Hello guys , I would like to ask this from more veteran people here if MEW or shall we say myetherwallet.com is safe or not..?
Some of my colleagues said that myetherwallet is not safe because there maybe some intruders with wide and depeest knowledge
When it comes to security bypass could get access of your account at myetherwallet? Please

I think MEW is safe. Private key is the only way you can open your wallet that is why it is very important to keep your private key safe, never give it to anyone else. If there is any site who ask for your private key, never ever give it. It's you and you alone who will know it. I have a question ? How about the developer of this website and we both know that every website has a database right? So the.developer has a chance to steal all of our money because they are the one that has the.list of our very own private key and in just one moment they could bug down this web wallet .. This is.just a situational question and I dont have any proof of this conclusion, just want a clarification ,if could this posibly happen ? |

Etherwallet is safe because it is similar to bitcoin wallet.
The chances of it being hack is very small due to its changing address.
Nope ethereum and bitcoin is diffrent in many aspects .. yeah they are same crypto currency, they are the two cryptocurrency who has the highest reputation in the cryptoworld this day infact they were both profitable .. But the fact is that Ethereum will never be bitcoin. Ethereum is not just a cryptocurrency, but it s a blockchain-based platform with many aspects and it has smart contract or shall we say "Assets" unlike bitcoin , no one will never engage bitcoin that what s the best with bitcoin .Bitcoin is.Unique. but this is just a tips .. But I tell you straightly and be back to our topic bitcoin wallet is more safer than ethereum wallet .. bitcoin wallet doesnt have a private which could lead us to confusion .. The greatest fear of every erc20 holder "ether" is the exposed of their private key .. which is the users fault .. myetherwallet is safe for my views. But what isnt safe is the site that they enter or just being reckless to take care of their private key .. Tips for you mates always stay away of the.pishing site, if someone message you or asks for your private key then leave and delete that cuase it will end to robbery .. cheers. |

hi would like to know how so we use or sell our ICO token ?
Before you engage on selling your tokens you need to equip your self first .. so that you have the Idea on where to sell or to buy token . First commit on their social media group ,website, telegram and communicating to the developer is the most posible way .. you need to monitor every updates of your hold tokens in which exchanges they are planning enter their token ,this is very important so that you can avoid phishing site .. always take time to read every details and news of your token. I finally confirmed that myetherwallet was safe and the best ethereum web wallet .. And you can also make a paper wallet which you can print its qr code than saving it on your social media acc or telegram .. maybe it is just a user fault where they re saving their private key on their respective social media accounts .. or maybe they just put it on any of the airdrops form .
Good to know that you got a good result of using myetherwallet and finding it out on your own. Highly appreciated sir .. bitcointalk is the best forum for me . I have been using mew for quite some time right now, and honestly I can say it is safe. But we cannot deny that lately it have been a target of phishing attacks using slack and other messaging apps. If the person is not well versed in protecting their private keys or verifying the links they are clicking, their eth wallet will be hacked. But that is not the mew's fault anymore, but a user's.
So what should we do to avoid those phishing site .. what the do and dont's of protecting our private key for us to feel safe ? But honestly I began to to feel safe on myetherwallet.com , for how many days that I've been monitoring my threads thanks to all of your comments and advices . Can anyone suggest me a reliable and secure wallet for ethereum that have an android application. Currently I am using Myetherwallet but I feel uncomfortable storing my eth on a web wallet. I don't use pc much so an androip app wallet is the one that I really prefer.
maybe you could download an im token and eidoo , they have an android apllication , eidoo was launch this past few weeks. After their successfull ico .. hoping myetherwallet could also make an android application as well.. |

Honestly, I think it's secure, myetherwallet developers don't have access to your private keys, which means everyone must control and secure their keys. I haven't ever heard myetherwallet got hacked, just some people who lost their private keys and claim it has been hacked. Even most web wallets for bitcoin seems can not be hacked, unless you are reckless and the private keys could be accessed by the thief. The same theory for myetherwallet, electrum, blockchain, it's safe.
yeah right, Indeed I just want some clarification to those people here that has more knowledge than me .. just to tell this to one my of colleague that myetherwallet is safe and perhaps,she just being reckless not to take her of privatekey .. afterall she s still insisting .. but by the way thanks mate for addressing my issue.. |

What to do when prices are falling? simply just buying for what coin would you prefer to buy to add that again on your assets..
If you're really a trader you will feel happy because of falling down price.. Don t need to panic selling .. But look at this as opportunity..
