we know lately a few exchange face some problem, security, withdraw and support are the most trader complain. ex like mercatox problem with 5% from supply xrb locked in there, can't send out, not include too much maintenance. phising site also the problem. Can stex exchange minimalize all this problem?

I asked that question earlier on telegram channel, and they said it is possible later in development. But if you need the safest way to keep STE tokens, you should store them on some hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor or on paper wallet. Thank you. i currently have a Trezor however, I'm hesitate to move now as there have been issues with others moving their STE tokens. I was apart of the Presale and do not want to lose my rights as an early holder. I'd like the idea of STeX coming out with a STeX Wallet that all tokens are moved to by the Company and that way STeX can monitor their core holders with ease. I've seen this with some other companies who pay holders dividends on coins. they put their tokens on a company Wallet and that way it's more secure. it's a thought for the STeX team to create before becoming live. thanks I really don't understand your opinion, the most secure possibility to secure your funds is a hardware wallet, in your case the Trezor (Great device btw, like my Ledger Nano S). Why should you ever send your coins to a software wallet just because it's from the company you have them from. A software wallet is much more unsecure, as an example: Parity had HUGE bugs two times, funds of their users were gone, unable to restore. Electrum wallet had a security bug just a few days ago. Just because the software wallet is from the company you have the coins from, they are not able to restore your coins if they get stolen. You should really think about this, in my opinion there is absolutely no need to put energy in programming a software wallet, because there are really great tools already available, Myetherwallet in combination with Leger/Trezor is working awesome. I do agree with you. In my case I was in Presale before I had a Tezor wallet. all my cryptos are stored now on that wallet. STE tokens are not there. what I'm inquiring about is if STeX Team will have a way to move our tokens to STeX wallet site for monitoring for payments and for me would have added security? I dont want to lose the extra benefits by moving out on my current address. I believe STeX had talked about creating a wallet for ICO holders (presale or regular ICO Members) for accountability but I maybe wrong. I just would like STeX team to offer their input. We dedicated some funds from the ICO to the liquidity pool creation plus we have smart HFT technology to deal with such issues. The key advantage of this project is the ability to provide better liquidity and we have different systems in place to do this. PLease note that STeX can collect liquidity from other exchanges, as well. Read about it earlier, but is the liquidity pool already created for testing purpose? If so can we get a more details about it? The ICO is postponed till the alpha release of the platform, wich is scheduled to March, 2018. No exact date is set so far. ICO has no Soft Cap and 40,000,000 STE are available for sale. There is a point of 30,000,000 STE distributed, above wich the rest can be burned after the end of the ICO. If the amount of 30,000,000 STE will not be reached, the rest of the tokens will be transfered after the ICO to the new smart contract to be sold on the demand with automatically increasing price. This system allows the project to collect neccesary amount of the operational funds and to create sufficient liquidity pool.

Because right now the project is under the radar, and some attention would be good, if we want to reach that amount of ETH (which is $1000 atm and still rising). 19m has been already distributed, so we need to distribute just 11m STE, about 25,000 ETH. We are preparing marketing campaign right now and will launch it this month. What will you to the excess coin? Will you burn it after the tokensale? With absolute freedom of the STEX, how users will be defended from scamers or other variations of honestless people\actions?
Scammers are not attaking STeX and we can do nothing to protect people from loosing their money if they want to. If someone do not have common sense, he is an easy target for a scam. It's a personal responsibility of each user. We will provide educational videos and documents, but very few people are willing to learn. This is the reality of the modern world. |

Etherdelta hacked few weeks ago and some traders was disappointed to that scenario even I. How will you prevent being hacked? Is your crypto-security enough to prevent online attacks? By the way, I already read the whitepaper of Stex and its nice to see that there will be a future trading site that supports all coins.

Regarding security, do you consider making some audits before the launch? I know Hacken is doing those audits with some exchanges right now, so you could make a deal.
Hacken will be online only months after STeX launch. So, there might be a bounty for security holes, but not on Hacken as it is not ready yet. |

Another question I have is about the amount of users STeX will be able to handle. I know it will scale Horizontally, but still curious if there is a theoretical limit since Binance recently posted about having 250k sign ups in 1 day. I can imagine 1 million + concurrent traders using their exchange and was wondering if STeX will be able to handle way more with no lag
The system can be scaled without practical limit. Even 1b users can use STeX without problems with the core, however, it will be very challenging for the support dept and in/out transactions. |

When you are using exchange, all transactions are on it's own infrastructure, without blockchain involved. Only when you deposit/withdraw funds the blockchain network is used. |

Sososo, I have a few questions for the STeX team aka Dividend Aristocrats regarding this hundred percent publicly owned crypto exchange providing hundred percent dividend distribution among STE token holders.
Let's start with probably the biggest problem in crypto today; Traffic overload. Crypto is getting so popular nowadays that bigger exchanges are not able to handle the traffic. Exchanges like Binance and Bittrex are currently not accepting new signups for this very reason.
How will STeX Exchange be able to handle LARGE amounts of traffic?
STeX project was launched because we predicted such problems with the old exchanges, and technically STeX will be able to serve as many users as we need, because of the horizontal scalling in the system.
