Are there country restrictions for joining ICO?

Yes there are. Citizens of USA, Singapore and China are unfortunately not allowed to participate in this ICO.
They can later buy/sell at the various exchanges.  Those exchanges will be announced after the ICO is over - say mid December.

So for citizens from restrictions country still have opportunity to buy this coin. Although buy in exchange but i think the price will not far from ico price, except this coin listed in big exchange
