If a company is raising funds to develop the token with a promise to distribute tokens to investors in the future, then it is conducting a token presale and not an ICO. The problem is if a company is conducting a token presale, it will possibly be seen as selling securities under the US Howey Test and run into various SEC securities restrictions and potentially costly security registration and/or reporting requirements.

Autolove. 11% available on first week of the crowdsale - so up till Friday 24th of November. Aftert that no bonus. Yes, you receive the tokens on your wallet immediately after sending the ETH. Use only ERC20 compatible wallets e.g. MyEtherWallet (MEW). Do not use an exchange wallet. If you use, the tokens go to the exchange - not you. Those wallets are not individual wallets. |

This is really strange, my believe was that by now the ICO would have been close to the hard cap, this is one of the best ICO currently if not the best and investors seems to be ignoring it, what a big steal for we investors if it end with low marketcap
For many people it may not be very clear, what Spectre does and what it is going to change. Only traders understand it at the first sight. Investors, when they understand and realize what prospects Spectre really has ahead may come later. Spectre has not been so long in publicity, and the word needs more time to really spread widely. |

Are there country restrictions for joining IСO?
Yes there are. Citizens of USA, Singapore and China are unfortunately not allowed to participate in this ICO. They can later buy/sell at the various exchanges. Those exchanges will be announced after the ICO is over - say mid December. So for citizens from restrictions country still have opportunity to buy this coin. Although buy in exchange but i think the price will not far from ico price, except this coin listed in big exchange Yes, Fajarkus. It remains to be seen. But the prices fluctuate in exchanges, so one can watch for a good dip to buy. |

It's totally up to you which tokens you choose, you can choose either D-tokens, which distribute dividends or you can choose U-tokens, which give a trader more favourable features, when trading on the platform. Or you can choose both - say 60/40 - as you wish. Remember - it is a trading platform, and you use ETH when trading the instruments. You do not use U- or D-tokens for trading. You can trade on the platform even if you do not have tokens of Spectre at all. It's a free trading platform to anybody. |

I just wanted to say thanks to the spectre team for answering queries I have in a short timeframe. Great to know the team cares.
Nice kind words but that's what we should expect from all of these companies. Responsiveness and customer service is a core tenet of success. Any company that can't execute this doesn't deserve any investment funds. Nice kind words, and so true! Spectre's helpfull and friendly attitude towards interested investors helped it to collect $7mill. in pre-sale - despite its negligence to allow whales to interfere by contributing $7million, despite its short appearance in publicity. Hats off for that achievement! |

No difference. 1 ETH=2000 tokens and 1 ETH is the minimum. Mainsale starts on Nov 17, and during the first week you will get a bonus of 11%. After that no bonus.

If Spectre fails to obtain the regulatory compliance they are seeking to achieve between Q2 and Q4 2018, how will this impact the current financial forecasts?
It would have a negative impact on the financial forecasts but regulatory licensing is a routine matter. Here is a quote from Kay, the CEO of SpectreAI, from telegram a few days ago regarding the same question: "Sure. Who ever is concerned about "regulatory license acquisition" please ask them what about the entire brokerage industry and how they obtain licenses. What we are trying to obtain isn't something that is unheard of - its very run of the mill. Not, what we are not going for is an investment advice and asset management license as we are not managing client funds. Although funnily enough our legal team has asked us to go ahead and get a hedge fund license as well" Hopefully that answers your question. How much of a negative impact? 30%, 50%, 70% drop in revenue? This really needs to be quantified. Still waiting for a response to this question guys... That remains for you to estimate. Nobody knows that for sure. |
