to be a back put up at 5% below, or was that a different asset?

the knc pre-order was suspicious since the started, it goes like customer can pay with payal/cc, but delivery date is a bit more than 3 months, which is beyond the refundable period of paypal/cc. A calculated move, I guess.
for CC orders through PayPal you can chargeback the CC for a long time if it is non-delivery.  You will however kiss your paypal account good bye.
In my experience this wasn't true.
I contacted Paypal about a refund with BFL and
they said it was beyond 90 days so they could not do anything,
but they did recommend contacting my credit card company which I did.
My credit card company credited back my card with a little bit of hassle.
Since then I have used my Paypal a bunch of times with no issues or any kind of blowback.

Any possibility there could be an annual audit of the accounting via access to the servers
by one or more trusted members of the community?
If you are in this business long term think of how far this act of goodwill could go?
More people would trust you.
You would be promoting
new standards and accountability
for the BTC economy.
Please seriously consider this?
With MtGox not being transparent about their withdraw issues,
their majority share of the market is potentially vulnerable.
You've already set yourself apart from the other exchanges with
mcxFEEs and interest on deposits.
Transparency would be another highly attractive feature distinguishing you from the competition.
