41  Other / Meta / Re: Merit System hits me hard. on: February 06, 2018, 01:42:24 PM
That's that catch if this newly implemented merit system. Unlucky for some who are nearly to rank up to next level. However, this merit system really needs to be implemented to clean up and prevent this forum from being filled with useless posts.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Low prices, are you excited about the situation? on: February 06, 2018, 12:58:37 PM
Actually Im a bit worried with the continuous price drop of bitcoin. I have a little amount in my wallet and I worked hard for it, Im about to convert it to fiat last week but I found the rate low, I assumed that in the following days it will increase but I was wrong. Now it's getting even lower so I guess I'll rather keep it in my wallet and hope for good things to turn out.
43  Economy / Speculation / Re: Fear not,bitcoin will rebounce on: February 06, 2018, 11:08:00 AM
I agree that bitcoin will rebounce just think of what is bitcoin started. It starts at a low value, as time goes by we've seen its characteristic in terms of value form high to low and rebounce then turn again at low value. Dont be panic have patience and believe that bitcoin will increase its value. For now, its the right time to buy at a low price then if the value will increase then thats the time you can sell it.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is bitcoin over? on: February 06, 2018, 03:45:42 AM
I think its not over yet i know that bitcoin will increase its value.Maybe because of some countries had banned the bitcoon. But for now although it is risky you can invest now as long as the price is low. Believe and have patience bitcoin will increase its value because some countries are still using bitcoin in their transacstion
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: king of all coins on: February 05, 2018, 10:26:59 AM
Many alternative coins have been emergintin cryptoworld but I don't think any of this could replace bitcoin. Despite of its decreasing vlue lately bitcoin for me is the leading coin in terms of market coverage and the highest value attained. Also, it is the basis of altcoin so it will always be the one on the top.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Virtual currency in China was banned. on: February 04, 2018, 05:19:00 PM
Its because they scared of unpredictable value of bitcoin if you monitored the value in the past few months we saw that its quite falling. And because of that they conclude that unregulated markets could pose major financial risks that why they ban bitcoin and according to the news the government said that china was looking into issuing its own sovereign digital currency.
47  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Should we pay taxes on Bitcoin? on: February 04, 2018, 12:17:43 PM
If the government require us to do so then why avoid it. It is everyone's social obligation to pay taxes. Here in my country, there is no regulation about bitcoin being taxed, so we just pay it forward when we convert it to fiat and when we buy things or services.
48  Economy / Economics / Re: Those who have invested in bitcoin when it was 18k-20k$ on: February 04, 2018, 09:11:38 AM
Tell your friend to keep on holding the coins, bitcoin have been into price dip countless times yet still manage to recover from it. He can also opt to buy altcoins like ethereum, however it's also experiencing price drop right now. But just to cut some loses its another alternative.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe in ICO Ratings? on: February 03, 2018, 06:25:48 AM
ICO ratings provided by some sites are good for reference but we still have to make our own research and trust our own self judgment on projects if its worth investing for and putting our hard earned money.
50  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency or ICO Ban in Facebook? on: February 03, 2018, 12:12:33 AM
I think this act of Facebook management have brought negative impression to crypto users, this also had affect the price drop of bitcoin. But as what I've read Facebook bans only the btc ads but the fan page related to btc are still active and can be accessed.
51  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Trading or Online betting? 2k Usd budget. on: February 02, 2018, 11:39:55 AM
Between the two choices I suggest you pick trading. In gambling/betting,  you don't have assurance of winning no matter what strategy you have, you wouldn't know your luck there. But in trading you cane earn day by day jusy learn the movement of th crypto then you will have sire earnings even in a little amount.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A possibility to travel without your wallet (just with Bitcoins)? on: February 02, 2018, 09:24:28 AM
Yes it is possible if this happen I think its the greatest achivement of bitcoin to fully implemented and adaptation of the use of digital currency all over the world. But for now many countries had banned the bitcoin if your going to travel make sure that all means for transportation were accept bitcoin for payments.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DO and DON'T in your bitcoin on: February 02, 2018, 12:06:35 AM
What ever account you have specially in bitcoin you have to protect your account ,credentials is very important.Used alphanumeric characters so that its not easily to hack. Also you to do some research about bitcoin to have enough knowledge about it and be patient .Do not trade or sell bitcoin to entrusted people because what if it is scam you might lose what ever you have.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin pose a threat to banks? on: February 01, 2018, 06:51:59 PM
I think yes because it is possible to decrease their depositors. To be able to invest they can withdraw their savings on the bank then invest in bitcoin. Because bank interest is not as higher of what we are thinking Number of transactions and charges also decrease interms of remittance because Bitocoin is capable of exchage and trading.
55  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin, how far it can go! on: February 01, 2018, 03:37:56 PM
I believe that bitcoin will still operate because more countries are adopting it and used in business transaction even some of other countries had banned bitcoin.I think the government will enter in the world of bitcoin and compulsary the companies who use bitcoin in their business  will pay taxes.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why China is always bad news for bitcoin? on: February 01, 2018, 12:00:11 PM
Based on the reports and articles china's Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), which has become a popular method for blockchain projects to quickly raise funds are being shutdown. Also the two major Bitcoin exchanges, OKCoin and ViaBTC are reportedly will end up to closing. The china's quasi-official reason for the hammer dropping is to protect Chinese citizens from financial fraud. In addition China’s economy is suffering. There are rumors flying that the government will devalue the yuan.Thats the reason why china is always been bad news in bitcoin.
57  Other / Meta / Re: Merit working as it was intended or not? on: January 31, 2018, 10:50:26 AM
I think it's still too early to tell if this new system works for its purpose. People with multiple account can manipulate to send from their account 1 to account 2, as there is still no rule regarding that. But as for me, this motivates me to post a constructive one.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guys what you think will happen if many countries ban Bitcoin ??? on: January 31, 2018, 07:14:49 AM
I think if it will happen bitcoin will slowdown its rate because of the demand and supply.Based on the article I have read the cause of banning bitcoin is  because some people are using bitcoin in illegal transacstion. But i hope more countries will understand the good thing and benefits from bitcoin if its happen i think its rate will be increase.
59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now - should or not? on: January 31, 2018, 01:56:18 AM
For me it depends on the capacity of investor if he a source of fund to invest why not. Also he has to consider the backgroud and must have a knowledge of what company or product he want to invest. Those informations are factors in his decision making.
