41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal to leave Libra on: October 13, 2019, 06:54:10 AM
This is very bad news for the Libra project. Paypal is definitely the main and most important partner for Libra because they have to link with paypal so customers can pay easier.
If there is an official announcement about this, I think Mastercard will leave as well and Libra will officially end. There are no more big projects in 2020.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What makes you still join the bounty campaigns? on: October 13, 2019, 06:40:17 AM
I really just want to take part in pre-existing campaigns and be able to pay us for a fixed amount. such as projects already listed on CMC or exchanges, or potentially affordable.
These are my prerequisites for participating in any campaign. I want to secure my efforts and wages.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Libra Fork - OpenLibra - how does it sounds? on: October 13, 2019, 06:31:12 AM
New Libra Fork Will Create Permissionless Stablecoin Free of Corporate Control

Thirty different blockchain companies and nonprofit organizations plan to fork the Facebook-led Libra crypto project to build their own permissionless version, dubbed OpenLibra.

i read it on CoinDesk

what do you guys think about it??

i think that libra is an important project cuz it will bring a lot of new users into the space
and open libra is a good alternative for those (like me) who dont trust facebook at all
and i think that OpenLibra will face less problems with the LAW and SEC, since it has completely different business model..
Yes, it is an absolutely wonderful idea. and i think it should be a small scale before reaching out to facebook users. Meanwhile, SEC will be easier to accept this type of business.
OpenLibra will be a great business but will not be as world-class as Libra, after all, it will also be a success if it is launched smoothly.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bad developers have tarnished ICO! on: October 13, 2019, 06:15:33 AM
We should also sympathize with them. all of them are just start ups and they lack a lot of experience. That is why investing in a project takes a lot of analysis and time for it.
But the current situation of ICO projects is reflecting the figures of the world. that's 90% of start ups fail and projects in the crypto market are no exception. so we should be really serious about investing.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Worthy to invest in Grin on: October 12, 2019, 06:53:03 AM
Grin is a new coin and I have heard a lot about it. Bitcointalk forum admin has started to accept grin as a payment method. Is it worthy to invest in grin now? The current price is $4.50 or something like that. What do you think? Will it increase or decrease more?
Up or down depends on the market. Our market is very bad and Grin prices may continue to fall. We don't know for sure what will happen, but Grin has a good community and many genuine investors. Hope they will not be affected too much by the bear market.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Telegram (GRAM tokens) to be live in few weeks on: October 12, 2019, 06:31:21 AM
I think GRAM will not get high prices. there are so many bad conditions that its price drops compared to the price of IEO or ICO. The bear market is still there and these days bitcoin is heavily traded, which is a sign of the dump in the coming days.
The market is still not growing, GRAM being launched these days will make its value drop like HBAR.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will Boom ! on: October 12, 2019, 06:06:48 AM
We don't need to mention technology or good news anymore. because sharks have been adjusting the price of the market. The value of ETH is now pretty much lower than ATH but I still believe that some day the sharks will pump the prices of these altcoins.
ETH will be a good refuge for holders like us. Please have a positive faith and patience, success will come.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SC good to invest ? on: October 12, 2019, 06:03:05 AM
hi guys
do u think SC (Sia coin) good to invest at 20 sat ?
https://www.binance.com/en/trade/SC_BTC
SC is definitely one of the good altcoins but is underestimated. Bear market has made the altcoins almost dead and no longer active activities.
But no matter what, bull trembling will come and Siacoin will be one of the altcoins that bring huge profits to those who hold it from now on. I encourage you to buy it now and continue with DCA if the price falls to 15sts.
49  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Bring change into Africa? on: October 06, 2019, 05:17:50 AM
The  nature of Africa was decentralization! Africa was unite and great until  colonial masters began to centralize  everything. Now  all the resources is control by the  western world.  Now that the world is changing and  blockchain is bring back  decentralization to the world would Africa get  their  power back?
You should remember that blockchain is a tool to manage and process peer-to-peer transactions. It's not a valuable asset that can make Africa rich again. Africa needs better resources and living conditions to develop, instead of just focusing on blockchain technology, it will not help when Africa has no goods to trade.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Build a Bank Of Bitcoin on: October 05, 2019, 05:42:57 AM
if i build a bank of bitcoin that operating like a traditional fiat money bank when people can save the money and get interest for their saving and also people can get a loan from my bank but the fiat money is change for bitcoin, the question is would you guys trust me to save your bitcoin on my bitcoin bank that i want to build ?
No, I do not trust any banks that use bitcoin as their primary currency. because bitcoin is volatile everyday and worse volatility is more than good. Besides, banks not only trade or lend capital to get profits, they also have to buy government bonds and safe bonds to have money and maintain the operation of the business. I think you need to have a better understanding of how the bank works to open it.
51  Economy / Economics / Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars? on: October 05, 2019, 05:07:44 AM
Looking back at 2017 and 2018, one thing became clear and that is the never die attitude of the true Bitcoin investor/user. We are as stubborn and tough as a Honey Badger and we fight to the bitter end.

Ask yourself if any other disruptive technology like Bitcoin would have survived this long, bearing in mind that we are being attacked and challenged from all sides. <Governments and Banks and competitor coins>  Huh

We took these challenges like scaling and we ran with it and our developers came up with a novel solution <Lightning Network> and now we are getting back up and running with that.

Let's wake the Honey Badger within us and continue the fight to Bitcoin to Mars!  Wink
In fact, we're not being attacked by governments or banks, we're being hurt by bitcoin pumpers. Those are stinky manipulation organizations. Although the government and banks are taking a series of suspicious actions on blockchain, the manipulators directly impact the price, causing many people to lose heavy capital in trading.
I think this market is controlled. and whether or not Mars is manipulated by organizations.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LiteCoin or ETHEREUM? Best Investment option. on: October 04, 2019, 03:48:26 AM
After Bitcoin, LiteCoin & ETHEREUM made my shortlist for an investment option.

ETHEREUM - My Main concern is Supply is a little bit high & Price is already over $150 which is -1 point against LiteCoin.

LiteCoin - supply is less than 64M & price well under $70.

Which one you would choose for long term invest & Why?

Although the value of ETH is still quite high compared to Litecoin, I still choose ETH. because ETH's industry is different from Litecoin's and ethereum's are platforms that have a strong influence on the community. Its scale amuses me and believes that in the future, they can do everything with advanced blockchain technology.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My Alt Portfolio on: October 04, 2019, 03:23:49 AM
I think you should sell XYO, TTC, Bittorent. Those are bad projects and only good fomo, besides the team doesn't do anything to their promise. Besides, they cannot gain popularity because they do not pay for marketing, this is one of the major shortcomings that cause businesses to go bankrupt in the crypto market.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Look For In A Bounty Campaign on: October 03, 2019, 04:55:34 PM
I just want to work for bonus campaigns that have a clear pool and are accompanied by a legit team. especially does not require KYC and the distribution token must take place as scheduled. That's what I really want in a bounty campaign.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest my $1.5K? on: October 03, 2019, 04:32:23 PM
i have got around $1500 to invest in coins which coins do you guys suggest to invest in for quick money ? a year ago I have invested in STRAT and Sia and I lost big amounts and regret investing in those coins.

I'm thinking of investing $1k into BTC as its low risk but I would like to risk the the other $500 with a coin that I can make quick money with it
Yes, you can try it with bitcoin2. This is one of the coins being fomo a lot in China forum and some countries in Europe. It looks like they are about to push the price of coins up in the future.
Its price is now $ 1.44 but before that, it used to increase to $ 36 and I absolutely believe history can repeat.
56  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best investment report you read? on: October 02, 2019, 04:57:18 AM
Some exchanges release free quarterly reports. Other than that, they are not for free.
Please let me know the website and link to paid analytics. I really like those types of analysis tools because I'm still a college student, I need data to come up with my project in the future. Very real and very easy to make the right investment decisions.
57  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 50x in 5 days on BTC swap on Okex on: October 02, 2019, 04:21:44 AM
margin trading is really a game of chance, it can help you get rich momentarily but it can also make you get poor very fast. This is not a good way to trade and can save you lots of money forever.
When a trend is identified, we should bet strongly, but if the trend is unknown, we should not make the transaction to avoid losing everything.
58  Economy / Economics / Re: Big risk ,big results. on: October 01, 2019, 05:27:19 PM
A guy bought a very big house, which triggered an argument on a telegram group.
some people were arguing on a telegram group that they guy couldn't have bought the house with only trading profit....some insinuated that he must be into other businesses.
I laughed at their ignorance.
Why? Because I know that even in this present market condition that some skilled traders are making a killing.
I'm not talking about traders who trade with small capital here.
The conclusion is that when you trade with massive capital ,you earn massively.
Yes, that is for sure.  When we have a lot of money, we have a lot of options and the money we earn is a lot more.  But remember, when a trader is unable to concentrate and neglect, he may end up selling his house by mistake.  Wink
59  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Cryptocurrency threatens governments on: October 01, 2019, 05:22:07 PM
I just know that cryptocurrency can launder money anywhere.  That's why governments never accept it.  And in the future, I also think they don't need it because it will have a big impact on the financial economy if money laundering cannot be controlled.
