I would not agree with all of your statments:
DON'T buy bitcoins online : where else would you buy if not online? I see it even safer than to meet up with strangers across town to exchange fiat and bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. Most of us use online exchanges for this.
DON'T reuse your wallet addresses: Well some people find it convinient, like me to use same address multiple times. It could be privacy concearn but nothing else if you know and understand how to keep your private keys secure.
