41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this the end of the bull market of crypto? on: May 16, 2021, 04:02:00 PM
No one can tell you for sure but on my personal analysis of the charts, I don't think the crash is happening at the moment. Lower plateau on chart generally means more people are buying and holding. For a market to crash, the rise should be followed by sudden fall. But again that's just my personal analysis and I'm neither and expert nor the market always follows the pattern.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC moves sideways , but BSC looks ready for moon soon on: May 16, 2021, 06:05:57 AM
Binance smart chain is hit hard by the recent news of US regulators hunting for Binance. When the US regulators are after you, you need to pay a hefty sum to get their protection. With so much success with Binance, this was ought to come. I hope the binance have well thought about it and filled their bribe wallet for such scenario and the issues between them would settle soon. This could be a good chance to buy BNB for cheap.
43  Other / Politics & Society / Re: RELIGION IT'S POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE IMPACT ON SOCIETY on: May 16, 2021, 05:36:23 AM
Religion were a way to keep peace and harmony in society when there were no rules or way to implement them. Clinging to imaginary gods created 1000s of years ago is so wrong. I still respect religion as a culture but there are many things that easily prove there exists no such god as assumed by many popular religion.

1. If there is god, what is it doing when the world is suffering from pain and injustice, what's the use of such helpless god who can't even do justice for it's followers?
2. If the god is powerful and above all of us, if it loves all of its sons and daughters, why does it ask to pray for it? Is god just another corrupt bureaucrat who just wants to listen people praising it? Why does it asks you to make other compel to follow it like a underworld gang (true for some religion)?

Even if there's a powerful and intelligent god, I'm quite sure it would be merciful enough to forgive and love every of it's children even though they question it's existence and whether they bribe it with prayers, chants, foods and offerings or not. The only way to pray to god would be with good actions, compassion and love.

44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Or Invest ? on: May 15, 2021, 11:41:28 PM
Depends on your preference and how much time you can give for learning and working. Trading is a strategy that gets perfect with experience.
And Investing is a part of Trading. You need to have an investment even if you are into trading. Stick to investment only if you can't give time to crypto.
A investment without trading would be dull too. You are going to trade it eventually but it would be better if you could learn from the market and be indulged in active trading wherever possible.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase wallet vs Meta Mask wallet on: May 15, 2021, 03:05:43 PM
It depends on your use. Most of the sites and dapps and dex accepts Metamask while there are only a few sites that exclusively supports coinbase. Though that is increasing. In my experience coinbase is easier to use and you can just import onto each other through private keys. So, mostly about what GUI you prefer most of the time.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Kaleido (KAL) where to buy ? on: May 15, 2021, 01:19:49 PM
I looked about the project and it seems to be active on github. It's a mineable coin exclusively a POS through node. Most of the documents are in Chinese so a native Chinese user may tell more about it. It doesn't seem to be listed on any exchanges and probably it's still the testing network. They would need to list it somewhere or airdrop somehow before enabling a POS only scheme.

47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the collapse of the media mean the collapse of cryptocurrency? on: May 15, 2021, 10:17:37 AM
No. Crypto was flourishing even without the media and with a little help of them, crypto is already mainstream and crypto is in no way dependent on media. Media lately has been involved the same way they are involved in stock markets, creating FUDs and FOMOs. But crypto is totally dependent on internet, more than the media itself. It's internet whose collapse may lead to collapse of cryptocurrency.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hoge finance on: May 14, 2021, 03:02:19 PM
The season of such deflationary and rewarding tokens are back again. They were too active during last bull run but as always they don't work.
It's not the supply of token that determines it's price and future but it's use and useability. Look at every of those deflationary coins and they have all gone to worthless. Don't fall for such useless project.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SAFEDOG is new Dogecoin! on: May 14, 2021, 01:32:00 PM
It's not even close the coin Shiba Inu. It's just another scam attempt and people should stay away from it.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin Jumps 22% as Elon Musk Hints at Improving Network’s Transaction Efficie on: May 14, 2021, 09:25:29 AM
Still much lower than what I bought it for. But I'm just going to wait. There were and will be many such statements that would try to influence the crypto market but overtime, almost all of the popular crypto currencies has broken their all time high to create a new one. Though I have to admit I bought Doge on the bad time. Would be selling it for CP as soon as it hits.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk supporting greener crypto on: May 13, 2021, 03:30:09 PM
Tesla is all about electric cars and electric revolution is all about saving the environment through decrease of fossil fuel use and efficient use of electricity. Bitcoin is not an efficient use of electricity at least for current times when most of the electricity produced are still through fossil fuel. But the only criticism of Musk is why didn't he realized a one and a half month ago. Why did they come up with a plan to take bitcoin as payment and after 49 days realized it's not green?
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins and Blacklists on: May 13, 2021, 02:47:09 PM
This have been discussed about a lot in the forum. It's their coin with their rules, if you are not okay with it, you shouldn't use.
While the instances of user wallet being blocked with tokens in their is a rare occurrence, even in USDT, they are done for the interest of law enforcement agencies. Specially the US law enforcement. They need to do that for them to be doing business in US. Tether have released statement claiming those frozen accounts are of hackers or money launderers.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You Want Tesla To Accept Doge? on: May 13, 2021, 01:12:35 PM
With Tesla backing off of bitcoin payment citing energy hungry mining, I don't think Dogecoin would fit in as it is another one of the highest energy consuming network. Even though Elon Musk might be the godfather of Dogecoin, he won't be foolish to throw away bitcoin and add doge. They might be looking for some POS coins or stable rather than hardware mineable coins.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Convert tokens to prominent currencies than holding them forever on: May 13, 2021, 09:00:05 AM
The problem with conversion in and out is you never know the high and low point of a coin price. It's a very difficult task to predict the time to get in and get out of a coin. The general idea is buy when it's rising and sell when it's falling. You can't wait for it to fall and sell so you need to have orders for higher sell and a stop loss if you are actively trading a token you are not quite sure about.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: End of memecoin season by Vitalik Buterin or not? on: May 13, 2021, 07:14:30 AM
That's so stupid of a Charity to not use the funds sent to the charity. Vitalik did the right job here, you should not send someone 50% of your supply and expect them not to spend it. I just wish he would have exchanged it to some other coins before sending to the Charity and should have donated more than keeping it with himself. But it's his coin and he can do anything with it.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum on the rise: Sell or HODL? on: May 12, 2021, 05:40:12 PM
The growth of Ethereum has been much more than that of bitcoin. They have good reasons of growth beyond 3K but I don't see how it could sustain above 4K. The transaction fees were decreasedd and scalability of network was increased with last updates but again with higher transaction due to the pump, the network is near unuseable at the moment. This wont happen for long, the network would balance the price.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Listing coin in a big exchange ask for a refundable security deposit? on: May 12, 2021, 04:08:12 PM
What medium were you talking through and did you verified the communication channel? It's not a new thing for big exchanges to ask for a security deposit but that comes with a written contract of both the parties. You don't have to send anything unless its well written in your contract.
The official contacts for communication relating to listing a coin in Bithumb is listing@bithumb.pro
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Feedback -- Computing Token? on: May 12, 2021, 05:07:20 AM
There are already some centralized business that are doing this. If they can, a blockhain would effectively and efficiently do it. With the overall increase in network speed and current short supply of graphics card, a coin at the moment could be an instant success. But the execution should be near perfect as computing is a resource hungry process and the providers would want instant reward for their dedication.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you expect? on: May 11, 2021, 06:21:32 PM
Doge coin sinks after Elon Musk called it's a hustle on SNL, honestly people this shows that many invested on crypto for unknown reasons but to put trust in Elon Musk? Seriously millionaires and billionaires will only out their money on something that will give them more money, it's a always a side hustle for them, sigh I don't know what you people are thinking

Dogecoin is a cool coin, a meme coin and Elon was making some fun twitts about himself and the coin.
I don't think Elon Musk ever said buy Dogecoin, it would make you rich. Elon Musk has been known to put twitts about crypto and they don't just include Dogecoin. He is a crypto enthusiast and AFAIK has talked about Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin in his twitts.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHIBA INU in 2014? on: May 11, 2021, 04:24:37 PM
Shiba Inu is not a random trademark company name. Shiba Inu is the dog breed from Japan. Its the same breed of dog that's featured in the logo or icon of Dogecoin. Dogecoin started as a meme coin with dog as a symbol and that inscription means it's the favorite coin of Shiba Inu dog breed and has nothing to do with another shitcoin taking Shiba Inu as their name.
