41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Suggest me some Good Altcoin for longterm Hold on: July 21, 2019, 08:00:40 PM
I have some eth.Everybody know many altcoin price bottom now.Do you recommened to buy Dent ,Waves ,PPT,Strat for longterm Investment.Or suggest me Your best altcoin which is bottom now.

You have made the right choice by holding some amount of ETH. I will advise you to also consider investment in LTC, XRP and EOS. Those coins are also promising and they are indeed long term coin.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A good reason to always DYOR before investing on: July 21, 2019, 07:48:19 PM
It really pains me to see investors complaining about how they lost their hard earned money or savings in a project. But the bitter truth is that most of these people are lazy to do their research and they just get in a project for the promised ROI or because some analyst hyped the project for them.

The main reason why you should consider putting your money in any project (either ICO, IEO or STO) should be because you are totally convinced that the project have an innovative idea with a working product that solves an existing problem (very important) and with a very good and experienced team to lead it to success.

An example is a project I won't mention, a lot of people got into it not because of their personal research but because one analyst ranked it in "Hall of Fame", of which if they had done their research they would have realized it was a ticking time bomb. And it exploded 15 minutes after the tokens were unlocked.

Well, its a good thing to DYOR before investing in any project but there are some planned scam in crypto space that looks very real. Apart the fact that it's good to DYOR  it is also important to understand that ICO investment is all about risk. Some projects can pose to be the best and on the long run they turn out to be pure scam.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your private keys on: July 21, 2019, 06:50:20 PM
For me, I stored my private key both online and offline. My online storage is basically on my phone and google drive. As regards offline storage, I have a paper wallet where all my privates keys are written bold and clear.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trump’s Tweets Causes Cryptocurency Price To Tumble on: July 20, 2019, 09:31:12 PM
Hello... Friends... Is it true Trump’s Tweets Causes Cryptocurrency Price To Tumble? Recently I read the news Trump’s Tweets Causes Cryptocurrency Price To Tumble

Yes, a lot of weak hands panic sold their Cryptos when they saw the tweet by US president. What I can deduce in this is that there are some people in the crypto space that do not really believe in blockchain technology but they only come to become millionaires overnight.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A SHIFT FROM ICO TO IEO on: July 20, 2019, 09:24:51 PM
For sometime now all the upcoming cryptocurrencies are making a paradigm shift in our old ICO format and trying to do IEOs first. I know it's one of the best remedies for them even on this hard times in cryptocurrency markets. I want to know that is this going to help the upcoming coins or not?

Also is it that they want to just make their monies and run away because now they think the easiest way to make people buy their coins is to do an IEO??

Yes, there has been a paradigm shift from the old way of raising fund know as ICO to IEO but I don't really see much difference about this new method. The only difference is that ICOs are being run on project platform while IEO are being organized on exchanges. IEO will surely help the real projects to develop in the future while it will only help the bad ones to scam people and run away with their money.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: stablecoin on: July 20, 2019, 09:20:02 PM
What is a reliable stablecoin?

I doubt if their is any 100% reliable stablecoin because even the most used stablecoin know as Tether is not 100% reliable because there has been a lot of criticisms about the manipulations of Tether. I just think the only important of stablecoin is that it helps traders to safe value from huge dump.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best time for promoting bounty projects on: July 20, 2019, 09:12:04 PM
The best time to promote bounties are on altcoins season ,if you are tired of one delay after the other just quit till altcoins season returns ,this is the reason why 2017 was the best year for bounty hunters

If I really understand your concern here, you are actually addressing bounty hunters here. I don't think the best thing is to quit bounty work now because there are still some good bounties out there. It is just the duty of the bounty hunter to do due diligence before starting any bounty task.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking to invest in a couple alts.. on: July 20, 2019, 08:57:18 PM
Hi,
I've got a small bit of money to invest with. I trade these days. But it'd give me peace of mind knowing I'm also holding a bit.

I'm thinking of going with Ethereum. maybe 50% ETH / 50% BTC
Are there any of the top10 altcoins that are currently a better buy than ETH?

The decision to buy bitcoin and Ethereum is good enough but it will be advisable to diversify investment by trying out coins in the top 10 according to CMC. Cryptos like EOS, TRX, XRP and LTC are also good for long term investment.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Vs KuCoin on: July 20, 2019, 08:52:10 PM
Both Kucoin and Binance are great in terms of its user friendly interfere. The UI of the two exchanges look alike but I think the only area of difference is the area of trading volume, binance exchange has more trading volume than Kucoin.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Union Bank to released "Stable Coin" on: July 19, 2019, 10:22:01 PM
The truth is that banks are actually interested in blockchain and cryptocurrency. I am not surprised to see that union bank in Philippines has come out to talk about its stablecoin. There are lot of major banks in Asia that has adopted blockchain technology for a while now. Its indeed a good for for crypto space and I hope we have more of this in coming years.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your Goals in regards to cryptocurrency? on: July 19, 2019, 10:04:08 PM
My goal in Crypto space is to serve as an evangelist of blockchain technology. Blockchain technology is great and its indeed a revolution we all need. Therefore my goal is to sensitize people about the technology and they ways it will be relevant in their day to day activities.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A way to dump without having a huge impact of value on: July 19, 2019, 09:55:15 PM
If dumpers can dump coins and tokens in a reasonable way it won't affect the value much , lose in value when dumping happens if a dumper dumps huge amount of the token at once , this is a wrong way to dump coins, this is why till date some devs put locks on their tokens ,some even release percent by percent on term basis just to avoid huge dump.

The best way to dump is not to dump in an instant or a whole at once

Its actually not possible to stop anyone or control the way people dump coins. I think most people dump their coins based on their perception about a particular project. If a project have good future then people won't dump it but if the future is shady then investors don't even care to dump at loss.

56  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Scams are a global issue on: July 14, 2019, 09:26:22 PM
Now that crypto is allowing us to transact globally I am questioning if we are going  to start to see more scams happen between countries. Do we need more compliance companies to step in to help major scams and illegal trafficking?

Full report: https://ciphertrace.com/articles/q1-2019-cryptocurrency-anti-money-laundering-report/

Yes, we need compliance companies to step into the game in order to keep watch on the perpetrators of evil in crypto space. Anti theft and anti money laundering compliance companies need to come to the centre of crypto so as to stop scam. I think without these companies then we can't sleep with two eye closed in crypto space.
57  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: About Merit on: July 14, 2019, 09:02:55 PM
Hello All,

I just want to ak all of you about Merit..

why to get merit is so difficult?
Let alone 100 merit, just 1 - 10 merit is very difficult.

Last i ask all you, can you give me merit? i just wanna breakthrough from this newbie rank.
Thank you for your kindness.

This sounds funny. Merit is a very difficult thing to get on bitcointalk, when the merit system started, I thought it will be easy to get it by just posting something robust on this thread but later I realized that posting good comment doesn't guarantee merit at all. I think the only way to get merit is simply through free will by the merit givers.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware of shlling on: July 14, 2019, 08:59:19 PM
People are shilling some stupid coin around, they are saying this coin is good, bla bla bla. Don't invest just because people saying it is good or don't get into a coin just because it was hyped recently. Better do your own research with all information and only then decide what to do.

This is actually not new in crypto space because a lot of pump and dump groups are everywhere and they are always on this thread to shill the most shitty coin so as to pump it and later dump it on the innocent ones. Its very important to be very careful because that's their work and they will not stop anytime soon.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to fill bag with altcoin on: July 14, 2019, 08:02:00 PM
The price of altcoins are technically at the bottom now and most of the altcoins have gone minus 80% of what was their price during the last bullrun. Therefore this is actually the best time to fill bag with altcoins because the altcoins bullrun may come at anytime.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of IEOs? on: July 14, 2019, 07:55:56 PM
Every exchanges are trying to start IEO Launchpad services some successful like Binance, Kucoin and Huobi.
I heard few IEO Launchpads are scams like P2pB2B, ExMarkets and IDAX what  do you think guys which are good and scam IEO sites?

Investors must be very careful when it comes to IEO investment because some shitty projects are around the corner and they launch their IEO on non recognized exchanges, some of them even run IEO on decentralized exchanges. Its important to participate in IEO on reputable exchanges and not just any how exchange.
